I do not recommend them they charged me a reservation with 400000 Colombian pesos. I asked them to change it for me because of the covid issues it was impossible to arrive on time… Nooooo go to reserve are unconscious. They did not change my dates are thieves…

Right near Las Ramblas so brilliant for walking, eating and people watching. Nice clean room. Very good check-in.

It's clean, I'll give it that. But the location is away from he "fun" areas. I highly recommend to air B and B.

Staff was very very friendly and always helpful. Great location. However there are no electricity plugs near the bed. The closes are near the desk and the kettle, which is not very convenient if you can't fall asleep without your gadgets. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that is happening in the other room. Not the best hotel if you're a sleeping lightly.

Value for money. About 15minutes drive to tourist visiting places. There is lots of restaurants in walking distance. You will be able to find many types of cuisines. Hotel staff is good. Car park is very crampe and 20 euro per day charge. Breakfast not recommend.

Very good location and the staff are nice. Restaurants are close by and the city is near as well. The rooms are decently sized for a Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good continental breakfast each morning. The staff was very helpful and provided us with some good recommendations for restaraunts and directions to places. It is in a good location if you are a tourist because it is close to the beach and close to the subway, which makes it easy to get anywhere. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and plan on coming back the next time we are in Barcelona.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found our stay really good. The staff were very helpful and all of them spoke English as well as you're languages which was very useful. They were more than happy to help us with the best ways to get around city, the best places to eat and best things to do. The location was great as the beach was a 10 minutes walk away and the city centre was around 20 minutes on the metro. The room was nice, however the bathroom could do with a better water screen as it went everywhere when trying to have a shower. Overall we'd happily visit again.

The location of the hotel is put out of Barcelona but absolutely reachable with the Metro which is just a few steps from the hotel The rooms are spacious (we had a quadruple) but the wardrobe is very small and The drawers are missing… Needless to say that in the bathroom nn there is a bidet for the shower is a bathtub but with a glass that is a barrier…
One day we had a problem with the water but it was fixed within 10 minutes.
The rooms are clean in the limit nothing exceptional the sheets 4 nights spent in this hotel have never been changed…
We had a light spot uncovered with The wires out.
The Breakfast room quite small but we always found a table available in fact the staff with The carts go on constantly to clear The tables but if they didn't so there would be no places available.
A single person could speak in Italian the others seem to not want to strive to understand in any way… A bar next to the hotel for a good coffee to wake up and taxis always ready and available.

Quiet area and well served by public transport, large and well-cleaned rooms. Great breakfast. Recommended.

Perfect to visit the city! It is a few steps from a metro stop from which you can get anywhere and at the same time has good prices because it is not too much in the center. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms comfortable. Modern and clean.

I have stayed in this hotel with my family last october, during our first visit to Barcelona. Lovely hotel, very clean room, staff cleaned and arranged beds every day, breakfast was nice and filling, just the right choice to be able and go out after that to enjoy the city. We checked in late because our flight was delayed, but we were welcomed with a smile even though it was after 1 at night. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is located very well, 10 minutes walk to the beach and olympic harbour, 30 minutes walk to the city centre attractions. We had a lovely time and I would recommend it any time and go back again if we will be in Barcelona.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro station and two bus lines. Rooms a little small but clean, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and you don't generate queues even if the hotel is full.

Pros: Good breakfast, Rooms neatly cleaned and maintained everyday. Responsive staff. Location is 2km to the beach and near to good places to eat. Cons: Room is small. They dont provide drinking water in the room. Only one single lotion is provided in washroom for shower, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash also, which is little uncomfortable. PS: If you are holiday inn member, you can get computer access for free. Otherwise its chargeable.

As a client Spire, my rating: The hotel is well located, has the elementary, the breakfast acceptable, good attention, its small rooms, the wardrobe for the clothes is not ample, no safe in the room, but so if I complain is that The internet is bad, ask on a few occasions and I was told that the problem was for the Iphone, connect my laptop and the problem continued. You can get there from the airports by Metro taking three connections.

The location is a very short walk to the metro and there is lovely bars and restaurants in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

The hotel is convenient because a two-minute walk from the Yellow Line stop of Llacuna, a ten-minute walk from the hop on Stop and a twenty-minute walk from Port Olimpic. The breakfast is rich and very varied but you create quite long files because the Self service station is only one for both sweet and salty that for drinks and coffee, milk etc. The rooms are clean and well organized, the bathroom comfortable but no bidet. For four people however the rooms are too small. The staff is attentive and always kind of naturally prepared and multi lingual. Overall I recommend it only if you are two, in four you are really sacrificed.

