Best hostel so far! Wonderfull staff, very friendly and helpful, great location; Clean and modern rooms, comfy bed, cozy bar and terrace! Everything is there for the travelers — movies, activities, tickets for museums, maps, walking tours! Highly recommended!

Full service, microscopic rooms but all in all it's a nice hostel.

I give you a star PQ you can not put less. The rooms D Combibencias dirty. The dirty savannah of cum, and the broken shower door. The whole room D bath flooded. And I've been locked in the elevator.

In a very central location. See can walk anywhere.

Enjoyed my stay! You definitely get more than what you pay for. Events at night were great and you get free entry to lots of clubs. Thanks for the free dinner :)

Nice staff but the place was dirty. We weren't able to sleep well due to loud people in the same room at 2 a. M. The worst hostel I've been to in Europe. Location was somewhat convenient.

There is a huge variety of activities during the night what is super fun for getting to meet people. Its perfect location allows you to be close to the metro, food, pubs, clubs and shops. For skateboarders going to skate Barcelona it is perfect as MACBA is 10 minutes away and their is also lots of ledges close by. The staff members are super nice and are very helpful. :)

Clean hostel, with beds that offer a light for reading and reserved power outlets, instead of the classic lockers here are the drawers under the bed with electric lock through the personal badge that you use as a key also to enter the structure, in the elevator, in the hallway and in the room. There are beverage and snack vending machines, a bar open in the evening, a pool table. EDIT: Only sore note, I asked the staff where there was a hole for the letters and they said that they would provide them to send my postcards, after 2 months have not yet arrived… could also be a problem of the Spanish post, who knows.

Our room was very cramped, dark and very poorly air conditioned. The toilet and shower were not clean and the exhaust air opening in the toilet did not work. If one had to take a shower, the others could hardly breathe in the room as the toilet was only limited by a glass wall from the rest of the room and one could not open the balcony window (was locked).
The kitchen was very dirty and impractical with almost only plastic cutlery and plastic cups
The location is good therefore a star.
(We paid an average of 24€/person/night. )

So the bottom line: Bad!

Too many noises didn't like it too much.

HORRIBLE! All rooms look like straight out of a concentration camp. I stayed for 5 days and COULDN'T EVEN OPEN THE WINDOW! there were screws in the window. The next day I bought a screwdriver and opened it and behind the window there was the air conditioning-so we could choose: either having a stinky room or a really loud air conditioning outside. The air conditioning in my room wasnt adjustable because it was broken. Some jerk had turned the temperature down to 19°C before it was horribly cold in there. Thank God behind the window there was the air conditioning so we got at least some warm air whenever we opened the window. there were 6 people in my room but only one bathroom with the only shower, toilet and sink. In the evenings, when someone was using the restroom, you weren't able to access the whole bathroom so everyone had to wait for ages. But hey, at least they had pretty decent Wi-Fi.

7 months of traveling and this place is deceiving — looks good but actually isn't. The bathrooms are gross — water doesn't drain so the entire floor and area outside the bathroom stays wet. There is glass above the door so as soon as the light turns on, the entire room is lit up, and the bathrooms echo quite a bit. Bathroom light is automatic takes a while to turn off. Bottom bunks have curtains however the top bunks are open and the lighting for the room is next to the top bunk, so if someone turns on the light for the room, all the lights above the top bunk turn on, with no control to turn off your own. The room is a revolving door all night, with one person coming in after the other, waking up every single guest as they come in, since everything echos and there is no option to block out the light. If you came to sleep, look elsewhere. Overpriced for barely any privacy and disrespectful guests. Breakfast isn't included and neither is luggage hold.

Great hostel, for location, cleanliness and the terrace is worth the stay!

Rooms, especially beds were not really clean or. Even disgusting. In the bathroom we found hair as well as used hygiene products. Most rooms have darkened windows that can't be opened and are very cramped, so you feel like you're in a prison… Because you can't open the windows and the air conditioning in many rooms is controlled by the staff, the air in the rooms can't stand, rather I'd sleep on the street.
It's all much more danced, disgusting and darker than the pictures show. Even the roof terrace with which the hostel advertises is completely run down in reality. The "pool" was not filled with water and there was a small artificial turf area, which is so small that one wondered what purpose it was to do.
If you prefer something else, you will also be spared the hassle. The only positive thing is the situation. Within 5 minutes you are at the Rambler.

