Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Spotless. The hotel is also only about a 7min walk to the nearest metro station. A lovely shopping mall is a 5min walk away. We'll definitely stay again.

Lovely place and staff. They would do anything for you. Ever floor has there own theam. Love it here. On roof pool. Sauna. Its amazing! 5 star treatment!

I'd stay there again, it's a bit out of town though. Upside is it's quiet. There's a great place to get breakfast on Carrer De LLull next to the Metro.

Everything is clean, but why we have maps blocked and did not explain why, the air conditioning after the Hotel Sants seems flooded and noisy, at night ran children, otherwise relatively clean and there is a theme. Of the cons is breakfast which is like three stars, not four, it is better to order in a other place. At night, the presence of a security guard is alarming, although it is clear that the sleeping quarter. Relatively close to the sea and you can walk so as not to change on the beach.
There is a kettle and paper disposable mugs, in other hotels it is still normal mugs, coffee in bags is terrible. In general, pulls on three stars, not as four. Horrible hotel, my money €330 was in the safe and has 'disappeared' as the manager has suggested. The manager, Claudio Manzano, claimed to open the safe with no money in there, even though 2 people have witnessed me putting the money in the safe when we got there and we only stayed there for one night. The manager is not helpful what so ever and the hotel, a 4 star hotel, has no cameras in the hall, which shows that they don't care about the safety and protection of the guests or their belongings. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone, especially if you have a lot of money in cash or documents just in case it 'disappears'.

The hotel is far from the whole "civilization" but in a beautiful, clean area, there is a beach nearby, a separate fenced space for visitors with dogs, which is very cute. The hotel has delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, clean, cozy as at home. From minus there is no free water, hair conditioner, cotton buds, dirty, oily pool.
But you'll love this hotel 100%!
Don't be lazy to walk to the beach, the views are very beautiful.

It was a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Great value for money. Great facilities. Super clean room and lobby and super friendly staff. If you have your own means of transport, I highly recommend this hotel as you can always go to Barcelona downtown in your own vehicle. Plus, in this zone, you can park for free in the street and use the public transport to go downtown. I would say that it's a great place for families.

Very non-central hotel, miles out of the true Barcelona bustle. A very bad choice for travellers attending conventions at the Fira. Myself and fellow guests had major issues trying to get the elevators to work at all during stay. Still, room is decent enough and dining is fine. Wi-Fi good too. Fair budget option if you're struggling to find space/justify price of central Barca lodgings.

Quite comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Slightly off the city centre, but in a good way — easy to access by public transport and near lots of good restaurants without the turistic fuzz.

Very good experience, I recommend that if you have a chance you stay in this hotel. The best of all is the design of the whole hotel and the rooms. It's all new and worth a lot. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is quiet, close to Diagonal Mar and well communicated by public transport (tram, metro, bus) with the downtown area.
For putting some but, my room was just above the gate of the warehouse that they have for loading and unloading merchandise and was a bit annoying every time they opened or closed. The views of the back are a wilderness.
But I insist, a totally recommended experience. When I have to go back to Barcelona it will be my first option.

A beautiful modern hotel, close to the beach, 2 Metro stops, bus, tram as well as one of the biggest shopping malls in Barcelona "Diagonal Mar".

The best hotel for a stay in Barcelona, which should include at least beach visits to the more beautiful sections. Modern, young ambiance, with the L4 (Metro) you are quickly in the centre and in the area (especially towards Poblenou) there are some good restaurants.
The rooms are comfortable and reasonably large. They are in their appearance 2010-Hipsteresk, which I personally like well. The beds are comfortable, the staff friendly.
The prices are OK, as measured by the Barcelona cut, but are also noticeably more expensive every year. So all over again super. But for the colder months I would recommend to another area.

Previous guest beer in bottles of mini-bar with water and covered with jams. The staff did not check the mini bar. You can imagine how nasty it is to try to drink from a bottle from which a sick person may have been drinking.!

Super complete room with super large and comfortable bed, equipadisima and super cool room details. For me a 10. The only drawback it could put is the location, but for everything else great price quality.

The room is unexpectedly large, fresh in modern style, and likes it very much. It was very close to the seaside and went to see the sunrise in the morning. It's a little far from the attraction, but it's convenient to take the subway. Cost-effective hotel.

The hotel is nicely decorated but our room smelt of sweat, there was a plastic chair in our room I think someone had sweat on and it stank. The room was really hot and we couldn’t sleep, we turned the air con to the lowest but it didn’t work so we opened the windows, it was still like a sauna. I had to apply my make up in the car for our business meeting as the room was so hot. We complained to the reception staff who were not particularly friendly and they said they’d look into it. It was the same the following night. You have to use a card for the lift which didn’t work the last day, we were told by the bar staff to ask at reception, there was a big que so we walked 5 floors to our room as it was quicker. We stay In Barcelona a lot for business and have always stayed in friendly comfortable hotels but we wouldn’t stay here again.

A good four stars hotel with nice rooms and service. Good breakfast. Situation out of the city center, in a quiet zone near a big mall. If you come with your own car it is easy to find a parking place. Definitely this hotel is one with the best ratio between quality and price that you will find in the city.

The hotel is nice and very modern, but there are certain points that we did not like very much. Last night we borrowed a knife to break some pills and they told me, that they could not leave it, that if they let me they charge me 13…

Stayed for three days. Room was clean and was of really good value. It’s really important that baths don’t have mold for me and shower ears have high pressure. Their breakfast is also a great variety of pastries, cereals, hot and cold foods. Would love if they included pancakes though! Definitely coming back!

