Good stay at this hotel. It is very close to the downtown, just 10 minutes walking, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is well connected with buses and two subway stations very close. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help you. The rbreakfast is good and we found the hotel very clean.

I like the area is really near to the city center, but you feel you live the real Barcelona away from the Tourists. It has a lots of good options for breakfast and lunch/dinner around. Love the pool and the staff.

Certainly not a four-star hotel. We walk in, two former nights customers are already arguing with the staff. The staff should not be arguing with the hotel guests but who am I to say. Secondly the lobby is 95° hot and intolerable. The third and more important concern with this hotel is the rooms were remaining on the first Floor were all acceptably clean, but again, hot, and tolerable and the view was overlooking a trash dump in the middle of the hotel. Lastly and to top it all off the service was not at all what you would expect more receive from a four star. Don’t be deceived by the photos the rooftop pool is actually on the 2nd floor with no views, about the size of a eight-man Jacuzzi. The rooms are embellished and over-rated and We are very tolerant travelers. This four-star hotel in Mexico would be considered a two star and we stay in four stars all the time and again are very tolerant travelers, but not tolerant enough to stay here, not even a night. Advertisements should match the descriptions!

My husband and I have loved the weekend in Barcelona, the city is beautiful and the people are very friendly. The hotel we chose is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood ten minutes walk from the center. The facilities offered by the hotel are very interesting. They have a pool with a cozy terrace, a very cute spa. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The spacious rooms, the comfortable beds and we have found the whole hotel very clean.

The location is excellent, quiet and in a reasonable residential area. To emphasize is its excellent staff, polite and service-oriented.
We'll definitely be back!

The only thing that would have changed is that the pool was closed and the breakfast buffet is like in a conference room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

After reading a few bad reviews, I was on "high alert" trying to spot any issues. I'm glad to report that I had no issues at all. The room was nice and big, and looked good. The shower was perfect, as was the Wi-Fi. Staff were nice, and the hotel's location is very close to the centre. I didn't try the spa. The breakfast buffet selection was good, with plenty of choices. However, at €16 per person, it only makes sense if you're very hungry. If you only feel like having coffee and toast, go to the bar across the road and spend €2.80, and the coffee is much better.

A well-located hotel in the center of the city. The room was spacious, but it is true what I had read in other reviews. The bathroom was very quiet and the shower was very noisy. I don't think it was a coincidence. The bathroom under these conditions is not worthy of a 4 star hotel. The free gym is small but enough to jog a bit. Breakfast was very good.

The Wi-Fi doesn’t worked well and the air conditioning in the room was broken! it‘s a 4star hotel and you have to pay for the SPA (uhm wtf? ) one of the elevator was also broken! never again.

Beautiful hotel in Barcelona, convenient to reach the center, Front has the bus stop, nice and spacious rooms, friendly staff. Definitely come back. Recommended.

The experience at the hotel was very rewarding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early and they had the room ready and we were able to rest right away from our trip. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are spacious.
I find it very good idea to have the bathroom separate from the sink, so my partner and I did not bother.
The Hotel spa is very nice and they give good service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good Housekeeping but not everything is good, the room was the 603 and I spend a terrible night, very high temperature for me taste and the temperature grader did absolutely nothing… a wall-hung plug, the toilet light only func Iona One, never happened to me but gave me a terrible pain back, I do not know if it was chance or guilt of the mattress.
In short, it is OK but has to polish faults, in a hostel of 20 euros the night are permissible but in a 4 * hotel is not very normal.

The hotel is very convenient this located near the center and the clinical Hospital where I had to accompany a couple of days to my wife. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spotless. The SPA has a very professional service.

I do not recommend this place. Internet did not work for the 3days of our stay. This created a lot of inconvenience for our holidays. The hotel did not fix it and did not even offer any kind of compensation or refund. Location is good and hotel is clean. Room is not very bright. Staff is nice. Note that the toilet room is a modern style with a glass door and some space between the door and the wall: not good if you want privacy. The fact that the hotel was not able to fix the internet in several days without offering a compensation made my stay extremely uncomfortable and negative.

A good choice in the centre of Barcelona. Very friendly, all very clean, well communicated near the train, Metro buses, and always a taxi at the door.

We went to the company's Christmas dinner and the service was disastrous. A lot of time between the two starters and the second course. He also spent at least an hour between those who had ordered fish and meat. It was all cold and did not serve bread if you did not ask and even so… it took so long that you had finished the dish. Coffee was not served either. Anyway, I hope next year I'll play someplace else.

Very nice and very central. The rooms have all the amenities you would expect from a four star hotel, and the location is outstanding, in the Ensanche, very central. We had a problem with the hot water but overall very well.

We were very good at this hotel. All the staff is very friendly and they treated us very well always very attentive giving us the necessary indications so that we arrived at the sites, informing us about the public transport … The hotel is clean, and the beds are very comfortable and large. When I walked into the lobby it's not air cond so it's very stuffy. I was staying on level 3 there is a computer for use but it was not working. Room was good size I booked a double bed but it was 2 single beds pushed together (very strange) one night we had no hot water. Buffet breakfast very pathetic. Eggs had a off smell, pastry selection very small, bread was not fresh, milk was on beffet at room Temperature was not on ice, juice was room temperature, over all buffet selection was very basic. The pool area is not privet at all, all the Surrounding appartments are looking into the pool area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.

Really good location and very reasonably priced for Barcelona! Rooms where cleaned spotlessly everyday! The only thing is that when we arrived we asked to use the sunbeds in the spa. We used this for two days then we where told we have to pay to use it in future. £15 for 7minutes. No thanks! … Would return to this hotel if I Visit the city again.

Good value — not a 5* rating but it was absolutely fine and would go back if there were no rooms at the Granados. Other reviews mentioned noise — I slept like a log and didn't hear a thing. Maybe just got lucky with my room.

The spacious and always kept clean. In the bathroom there was the bidet (important). For the rest we were just at the hotel. All in all 60 euros for a double 4 stars is a good price. Also the location is bad.

Very nice hotel in Barcellona. We have been there 3 nights. The only advice I could give, if you want to use the SPA for free, book directly from the hotel website.

An ideal hotel for tourists in Barcelona!
Once the location: the Plaça d ' Espanya on one side and the Rambla on the other are within walking distance. The airport bus has its station in the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes and from there it is only a 5-minute walk to hotel. Despite its central location, no street noise disturbs the tranquility of the night!
The House has been renovated a short time ago. The rooms are as good as new, squeaky clean, and tastefully decorated. The beds are excellent, the bathroom in pristine condition (and huge). Wi-Fi is free throughout the House, to get the access code at the reception.
The breakfast buffet is varied and of remarkable quality.
We felt very comfortable and will come again.

The Briefcase with the PC and documentation have stolen me during check-in; the hotel did not charge anything. Fatal response. I shall return no more, nor recommend it.

As Agency Online, sell much this hotel and the quedanmuy customers happy, that's what we say when we do traces of their stay.

So very very close to the metro which use it to dezplazarme to the sagrada familia and Park Güell.