Small room, everything was very little clean, from the floor to the spaces in the middle of the beds, the bathroom constantly smelled of chemical detergent/dirt/"lemon", open the Windows is not possible so the air is always spoilt.
The recreational area instead is very pretty.

Though our stay was short, we found this a great place to stay the night, apart from being very conveniently in central Barcelona. The room was pristine, everything worked properly and the staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast a bit disappointing but plentiful. Would enjoy going back for a longer stay. Didn't have time to check out the hot tub!

Good location in Barcelona 10 minutes from the Plaza de Catalunya.
Place well kept by a young and pleasant staff.
The dorms have a shower and lockers for everyone.
Kitchen in the basement with large tables for lunch, a ping-pong table and a TV/cinema corner friendly atmosphere between travelers passing through the hostel.
Only downside: Our room was very poorly soundproof with the Great Avenue.

The entire building is long and narrow, and the rooms are the same. There is not enough room for two people people to pass in the rooms, nor adequate space to store luggage. The rooms are otherwise clean and well presented. The breakfast area is small and narrow too, with inadequate seating for large tour groups.

Good location but the room was very clean. The 6-room has L-shaped, which makes it uncomfortable when you open your suitcases.
Good breakfast for 4.50 Euros. (If you pay with a card The breakfast is surcharge of 2 euros).

Very nice place to sleep. The hostel is located in a very nice area and you can walk to any monument or museum from there.

Otima experience, wonderful place of the front desk guys very helpful.

Best for stay. Breakfast just 4 euro unlimited. Luggage storage based on hrs min 6hrs 3euro. Receptionist are very kind and helping. Beds are clean. Toilets are neat. Have a separate kitchen, washing room, computer (5~) with internet, snooker and tt board, worth for money. Each day walking tour guide will come at 10 11 and 4pm can utilize worth it.

Very small space, room for 4 equivalent a sleeper car. Moreover, unable to open the window closed by a padlock!

Very nice hostel. First of all the staff are very accommodating, smiling and helpful.
Compared to comfort, this is a very good place. Indeed, in a room with 20/16/12 people it is difficult to have a lot of privacy. But in the style of a youth hostel where the goal is to have a clean and enjoyable place to spend the night this hostel easily fills the requirements.
The dormitories are very clean, with bathrooms in the room, which is quite convenient.
With a large drawer underneath to tidy up his belongings the rooms are pretty "secure".
The hostel also has a space of entertainment with games (ping pong/billiards), the ideal atmosphere to get to know other tourists.
I would definitely stay here again.

The hostel restaurant/bar is good and enjoyed the outside balcony area. However the room stunk Sooooooooo bad I actually considered leaving the hostel. Also the people who stayed before us threw chicken bones and strands of hair out the window which got caught on the sill outside the window. Disgusting to look at-I almost vomited. When I went to reception to complain about the room, the staff member said the cleaners had already left for the day and that the bad smell was 'probably from the people who stayed in the room before us'. Not good enough. Also there is only one lift to the rooms and it is SUPER slow — waited up to 5-10 minutes sometimes just to get up to my room. Would never go back.

In the pictures it looked great, but sadly that is far from the truth. Small rooms, disgusting toilets and showers, a citrus smell that actually hurts in the nose. Breakfast tastes pretty good, except for the fact that the "orange juice" From the fountain is literally just flat Fanta orange. The location is great though, at least one great paella restaurant very close by and many shops. And after a short walk you can find a lot of important things like the metro, McDonalds and Co. The employees were nice and friendly too. The drinks at the bar tastes great and everything except the rooms look good.

Great location, really social buzzy hostel. Good for solo travellers. No. Var with drink promos, events and club nights. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean with storage locks.

The location is really good, and the staff is very friendly. I like that you can eat breakfast in the morning for just 4 euros, I didn't eat there but the food smelled good. The dorm for 4 people where we stayed was okay. But I think they can improve some things. First of all, the bathroom and the douche are in walls of glass, so every damn time when someone uses it you wake up or it is disturbing. And I think the mattress is not comfy because you can feel the springs. But you can regulate the AC on your own so that is nice. But I would have liked to have bathroom facilities with non see through walls and a light switch.

