Okay place to stay, saw all the rooms and would only reccomend the best room with the balcony as the others seemed really condensed and cagy.

Right in a downtown of Barcelona. Excellent view at Las Ramblas street. Good place for staying two or three nights maximum.

Hubicacion Excellent, good deal, but it's a pension, no TV, old building, it's fine if all you want is to sleep there.

Honestly, very bad choice and I regret it. Rude staff Elevator off at midnight super small rooms little dirty sheets 15 Euro per hour penalty for every 1 hour late check in after midnight! That one star I gave here is for the great location only.

It is true that the staff is friendly and the prices are more than reasonable for a same location. BUT there are still cheaper and less petty in Barcelona. Clean leaves to be desired. I didn't know coming in in the room if the sheets were clean or not. If you don't take the supplement of 8euros for having the bathroom in the room, a maid's room on the 3rd floor that is offered. Just a bed and a window not closing.
I recommend.

I give him 5 stars: — unbeatable location -very good price -we were treated very well -and above all xq after check out, we were able to leave our luggage at reception and collect them later, and get wrecked from so much walking watching Barcelona, they were very understanding and left us in a room for 4 hours (10€) to be able to rest up to go to the airport, and a great room, with views of las ramblas. Recommended 100%

We stayed last weekend at this guesthouse situated in a very popular square next to las Ramblas. The location is pefect if you want to enjoy the nightlife of the city and it's not far from the beach, our room was very clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is really friendly!

It is ideally located in the city center! Moreover it has friendly and helpful staff and the owner (Marisa) allowed my stay to be pleasent and exciting. It is great for the price. I would definitely return. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean and perfect place to stay during your vacation, this is the perfect place!

Surprisingly I found a hostel in Barcelona located in the Plaza Real, and gives also to the Ramblas. The price is very affordable and the treatment of super correct. I say surprisingly because the site is immejorable touristically speaking. The service is very friendly and the building has a lift, a thing that will make it much easier to life… The decor is very sober imitation of the original. I stayed in a room with a view of the center of the Ramblas, with attached bath, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. I spent hours looking over the balcony why is a sideboard human. I was really very good. The cleaning is very correct and the treatment very pleasant. Really, for all of these features are very surprised by the price. Barcelona, I will be back!

My stay in this wonderful hostel was the most enjoyable of my visit in Barcelona. Super cèntrico, with a service and an exquisite treatment on the part of its employees. With the room overlooking the plaza Reial, with air conditioning, a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom I sufficiently spacious, in addition, with the window closed you can't hear the outside noise. My room was on the second floor, which was not a problem since the hostel has an elevator. Price-quality ratio excellent. Will definitely stay in the hotel in future visits to Barcelona.

Located in the Centre, a stone's throw from the car park and the London underground. Great prices during high season. You have to settle.

My DVD player has been stolen from the room. I'm not happy with the way they treated this case by not taken their responsability. Friendly staff, good location but if your bags are not safe in the room. Beware of this.

Firstly for the money this is bad and I am willing to promise you can find better. I've stayed in many budget hotels but this place was the worst. Here's a small list of reasons to convince you. Staff where rude and unhelpful. No reception at night they disappeared when electric went. Some rooms have no windows. Website photos unhelpful. Soon as you walk in the building it's like a prison and more. I am telling you DO NOT GO HERE.

Pensión Villanueva is located in the city center of Barcelona. I stayed here 3 nights and paid so little money! It is basic, but you have all what you need and you cannot be situated better. Spend your money in the city as there is so much to see! Have a great trip to Bcn all of you guys! I will be back in this hostel.

It is a shit, the entry seems anything but a hostel, this very very dirty, terrible service, recommended zero.

This pension is very very but very dirty, a very old House. Photographs that appear on the internet lie much on the State of the pension. As he climbed the stairs of the building you think with the State of the House, everything is very old and dirty, to get to your room you have to climb a lot of stairs and there is no bathroom in the rooms, but for me that is not the worst. Community bathrooms are also dirty. In Barcelona there are much better pension for that price. I as soon as I arrived and saw the pension I went because I didn't sleep in a site that is able to almost infraumanas. I hope that you will help.