3 nights with my wife and two children of 10 and 2 years (cradle). More than 130 euros with breakfast at Easter. Instead of putting a small bed for my daughter there was a hard sofa bed as a plank. There was No wardrobe for clothes, it was a small hallway to put the coats on. They didn't have cooler in the room. They don't have a microwave at breakfast. They don't have lactose-free milk. Good Housekeeping. Nice deal. I don't recommend it with kids.

Courtesy and availability of the staff. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and varies even at 10am. Convenient location at 400 meters from the metro. Guarded underground parking for a fee. Nearby typical restaurants and walk to the waterfront. Recommended especially for families with children.

Very fair, and very little friendly, no charm, no service before 7am for breakfast. But the location is good next to restaurants. A little too eccentric.

Solid choice for an unfussy Barcelona visit. Lacks the amenities of nicer hotels, but you get great quality for the price. Excellent and friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms (not much of a view), and a wonderful breakfast (get there early as it gets crowded). The hotel is usually full year round and has a generous communal lounge area on the check in floor with free Wi-Fi and bar for anyone that wants to relax outside of the room.

Nice Hotel at a good location. The rooms could use a bit more noice insulation to the hallway but you will only notice if a lot of people are in the hallway. The parking garage is good for smaller cars but the exit system is a bit tricky as you need to stop at a certain place for the gate to open.

Excellent breakfast and informal bar area. Super friendly staff. Heineken on tap. Very clean albeit small rooms. Beer in lobby area. No fridges or microwave ovens in rooms. Did I mention the? Will be back for great value stays either leisure or business.

Although it is, and without any doubt to be mistaken in this respect to qualify outwardly this Hotel that, to my humble but suspicious intuition belongs to a hotel chain that I dare to include in the above "INN", a lodging of a certain category located Moderately, that not exaggerated far from the urban center, in a neighborhood that is in urban primed and exaggeratedly exploited touristy because of its proximity also to the beaches, so it has some logistical interest.
It also has its own taxi stand which is totally unnecessary to resort to disruptive applications that harm this necessary, honest and traditional means of transport so characteristic and colorful of the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona, Catalunya.

Hotel in a good location 300 meters from the Metro stop Llacuna Line 4. Breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Clean rooms although a bit small. All in all a great choice for a weekend in Barcelona.

OK area and typical Holiday Inn service. The breakfast was good and the room was very nice.

I was very surprised at this place. An absolute delight for a three star hotel. Check-in is quick and navigation of the hotel is simple. The rooms are adequate and comfortable mostly. Just a tiny complaint in that it turns out to get quite warm in the room which could be a draw card for some but a deterrent if you originally come from a warm climate. The food is alright. It might become tedious if you stay for more than a few days. Location is great. Just a five minute walk from the train station. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone. Also, there's Wi-Fi and a pretty decent one at that. It doesn't limit you in any way.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the metro station that goes to most areas of interest in Barcelona. The room was very clean and spacious. It had a card slot that turned on the lights whenever the card key was inserted, which was very convenient. The only complaint I had was about the shower head that kept falling whenever the water was turned off. The hotel provided free breakfast until a pretty reasonable hour. On the weekdays, breakfast was available until 10:30 am and on the weekends until 11:30 am. The breakfast included croissants, cereal, ham, cheese, yogurt, and drinks. I would stay at this hotel again if I visit Barcelona in the future. The place was affordable and I had a good experience.

The hotel has a good location. Nearby are two metro lines (red and yellow). Also near the tram stop, but the station is far away (you need to go). But next to the hotel (around the corner) is a shop (Mercadona), close enough to the beach and from the shopping centre (Glories). As for the hotel, it's not bad for three stars. Breakfast is weak no hot dishes, no eggs (do not cook amlet) there is a tortilla (potatoes with egg) but this food from the store it is simply heated.

Close to the beach, good service I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, the rooms are clean and when I stay I got breakfast included where you find a variety of things to eat… I liked why from there you can go for a walk to the beach.

It's a passing hotel. There is no mini-bar in the room or dinner service.
I entered the hotel at 23:00 and I had to look outside for dinner. Yes, I've been recommended by some street.
A dismissal by the cleaning service was the not having made the room the second day.
I had to sleep with the bed without making and the towels unchanged.

Laura on reception simply wonderful, the room the hotel the staff all super, enjoyed my night there. Now the bad, the parking garage, excellent for minis or fiat 500. I drive a larger car, access is tight exit is tighter still. I found it impossible to manoeuvre my E350 without catching the wall $1000 damage to nsf fender. Totally ruined my weekend. I will never return. Be warned.!

