Great hotel with excellent front desk service.

I highly recommend this hotel. Its in a great location, clean, fresh and new-looking yet cosy. Very helpful concierge recommended an excellent restaurant for our first evening, just round the corner. There of four in our family group and the interconnecting rooms are perfect for us.

Room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was not bad too. Would recommend this place to a friend.

A nice room in a good location. The hotel is very close to the Gothic Quarter (about a 20 minute walk), however there are bus stops nearby, which I would recommend utilising because Barcelona's bus service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and were happy to give us information about transport and attractions. The only criticism I have is the optional breakfast was expensive for what it was. Although it was all-you-can-eat, the selection and quality were average. That, and we found a cockroach in our room. I don't know if this was a one off though, because the hotel seemed to be clean and well-kept. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Our experience here was delightful. Staff very helpful in many ways. Food in Lounge/bar was great although the menu was limited.

This is in a great location. Attentive staff, beautiful lobby, and lounge. Rooms are nice and comfy and it is walking distance to many attractions and close to metro. Many restaurants nearby and the best gluten free bakery in all of Barcelona is a short walk away.

Hotel was nice and in a great location. The rooms are pretty small but the beds are comfortable. I am giving this hotel 3 stars due to the customer service. As the highest rewards member status (Diamond Select) I had to remind the front desk staff of my status level. I also had to remind them that I was supposed to receive a welcome gift and or bonus points. No room upgraded was discussed. I inquired about it and was told there wasn’t one available (understandable). However, as a Diamond Select I feel something else like breakfast could’ve been offered. The internet was extremely slow. It was faster for me to use my phone data. We ordered drinks from room service and it took about 30 minutes to get them. Other than that nice hotel.

The worst stay I've had in my life in September 2017. As soon as I arrived the first night at 8:30 p. M. I dropped off my luggage and put all my money my jewelry and personal belongings in the self box and I wrote my personal code. We went out for dinner. We came back at 11pm I found the safe smashed and all my belongings stolen. I had nothing more money, I had only 20 euros on me and I had to stay a week in Barcelona. The hotel didn't want to call the police but under pressure from my friends they did. The police came at 3am and they made their report they took the prints. I left the next day at the police station to continue deposition and for the insurance to say have all the documents because the police have made the hotel accountable. The hotel assured me that the insurance will reimburse me for everything. My friends contributed to me so that I could live during my stay I was really ashamed. I saw the manager once when I was there. We've had a few e-mail exchanges with false promises.
I can guarantee you that so far I still have not received a refund and I have sent a friend who leaves for the hotel every day and they refuse to receive her. The insurance company said it sent a letter to the hotel for proof according to another friend to complete the refund file but without reply.

Excelent location. Professional staff. Great breakfast. Good prices. Confy bed. Clean room, bathroom and hotel. Stayed there for 4 nights in a city break with my fiance. We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Nothing to regret.

We stayed at this hotel on our first visit to Barcelona and loved everything about it. The staff was excellent the hotel was beautiful and the location was fantastic. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a place to stay while in Barcelona. If I have the opportunity to travel to Barcelona again they will be my first choice.

Stayed at the Hotel Dante for 2 nights before boarding our cruise ship. Very nice hotel near many of the sites and transit services. Room was very comfortable and clean. We purchased the breakfast program and found it good. Lots of variety for breakfast. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Great dinner recommendations just around the corner. Nice grocery store next door. Walking distance to the best shops. Staff was great to help with travel and touring tips to help us get around the city and enjoy beautiful Barcelona! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Barcelona.

Enjoying the hotel as I write the review. The staff were very welcoming the room is clean and modern, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Enjoyable view of the Urban architecture of from our room.

Nice hotel. Modern and recently remodeled. It is at least 5-10 minute walk from the nearest metro station (either hospital clinic or provença), but there is a bus stop nearby. Otherwise quite central location for Barcelona. Staff is pleasant.

It is the best in BCN in the value for money.

Not asking for taxi to the bellboy is more expensive and they take commission, in the same street pass several free.

Very nice and comfortable Hotel with very kind staff and prepared with a good mastery of Italian. Only slightly negative is the heating in the room (not possible to adjust) which at night makes the temperature quite high. I highly recommend for those looking for a classy hotel and not too expensive.

Located close to, but not in a tourist area, this hotel has a great location, surrounded by many good local restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful, and all we met spoke English. The breakfast is comparable to a classy North American brunch buffet, with Spanish Bacon, Iberian Ham, eggs, pastries, fresh mozzarella and tomato, cappuccino, rustic bread, and fresh juice. Everything fresh — not foam egg patties from a bag. Only a five-block walk from the University Aerobus st…ation, and ten blocks from Barcelona Sants. Highly recommended, and where we’ll be staying every time we come to Barcelona. Gracias for a lovely stay.

