A real expensive and bad hotel. The single rooms are small and do not have view to the outside, in my room the toilet was loose from its hinges. And needed to be repaired wish the hotel never did. they change the bathroom towels and bedsheets every 3 days. if you pay for breakfast you get the same boring tasteless breakfast every morning, with more donuts then real food and no Lactose free alternatives.

Big room to the rear quite quiet, clean and in good order. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for transport and tourist attractions.

The location is great (near many sights, subway and train station). But the price was quite expensive considering that the room was tiny and without much sun light. The breakfast was good. But the booking procedure was confusing, I was sure the breakfast was included in the price, it turned out I had to pay extra for it. The Wi-Fi did not work properly.

I booked to stay in this hotel for the weekend (Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 June).
I have used this hotel many times before so I trusted the staff and facilities.
However I had a horrible time at the hotel.
I was given a double room and the air conditioning was not working properly. My room was 30C despite leaving the air conditioning on all day/night. I asked the hotel reception if I can change rooms but they said all the rooms are the same because there are renovations happening at the hotel. I asked for a fan and they said no. I tried to open the terrace doors but the street noise and heat made it worse. I contacted the hotel reception at 4am as I was still unable to sleep and they said they would refund me.
The next morning I was told there is no breakfast at the hotel so I had to go to another hotel close to the Caledonian. At no point was I told this before my booking.
I had no choice but to leave the hotel on Sunday at 10am and to find another hotel at considerable expense and inconvenience. I was refunded for the 2nd night but not the 1st night even though it was clear I was unable to sleep. I left the hotel at 10am on the Sunday so of course I should be refunded for the 2nd night (and I am sure they booked the room to another person). I have asked for a full refund but they are not willing to do this. I think this is very poor service and I am disappointed at how unprofessional the hotel has been.

Room clean breakfast with choice a little reduced but good nice the balcony in the room.

I'm not happy at all I was levied from €123 of my account there 7d I sent emails I called the hotel they tell me at the reception once arrived you will pay the rest I asked that they send me an email in this direction for confirmation thing not done to my arrived today I get a new speech I realize that I have to pay all in addition to the €123 sawing since 7d on the pretext that it is booking that blocks the money just to confirm the reservation and that I was reimbursed after a min and that the hotel didn't take the money and I'm not the first to be scammed from the receptionist's say. I called my Bank in the meantime and told me that no refunds were made. Knowing that on booking it is well mentioned that the payment will do at the hotel and no withdrawals will be made. Be careful when booking.

Hotel Super home awesome breakfast top room of the 6 with large terrace grandiose I recommend it.

In the centre of Barcelona. Single room is really small and has windows towards patio. No daylight. Breakdest is ok. Walking distance to Plaça Cataluña I La Rambla.

Centrally located hotel. Perfect to get to the aerobics from the airport. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

My wife and I stayed for one night at this hotel. I can't say much about catering since we took an economy room, however I must say that the room was very comfortable and ample, tidy and clean. Very nice view of the Gran Via. The location is strategic. Very close to Plaza Catalunya and the Paseig de Gracia. I would stay here again and for more days.

Excellent place, it is small and simple but offers great amenities, the staff is very attentive and multilingual and its location is perfect for touring the most precious places in Barcelona.

Nice hotel, very smart and luxurious. Spacious room, very good bathroom, not noisy at all and very dark at night. Breakfast is decent. Shame the hotel doesn't have a bar, but the room had a minibar. Good location, right in the city centre, lots of good restaurants close by.

Spacious rooms with very neat cleanliness and simple décor. The location is excellent, in the centre of Barcelona, close to everything. The double window does not hear anything noise from the street. The service is very good.

A really great location and very comfortable with friendly staff. Only a 10 minute walk from La Ramblas and right next to the Metro. Cosy room and a good breakfast. Spot on.

The hotel is located in a convenient location, the city center, near the metro and the bus Stop "university". Near Piazza Caledonia and Las Ramblas. The room is clean, overlooking the street, due to the double balcony doors, good soundproofing. There is no central heating, but there is a conditioning system, so very warm (the temperature regulates itself). All shower facilities are available, except bathrobes and slippers. Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. In short, everything is very decent.

3 star Hotel in the centre of Barcelona, near Placa Catalunya. Convenient for touring downtown and a short walk from Universitat metro station. Clean room, friendliness of the reception, a definitely positive experience.

The staff was really nice, they helped us with everything. The hotel itself was a little old, the phone to the reception didn't work, and the internet to our room wasn't working either. The beds and bathroom where clean, and the staff where really nice. I recommed it besides of some difficulties.

Great experience overall, reception open 24h, they speak English. The hotel and rooms look modern and new, with good quality. Wi-Fi is free and the stability and speed is great. The mini-fridge is already full of local drinks, but very expensive priced. Cons: Breakfast not included and the room illumination is very poor.

Magnificent service, and a hotel that is at one step of the centre of Barcelona. Plaza de España y Plaza de Catalunya Ademàs de las Ramblas are very close on foot… nice hotel.

Great hotel. I enjoyed the balcony. After a long walk my wide and I would sit on the balcony and enjoy a nice wine. The food was great and the gentlemen at the front were very friendly and professional. Would recommend this hotel.

The perfect central location. Door surrounded by bars and restaurants. We live on the 6 floor (top floor) in one corner of the room, with a large balcony, there is a table and chairs. Every 3-4 months I have to go to Barcelona, sure I will choose this hotel in the future.

The hotel is excellent. Located in the Centre of Barcelona. If you go 200 meters you can buy food. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly.

Found nothing negative, everything was perfect, clean and very friendly staff. The receptionists, both the morning and the afternoon and evening, you helped in everything you could, the breakfast buffet, great with homemade pastries, and the room, spacious and sunny. Regarding the situation, literally.

My stay was excellent, great location, friendly staff, clean room, breakfast with quality products.
Definitive 3 star very good in the Centre of Barcelona.
