The worst stay I've had in my life in September 2017. As soon as I arrived the first night at 8:30 p. M. I dropped off my luggage and put all my money my jewelry and personal belongings in the self box and I wrote my personal code. We went out for dinner. We came back at 11pm I found the safe smashed and all my belongings stolen. I had nothing more money, I had only 20 euros on me and I had to stay a week in Barcelona. The hotel didn't want to call the police but under pressure from my friends they did. The police came at 3am and they made their report they took the prints. I left the next day at the police station to continue deposition and for the insurance to say have all the documents because the police have made the hotel accountable. The hotel assured me that the insurance will reimburse me for everything. My friends contributed to me so that I could live during my stay I was really ashamed. I saw the manager once when I was there. We've had a few e-mail exchanges with false promises.
I can guarantee you that so far I still have not received a refund and I have sent a friend who leaves for the hotel every day and they refuse to receive her. The insurance company said it sent a letter to the hotel for proof according to another friend to complete the refund file but without reply.
