Nice and cozy decor, warming ambiance!

Amazing experience! Great service, VERY CLOSE to mall, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Access to pools and Gyms. Public transportation everywhere.

I wanted to check in at 2pm which is the official check in time, but the reception kept me waiting at the hall for 40 mins, because the room was not prepared yet. And the reception told me the check in time is “from” 2pm, not exactly at 2pm. This is the most ridiculous excuse for keeping guest waiting. They could just apologize for the waiting, not gave the the weird definition of “from” and “at”. And if the check in time is from 2pm, supposedly people can start check in from 2pm. This is the worst beginning to start my vacation at Barcelona. And the location is far away from the city center. I won’t suggest anyone who values time to stay here.

Clean enough hotel but does not deserve the 4 star rating it has. Food is standard and lacks variety. Rooms need to be sound proof as every movement outside the corridors or in the next room can be heard (including toilet flushing, showers etc. ) The positives are the staff, friendly and helpful and will take the time to make you happy. Close to shopping, trains and the beach making it a good stay. Overall it is decent for short stays (maximum 2 nights) not for long stays.

It's not a hotel, it's a lodging. Responsibility for your comfort, peace of mind and especially things, this place does not bear. We were under the cameras of the hotel, 5 meters from the entrance smashed a car, stole a bag of documents. And that's exactly an hour after leaving (Coincidence? I don't think). To our cries, and in general to the car no one came out, at least to say "we are very sorry that this happened. " If you are a guest, the hotel seems to me to be a place where you should be helped, explain, provide you with security or at least give emergency contacts. To our requests to call the police, I was given a map, and to show the words the camera recording — said "that's the strangest thing they heard. "
In short, if you need a bed not the first freshness and walls — then "velkam. " But you can't count on more.

Horrible hotel:
When you decide to stay here, don't be surprised by the boorish attitude of the staff, their insouciability, arrogance and hypocrisy.
Do not be surprised by the thefts, and if you go to complain about it or deal with it — to any reaction from the administration, you will be told that they can not help.

It's a nice hotel. Settled very quickly and without problems. The room is standard for such hotels, there is a refrigerator. They clean it every day. The staff are very friendly and caring. There are breakfasts, but I didn't take them. It is possible to visit the pool in another hotel, across the street, by key card from the room. Also provide towels on the beach and tickets to different attractions.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Close proximity to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. We walked to gothic quarter but it was a bit long of a walk so took the metro bag. Only a few blocks from the metro as well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows with modern rooms. The location is really close to the beach which is nice, but a little further from central attractions… it is however beside a subway and easy to get to.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, the Metro is 2 minutes walk. Of the minuses-audibility.

People are nice, good location. A good 3 star hotel.

Very average stay for the price of the room. I forgot the bag of my partner clothes inside the closet, I've been calling almost every day for a week and all they know tell me is that they have found nothing and they have full confidence in their waitress. And I mean, if I don't have my bag of dirty clothes and they're not going to be walking out? Disgraceful the treatment received from the hotel staff. Being a forgetfulness on my part is my problem that I can understand, what I do not understand that a four star hotel pass such situations. Wonderful! Friendly staff and very good location.

Excellent hotel for an urban getaway. The breakfast in the hotel is very nice, very varied and abundant. The location away from the center may seem "not so good", but if you are looking for tranquility, the proximity to the sea and the beaches of Barcelona, and the parks of Diagonal mar, make it ideal for a romantic getaway. It has the tram and the subway a few meters from the hotel to get close to the city center, and also the fact that the hotel is next to the Diagonal Mar shopping Center, I found it very comfortable to do some shopping.

Hotel next to the Diagonal Mar shopping centre. Impeccable facilities. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice.

We loved the hotel, went for a passing night and the great deal, they have parking with the squares a bit dust but you leave the car at night more secure. The room with all kinds of details. The mattress and the pillows are super comfortable. If we have to go back to Barcelona, we will return to the hotel.

I went to spend one night, for an event I had in Barcelona, and I was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The only thing I missed was that there was no balcony, and what I liked the most how detailed is that as welcome in the room you had tea, coffee. The girls at the reception were very friendly, and if you faltava some hygiene utensils you just had to ask them. I would return without hesitation.

Nice place, rooms spacious and clean. The only downside was we booked a room for my husband and I, another for our 3 teens. (Also my in laws did same except for 4 kids). We get there and all of a sudden we weren't allowed 3 in a room. Yet wasn't a problem when room was booked. It was 1am lady at desk was rude. Made my son go to another hotel for a room.