Decent location close to the center. Rooms are clean. Selection at breakfast is not huge but varies from day to day. Service is quite good, very friendly staff.

The staff at the Best Western Hotel Dante is world class. They're patient and very helpful in terms of recommending places to eat and how to stay safe while in Barcelona. This is helpful for first time travellers to Barcelona who also do not have a strong command of Spanish. I would strongly recommend this place for all international, non-spanish speaking travellers. This is a great location and a great stay while in Barcelona.

Comfortable, modern and good service in the heart of the Eixample area.

This hotel has an excellent value for money. It is located in Barcelona's Eixample. One of the neighborhoods with more restaurants. Bars. Night clubs and nightclubs. It's also a good area for business. At the public transport level is near the clinic Metro. Ferrocarriles de la Generalitat and buses. In the case of going to the sample fair the location is also very adequate.

Professional and helpful staffs. Really liked the idea of them giving free water and apples in the lobby. I stayed in a single room. bed and pillow was comfy enough for me. TV with enough channels to keep me entertain while I was in the room. Toilet was nice and loved the bath robe but would have loved a bath tub. had an unfortunate blackout 1 morning and was resolved pretty quickly. Disrupted my sleep a bit. Didn’t offer me a free breakfast for my inconvenience though…

The location was perfect. In 5 minutes walking you can reach the city center. It's on the principal avenue so you have a lot of places to eat. The rooms were always nice and clean. The staff was nice too.

We were treated with care and diligence. The employee that checked us in was friendly and did his best to answer our questions. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is within a 15 minute walk from catalunya square; which, is the center of Barcelona. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again for a future stay. Perhaps the thing that could have been better was the assigned room. We had a room on the 2nd floor facing the interior. A room on a higher floor and facing the Main Street would have been preferable. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a great value and experience for my family. The hotel staff were cordial and responsive via email prior to my arrival. Upon arrival they were friendly and helpful. We arrived in Barcelona in the morning and were able to store our luggage at the hotel while we went sightseeing until check-in time. The hotel is within walking distance of Las Ramblas, Placa Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. The metro station for the blue line to Sagrada Familia is a short walk away. Breakfast was very satisfactory in a pleasant environment. We were able to book two adjoining rooms for our family of four with two teenagers, giving us twin beds for the kids and two bathrooms for a very reasonable price. The hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

A jewel in the center of Barcelona with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby and also a large supermarket just down the street. Staff is friendly and informative. Rooms are very clean and the bed very comfortable.

We spent a few nights here prior to taking a cruise from Barcelona. The hotel is located in a good area and we found some good inexpensive places to eat in the neighborhood with the help of the hotel staff. It was easy to get taxi service from the airport and to the cruise ship plus we were able to get some tours that picked us up at the hotel. the staff was very helpful to us (spoke English) and everyone seemed most willing to assist. the room was small, but quiet, comfortable and clean. If we come to Barcelona again, we would most likely stay here.

Modern Hotel, located a short distance from Passeig de Gracia. The staff was very helpful Depending on the period you can find great deals.

In a quiet but central area. In the historic Eixample barrio, an urban model of the 1800s. Indoor parking.

4-Star Hotel. Nice entrance-showcase and good breakfast but the rooms are a little too simple and small for 4 star. The cleaning service looks great but the carpet "not little bit vedè". The staff is very courteous and they all speak more languages. Sure it is very close to the center!

This hotel is in a nice location, the personnel is very polite, they offer free Wi-Fi and the room is spacious, however, if you arrive on Sunday you will find that all business are closed in that area, so you have to walk a long way to find even a bottle of water, beside that, is a nice place.

The hotel is very well located. The area is quiet, silent, but is close to major arteries and a few blocks from the metro station. You can go walking to Las Ramblas or Plaza Catalunya (blocks 8-10).
The room is comfortable, clean, without great luxury, but with everything you need. Mine was inside, and was not very bright, and artificial light was somewhat low.
The staff were very nice.
No doubt he would return and would recommend it.

Good Hotel, centrally located between the metro stations of Catalunya and Diagonal. Clean, modern and friendly. Unfortunately, like most of the Hotels are very noisy. Some rooms overlook a covered courtyard, so a little fresh air over the window. Breakfast is very good.

Centrally located, with updated rooms the Premiere Dante is modern and comfortable. Service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is adequate, but not superb.

Bed is very wide, a single bed about a metre of two, and together, to bring the little guy to us, as well. Clean and tidy. Breakfast fresh-squeezed juice and fresh fruit, but other General. Wi-Fi very soon. Service attitude is very good. Location good, near restaurants, go to attractions or public transportation taxi are also convenient.
