I had just checked out today. Nice hotel but one of the 2 elevators was out of order. It caused quite a hussle to guests including me!

The team of the OD is extremely helpful and has a great attitude. They recommended great food options around the hotel and helped us putting together a fantastic day trip for my family keeping the different abilities of all 4 generations in mind.

Went to this place to see a friend sing. The place looks really nice. Ice atmosphere. But they do not no how to handle this kind of events! It was a sunny and hot day. Everyone was complaining that their drinks was taking more than an hour to come. And it was! For whatever stupid reason. They would not allow you to get drinks from the bar. WTH?! I had to leave because I was overheating and had no drinks!

Very central to most tourist sites. Staff are excellent and place very clean. Close to eateries and tapas restaurants. Great hot showers. Only area for improvement would be more green foods at breakfast. If you want coffee or tea in your room you need to provide for yourself and ask reception for a kettle… a little weird but it is Europe.

Very friendly staff who are more then willing to go a little extra to help out. Breakfast is terrific with lots of choices and well worth paying for. Room was very nicely appointed and, as it is a new hotel, everything is in great condition. Only slight niggle is there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Overall a terrific place to stay and only 10 minute walk to some of Barcelona's best highlights.

A cozy hotel with Scandinavian touches and lots of art! Highly recommended.

We're here for brunch. Closed service for 30 euros. The breakfast was very good. Hot dishes, only egg and very mediocre quality. Not to mention the desserts… the only good thing the coffee!

The restaurant is great, the staff has treated us very well and the food very good. Quality-price very advisable, taking care of the presentation of the dishes. We will definitely come back!

This property is very nice and designed with taste and in detail. For example the hallways are scented. On the 5th floor you can enjoy a pleasant view. The staff are helpful.
Breakfast is generous and quality. So good to be able to be served an omelet in the morning on demand. There is a choice and so much more enjoyable not to have vacuum products and well presented. The sausage is homemade. All it needed was pancakes so that this breakfast would be perfect. ✌ a nice little pool pleasant in good weather.
The hotel also offers underground parking for 25 per day which is reasonable for the city.
Ps: Always think about looking at prices on the Internet to get a fair price on the spot and this in all hotels.

Worst 5 star hotel in the world, i've ever seen.

We didn't like it at all. Parking very messy. A lot of noise at breakfast, not very good service. And the room weird though the bed comfortable.

Very nice Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

After warning that we were traveling with a Labrador dog, it turns out that they did not accept the pet reservation of more than 7kg. We had to look for another hotel at the time. Both the attention and the explanation and the help were appalling. Staff not up to the height of a 5 star.

Great new hotel in the centre. Location is fantastic as it's right next to the metro and with direct trains to the airport. Short walk to main shopping street and also within a 15 min pleasant walk to Sagrada Familia. Front of house staff were amazing and breakfast is really good — plentiful and tasty, enough to keep you going as you explore. Rooms are modern spacious and clean and the rooftop pool is a nice addition.

The hotel is near Gracia Avenue, to go shopping is quite convenient, breakfast is good, scrambled eggs or fried eggs can be spot, but need time, if the group tourists have time limit, the proposal goes early, the room inside to downtown hotel is already considered spacious, room bathroom and bed no compartment, For some tourists it may be a little inconvenient, the room contains two bottles of free water, this arrangement is very intimate, in addition there are bathrobes and slippers, toiletries and bath milk and solution to use the quality is good, TV channels quite a lot, the other group tourists stop touring car can be in front of the restaurant, is very good, The lobby staff are very friendly, the bellboy will also take the initiative to assist tourists to carry luggage, to group tourism hotels, a very good hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Very new and chic. Might get a bit squashed at pool side when busy but I never had a problem as they had only been open a week when I went. Would stay again.

We visited the OD just a month after its opening, and the stay was lovely.
We were greeted immediately by very friendly and attentive staff. At check-in there was a group of chinese for which the registration would take time, but they made us sit at the bar offering us an aperitif. I have not gone even 10 minutes and they called us. The manager Alejandro, very nice was extremely helpful and took care of all our needs and giving us excellent advice. We were given a room on the 4th floor is very large, modern, elegant, furnished in a minimalist but with great taste. Huge bed, very comfortable and the bathroom provided all the amenities. Also contrary to what is read in other reviews, the rooms are very quiet. Ever heard the cleaning woman, the noise of the lift or from the street. Delicious, the pool on the roof which offers a beautiful view over the city, but it is not less the internal garden on the ground floor that you can also do breakfast in the open air. This last one's really great, every morning you will find something new and with the possibility to order the card. But what is great is that you can have breakfast from 7 a. M. To 12 without the worry of not finding anything, for a holiday of true relaxation.

Hotel has a beautiful new era design. Rooms are the same, however the windows cannot be opened and air cannot be freshen. Service is superb. Prices are high for mini bar and coffee. Pool is small and shallow but still fun and excellent for a mid day chill.