Excellent hostel right in the centre. Clean, good facilities, good service. Me and my friend ended up meeting so many new friends and hung out all day at the awesome rooftop terrace.

Very valuable hostel that is very close to the city centre. We got beds in the 16 bed room for 38€ per night. There's always something going on at the hostel, so if you haven't planned anything for the night you will always have something to do. The hostel also has a terrace which is absolutely lovely. It features some benches, foosball and a small pool. The rooms are tidy which are cleaned everyday. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.

He hotel urbany BCN Go is a place very nice to spend the night, you going of party with them, know to multiple people of different parts of the world.

Really cool and friendly staff. Rooms and beds are nice. It gets really party like at night, so it might not be for everyone. The common rooms are a bit small and the ambience is nice. Breakfast is not included, there s a buffet for 4 euros and it s not that great. Overall Ive had a really great experience and I will definitely recommend for young people.

Nice hostel I ever stayed. Staff are so friendly. Its a hotel like hostel. Rate are so cheap. Location 1km from Catalunya station which is centric for barcelona. Lockers under bed uses same access card as for lift and room door.

Cheap stay, really nice staff and the people there were really chilled and fun. There was table tennis, table football, a projector, a shared kitchen and the staff served great food. The rooms were nothing special, clean but small but that's all you need when you are exploring. Great location. Great place.

Very secure place. Keycard access necessary around the building. Each bed had 3 plug types. Usb, usa plug, european plug. There are also two outlets inside your personal locker so you can charge devices while they are locked up. Curtains on beds as well. Staff could be friendlier, Wi-Fi didn't always work, and computers in the lobby were not connected to Wi-Fi.

Had a bar, pool table, football table, table tennis, computer, a balcony! For a hostel it was quite good, nice staff too.

Great hostel
situated in a convenient location, 5 minutes walk from plaça catalunya and perfectly connected to el prat airport, friendly staff, daily activities, all modern and clean.

People behind the desk are friendly before you pay. After that they can't even force a little smile. I stayed three nights, but I had to also book three times. My wish for a later checkout was not granted. I was lifted of my bed by the cleaning service. I did not even had the time to pack my stuff properly. She was calling me names trough the radio. I got like five minutes to get your stuff. When I wanted to extend the room the girl behind the desk was trying to blame me for what happened. She did not apologise for the inconvenience. I will never come back here. If you dont care about how youre treated book here. Otherwise there are a lot of other great hostels in Barcelona that trust there customers they will pay if they stay longer. Never again.

Being a youth hostel. It is exactly that… Rooms are a bit tiny but ok die the price. It is loud and lively. Deal with it… Food is ok.

If the rooms are very small (include office), the space is well pays off: bathroom, toilet, large lockable lockers, sheets, blankets and pillows, Wifi, the minimum is guaranteed.
The nights cost nothing (between 10 and €15), which allows to spend longer stays and to visit the city at bottom.
Activities are neither numerous nor diversified. However, on the ground floor there are a pool and a small bar friendly (with a good sangria! ), while in the — 1, we have a kicker, a projection room, a ping pong table and a high table. Parties to meet the world, the atmosphere is really cool.

Room is a bit cramped and with a locked window and seemingly non functional air conditioning, it is constantly hot and humid. The bar and amenities are great, as are the staff.

I liked it overall. The staff was a bit pushy and it seemed like they tried a bit too hard to promote a social atmosphere, but no major complaints.

Good weather, good vibes the reception, excellent location and price. A place to enjoy and become good friends.

Very good location, good bar, good beds, bath was with some damage, enough worry that go animated bn to the discs… they do not put problems almost for nothing. No di le 5 by bath only…

Great and modern Hostel at a good and central location. The Team is very friendly and helped us in all situations. The dromes are big and all bed got an curtain. Just one thing I just give 4 stars, is the breakfast, I wasn't very good. The variety was big, but the quality wasn't good. There are many small Café nearby, I highly recommend them. All in all, it is a very good hostel, when we have your breakfast anywhere else ;)
