Very good option when visiting barcelona. Near the ramp.

Very highly recommended hostel, very clean all refurbished. The attention of the receptionist impeccably both the girl in the evenings as the guy on Friday always with a smile and helping in everything I asked for. I recommend 100% and I will return if I return to Barcelona.

Very nice hotel. Our room was clean. We had a balcony with a nice view of the city. The front desk staff spoke English which helped a lot. I highly recommend it. When you arrive there is not much of a sign. Press the button for Hostal Apolo and they will let you in the glass doors.

Muy buen hostal. Me encantó. La habitación muy limpia y comoda. El personal muy amable y te dan un mapa con todas las indicaciones que necesites. Muy bien ubicado. Caminando llegas al puerto a las ramblas a la catedral a la playa y si necesitas metro a dos cuadras esta la estación. Con gusto volvería a este lugar. Muy recomendado!

If you want to go through Barcelona you can not miss to stay in this small but welcoming structure… do the maxxio you have to vote because it deserves, clean, the staff all courteous and kind, especially very cheap for those who do not want to spend a lot of money and Be in a fabulous place X… at the next stay.

Good location, friendly staff.

The truth that surprised me very much, I loved it.

Big, clean rooms with friendly staff. But I had a room next to the main road, it was quite noisy and the hotel AC was off in the Spring, so had to keep the windows open. But overall, it's worth it.

Not bad hotel accommodations — considering how spoiled us Americans are. We had some issues with early check in after an 8 hour flight. I called to the hotel from the states weeks in advance and was told that early check in would not be an issue. We ended up waiting 2-3 hours for our room upon arrival. Other than that, the room was what was expected in Europe. Our room was very standard, but clean and comfortable. We had some issues with blowing fuses when we first got into the room, ended up making it work.

The room was OK, a little old and worn. Bad room service food (my burger was completely raw in the middle and the food was hardly even luke warm). The breakfast and the staff however make up for that by being great.

Conveniently situated just 2 blocks off the popular Ramblas, directly connected to the Metro and buses. Great hotel with all the necessary facilities like restaurant and bar, good breakfast, etc. Friendly and helpful personal fluent in English. Comfortable rooms on either side of the building (that is street or inner yard side). A lot of small bars, tapas and others in close vicinity. In short, if you don't want to stay first row but slightly more quiet and relaxed short away from the bubbly and crowdy spots, this would be a good spot.

The power points in the room seemed to turn off at night when the lights went out, I ended up charging my phone from my portable power bank. This could have been a bigger problem for those less prepared. Great location in the center of the city, perfect for those that want to explore. Would be happy to return here.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and the bathroom. Also the Wi — Fi works very well.
The hotel is well placed, close to a grand boulevard and the subway, yet it really not hear noise from the street, very friendly. In short, we were won over. Little surprise also arriving, a nice small balcony.
Excellent quality/price ratio.

A clean and pleasant hostel.

Fatal. Hostal on a floor. Only one plant. The owner an arrogant and pedantic insulting to their employee. I do not advise it for anything in the world. And I'm not his competition.

Establishment with lots of personality, cousin of the Apolo.
The selection of hamburgers is the very best of the city, including salads and desserts.
It offers live music every week and distillates selection is very correct.
The service is fast and friendly. A good place to eat and drink at very reasonable prices.

Those yogurts with fruit and cakes home, ideal for topping.
Cheap, good, fast and cool
With live performances.