The rooms are very nice. The beds are comfortable and the lighting can be adjusted. The décor of the hotel is very striking and not always lucky. The 3rd floor, for example, looks like an abandoned hospital. The breakfast buffet is good but improveable.

Its centrally located but the housekeeping service is very sub-par. The floors are not consistently swept and bottled waters not replenished. Nonetheless the hotel is centrally located along la ramblas.

Very comfortable, clean, perfect to rest, very good treatment. I recommend it and I'll be back. In many hotels there is a lot of noise I have impossible to rest, in this you do not hear any noise and you sleep like a baby.

Hotel design, spacious and clean rooms, nice and Francophone staff for some, arrival at 10am the room was accessible to us instead of 14h. Swimming pool (closed in winter) on the roof of the hotel with Deckchair and bar area which must be pleasant in summer, Hamam sauna and small gym also available.
Meals and breakfast are good and varied. Tram and Metro close to the hotel.

I loved the hotel. We find everything we want… with a huge shower, a very soothing bed, the absolute quietness and there is a very nice terrace with access to the pool, there are books to book the welcome is nice, with a reading room and a cyber café accessible to everyone (Apple PC) in a m "dazzling"

Last weekend I was with my partner at the hotel. It was perfect! An original concept of modern hotel, with cosy rooms that make you feel at home! Great hotel! If you have a car, its a perfect place. Very easy to park and 15 minute driving from the city center. The rooms are modern and cozy. The rooftop is really cool with a pool and a bar. The Wi-Fi is also really good.

The location is good because you can go easily to any place. The hotel had a roof summing pool with bar, perfect to enjoy after work. The room is amazing, specifically attention in the shower with got this special raining style. I asked for room services and they respond in 20 min with the food outside my door. Excellent.

I'm here for eight days. The location, cleanliness and fas all around are very good. Caution next to the Hotel you can have Breakfast very good for a maximum of 3 Euro in the morning. It's not worth it to pay the 15 euros per Person in the Hotel. Next door is a shopping Mall. Until one o'clock in the Morning, From about 20 Restaurant with the Tram you can choose very fast in the city centre. Take a few minutes longer than the Metro. But offers views. Museums are also in the vicinity.

Loudest hotel that I have been to, including places much cheaper and nicer than this one. I would recommend not staying here while in Barcelona. The walls are incredibly thin; when someone pushes a bed against the wall in the room next to you, you can physically feel the bump. The floors are hard but thin, so you can hear every footstep of those above and below you, every movement of furniture, every time someone takes off their shoes, every word that is said in the four rooms that surround you from above, below, the left, and the right. This is the first hotel in which my sleep has been disturbed by noises during the night. Beyond that, I've found it impossible to *not* be woken up sometime between 11pm and 1am, and again between 6am and 7:30am when my neighbors decide to move. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was consistently excellent, and dinner was also very good. For these reasons I cannot give this hotel a single star.

Very good hotel, 4stars, all due, the rooms almost soundproof, the beds soft, the soft lighting here is maybe that of the bathroom a little too much. We only stayed for a few nights in bed. Well connected, near the metro and near the shopping centre Diagonal de Mar. We had a great time.

The rooms are large and clean, and the staff on reception are very friendly. The location is fairly close to a metro, and though it's quite far out from the centre, there are some really great restaurants and bars in nearby El Pobleneu.

Nice Hotel on nice place to walk 5min to the beach. With taxi 10 euros in the city's old town. Port Olimpic with a taxi 7-8€ a very nice location. Very quiet.

Stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The staff were helpful and polite. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was lovely and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

I'm very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel has everything you need, is clean and well-kept. The bathrooms with their big showerheads are most impressive. It's one of the better 4 star hotels. It's not too far from the city center and is a walking distance from the beach.

Decent hotel far from everything. Charged me 150 after I left, emailed them and was required to jump through hoops to get my receipt. Upload id room number booking number copy of passport. Finally I get it and see the charge is for smokng in the room? I don't even smoke.

First time in Spain, however I was many times in US. Not sure about 4 stars, but hotel is pretty good and clean. A few things disappointed me: I ordered single bed room, but got 2 beds room. When I asked on the front desk to switch to single bed room I was told that they are full. However Expedia showed many options with available single bed rooms. Maybe it's Expedia tricks, but… Another thing is one shower gel for two people) ) Small things, but they are annoying after long flight. Anyway this is good option for such price.

We stayed for three nights at the start of our holiday in Barcelona and the room was lovely, stylish and very nice. The location was a bit far out of town but for a quiet beach holiday, it was just the ticket. Concierge could have been slightly more helpful and Wifi was spotty but overall OK.

I write from the same hotel. The recepsionista slow but very friendly. The room was clean but very simple. The decoration is good, but cheap plan. It bothered me to leave to room 10 and the return at 14:00 not yet had cleaned the room. Correct breakfast.

At the time of our Accommodation was the Hotel for about 2 months opened. The rooms and especially the jazzy decoration of the Etagenflure we really liked. I would say that the Hotel is very younger guests ' needs. The traffic situation has us very fallen, beach, shopping, and access to the Metro are very close. The staff were attentive and the room service good. The Breakfast is very simple and, unfortunately, uninspired, there were 6 days always the same (a pity, because Barcelona just culinary has a lot to offer). W-Lan, unfortunately, worked only in the Lobby. The shower water ran during the use by the whole shower room (no o. Incorrect slope in the barrier-free shower). The beds were perfectly (unusually taut for a Hotel, but not too hard). The air conditioning is unfortunately only in the temperature rules, we would have liked from acoustic reasons, the air velocity is reduced. We would the Hotel book again.