Good hotel. Service more than correct large rooms and pretty majas. It has everything essential for rest and time working in a more relaxed environment than in the office.

Hotel not suitable for families the rooms are too small closet dilapidated bathroom without shower but with tub, clean good location near the sea and 4 km from the centre easily accessible by public transport.

Kind of out of the way, but easy access to the Llacuna train station. Located near a very small La Rambla, not the more famous one. Walking distance to the beach and Gloria mall. Good breakfast. Rooms were clean but not fancy.

Food is disgusting. Staff is rude. I had a security guard tell me to be quiet because my flip flops were too loud. It takes them hours and more than one call to get extra towels or anything for that matter. Only good thing about this hotel was the location. Because it's walking distance to everything.

Really can't fault this place for service, not the best location for visiting Barcelona however the hotel is modern and clean, staff are friendly and breakfast is great with extended service time. Parking puts your driving skills to the test but good value and secure.

Decent place to stay, friendly staff, comfy beds, nice shower and nice breakfast. Nothing fancy but it does the job and it's only 10 minutes away from the beach.

Great hotel to use as a base for visiting Barcelona. Located not far from the center, covered by the Metro (eye to pickpockets especially in the evening) or by taxis. Clean and not noisy. Good choice for breakfast. The rooms are big the right service is good.

I was first assigned to a disabled room. So everything was too short for me. The toilet flusher was always loose and practically falling off the wall. In fact, it did once and luckily, I caught it before it fell into the toilet. The tiles in the shower had black grout. The air conditioning worked great. Continental breakfast had a good selection of breads and cold cuts. Wi-Fi was fast.

What can I say, me and my family stayed here from mon/fri, and had the best time ever, the hotel was great and the staff were amazingly friendly and honestly couldn't do enough for us. Location was brill.

Far below other Holiday inn express properties, rooms facing street are noisy and the TV in the room is tiny, windows open 10 degrees. The breakfast is good and the Wifi works well though you need to keep the secret pin in mind, maybe a last name and room number combination for login would've been better. The area the hotel is in is about 25 min from the city centre. Need to change metro twice to get to Placa Catalunya for eg. Metro station 5 min away but hardly anything to do in the hotel area. Would I stay here again? Don't think so. A hotel in the La Ramblas area which is the tourist centre (Citadines or Hotel Opera) costs almost the same and you don't need to spend 4 to 5 euros and half an hour to get to the city centre that way.

Great area plenty of places to eat try mammamias just down the street great food nice staff and very reasonable.

This pretty well and the truth is located in good area because you do have the Center very close and everything is accessible, separate Barcelona is very nice.

Friendly staff, close to Metro station, Taxis waiting at the curb, awsome breakfast, good restaurants and night life close by. Much to see in walking distance from the Hotel. Very good for a quick stay-over. Stayed there for 3nights sightseeing in Barcelona and the hopped on the MSC Preziosa for a week.

It's a nice hotel, close to the metro station. Walkable distance to beach and pleasant experience. Although channels in the TV were mostly Spanish, none of the English news channel were available. Room and bed were convenient and a sofa with working table was comfortable.

Nice clean, cleaning all through the week, friendly staff, super breakfast plentiful, rooms in order, only down fall if in four, the Queen size bed that is a sofa tough … would be better bunks … quiet place with clean, cheap … and local supermarket merca gives along the Avenue near the beach full of places where you can enjoy Spanish tapas kebab mc donald … etc. And ice cream.

Price — performance is totally fine. Room and bathroom very nice and clean, the bed is unfortunately a bit small, Breakfast good and convenient.

We were 4 days there. Hotel rooms were very good. Breakfast also perfect. The location of the hotel has us well fallen. Close to shops and eateries and the beach. We would anytime again live there.

Conclusion: much too expensive for what in the hotel there (not to recommend hotel very badly).

The hotel is fine in itself but is located too far from the center against the beach it still goes. The staff is good too, there are some who know spoke French that's good ;)

When they need taxi do not say anything at the reception, leave out that always there is a taxi stop. Of is form saves € 9 to go to the airport and € 3 on routes within the city.

Would not recomend for vacationing Barcelona.

For this price you may expect a reasonable Wifi connection but it is terrible. If you want to work from your hotel room this is not the place to be. The connection is lost time after time.

After spending lots of times in Holiday Inn Express Hotels, I was horrified by the room and service at this hotel. Every question we presented appeared to be an inconvenience for the staff. They typical answer was "they're all the same. It's only a Holiday Inn Express" or "we don't know". The location was convenient to the Metro. There's a great new section of good restaurants around there. But I would not stay there again.
