Staff was efficient but cleanliness is a question in spite of fact it was just opened.

Apartment on 4th floor. No air-condition when we visited and it was not fixed after our 2nd night in the hottest week. We come to the room on Aug. For 4 nights. We were told that the air-condition is not working, but they will fix in in few hours. However, it was not fixed all week. Also, the elevator was not working partially, and we had to go up/down 4 floors (in the hottest week, no air-conditioning…). 2 more issues: the door can not be locked with the key. You can close it and it will stay closed, but you can not use the key to double lock it (at least in our apparent). The shower / Restroom door does not have a lock and it slides back. If you need privacy, this is not a room that I would choose. The service person is doing his best to help, but he could not do much to escalate the fix of the air-conditioning in reasonable time. The room is in good location, but if I knew that this is the conditions and the service that I will get, I would not even consider it.

I like the terrace that is on the rambla is cozy and the workers very efficient and nice although they still do not have my ice cream but at the moment everything very well.