Rooms are very nice, although you hear the bathroom noises very good (glass wall) Breakfast is very gold, including cava for a good start of the day!

Great hotel in a bohemian decor, nice spacious room with bath equipment and very clean nothing to say really. The breakfast was very good. We spend two nights in this hotel and are delighted with the service the only downside is that it is a bit out of the way but the subway is not far away. There is a large shopping center right next to the hotel for lovers of shoppers lol. Here.

Really a level hotel.
cared for and comfortable.
The only flaw is that on my room was beating the sun all day, the temperature was really unsustainable, the air conditioner did not solve the thing nor the curtains.

No good at all. The staff not helpful. The room was hot, smelly and noisy. They charged me for the adaptor which didn't work then I strangled with them to changed it. And we when I am leaving they lost the bell? The door got stocked twice, I DODNT KNOW WHY?

The hotel is nice, quite convenient location, though, if you are attending a conference, there are few hotels closer to CCIB. Hotel and restaurant's staff are very friendly, the breakfasts are exquisite (to my taste). The restaurant offers rather limited food menu but it will do if you don't feel like to go out to dine. There is not much of a socialising opportunities and the hotel has no swimming pool.
The standard room offers generally comfortable refuge and is spacious and clean enough. The housekeeping maintains is clean and supplied (although, I noticed few differences from day to day, depending most likely on each individual staff member's attention to details).
Price is reasonable, a big shopping centre (Diagonal Mar) is 5 min walk away and Mar Bella public beach is about 10 min walking. Metro and public transportation stops are very near. I noticed a few available taxis were parked in front of the hotel every morning.
If you are coming from the airport, you should pay €35 or around this price for a taxi. I paid a transportation through another company, €50 a journey because it was my first time to come to Barcelona and I did not want any hassle after an overnight flight. The transportation company left me at the airport because I had to wait rather long time for my luggage and I emerged from the airport in 58 min from the announced landing time.

Top Hotel, top rooms, friendly service. Everything is easily accessible, because the "Metro" in the vicinity of the hotel. Will come again.

The interior gardens and catering, which is what I have seen, is very correct with spacious and cosy space.

Top Hotel, spacious room, well maintained service. Breakfast very good and varied. Staff always friendly and helpful. Perhaps the only thing to improve is the soundproofing of the rooms. Otherwise all ok! It is located in a quiet area, near the sea and close to the metro (selva de mar)

Me has liked the hotel, although not us work the TV.

Not a bad hotel, but there are two things that spoiled the impression:
1) on the first night did not work heating (in the yard was the month of February), unfortunately only on the next day, so the first night I spent under 2 blankets.
2) view from the window at the parking lot. Just disgusting.
If you close your eyes at these two trouble, the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, rooms large and clean.

Stayed here for three nights. Staff were very friendly and welcoming as we didnt speak Spanish. Good location with big shopping mall few minutes walk aswell as the Metro stop. Can imagine in summer would be awesome place to be as its right near the beach. Thank you to the staff :)

Ask not taxi at the front desk. Taxi drivers have to give € 8 If you go to the airport and in the Center have you give €1, and they do the same with restaurants and the tourist bus, reception takes a Commission.

We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was spectacular! Very happy customers.

Long delay for check-in; superficial Ckeaning; overrated for a 4-star hotel on the services and facilities. Only advantage — quiet surroundings, close to the sea and means of transport.

Not huge rooms, but well equipped and a well staffed hotel.

A modern hotel, spacious rooms and an exquisite service.

The location of the hotel is a very good compromise between price and neighborhood to the beach (less than 10 minutes walking distance) and the Metro (ca. 2 minutes). Also a big shopping mall (Diagonal Mar) is near by. Of all 4 star hotels I have visited so far, this one was unfortunately the worst. Compared to international standards it is rather a 3 star with the design of a 4 star hotel. Why am I saying this? 1st: Wi-Fi is not included in the room rate. For free Wi-Fi you have to go to the lobby or the bar. Same with the safe for your valueables which needs to be paid separately. 2nd: there is no gym and no pool. All this is normally included in hotels of the 4 star category. Because of this my rating for "quality" is only 0. If the hotel would not claim to be 4 stars it would be much better. The rooms are almost perfect. Design and comfort of the beds are superb. One thing is that the sound insulation is not very good. Additionally my girlfriend did not like the fact that the shower head is fixed instead of movable (more complicated for women's hygiene). Regarding the service there is absolutely nothing to complain about. The receptionists speak all very well English and help you with everything you need. Rooms where clean at all time even though we left a lot of dirt (sand of the beach) on the floor.
