Bed and Bike Barcelona Hostel

I stayed here in April of 2019 and I absolutely LOVED it.

Lovely hostel and helpful staff. The only disappointment was the bike tour wasn't running the day we were there. Apart from that it was clean and tidy, felt safe and was easy to find.

Stayed in Bike Bed and Bike Hostel in Barcelona for 3 days in mix dorm. I have no complaints. Clean, friendly staff, good facilities, very near to main attraction spots like Sagrada la Familia. Worth it.

So clean, quite, good location and kind people. I want to say thank you to Luis (receptionist) we had very good talk with him. Everybody was so helpful.

Great hostel clean bathrooms got cleaned several times a day showers work fine beds are comfy lockers big lounge and kitchen area free bike tour everyday good value bike hire hostel had different free food every night available if you wanted staff are all friendly and happy to help.

I liked everything except for the shared bathrooms.

Very nice Location, Close to Sagrada Familia. Enjoing staying in a 12 man Mixed dorm room. People were really nice and Clean. Chill area also very nice with The possibility to play free Pool. Very nice staff and Overall great experience If you are a Hostel Lover!

An amazing hostel! This was my first hostel experience and it was really really good, I had so much fun staying there. It has a great vibe inside, I met a lot of like-minded travellers and enjoyed my time there. I would definitely recommend choosing this Hostel for your stay. Also, the staff there are amazing! Luis and Ricardo are very helpful and fun to be around, highly recommend going.

Best hostel I've been in in a year of travelling, apart from the squeaky bedroom door. Beautifully clean, spacious, nice decor, quirky. Great social spaces, and facilities and very lovely staff. Very Highly recommended.

Nice hostel. All the staff members we met were amazing. Richie, who was at the reception when we checked in was great and gave us great tips about where to go and where to eat. Even made us an itinerary in the map. Everythings was cleaned and organized. Well done guys! Keep up the great work!

Excellent, very clean and comfortable. It is in a strategic point to visit different places of Barcelona. The decor of the place is very nice and cozy. The staff makes you feel at home, they are very friendly. I can say that it is a modern and quiet place to receive people of all ages. I loved it.

Great staff and ambience. The hostel is centrally located. Close to the public transport and the Bus station. The kitchen is well equipped and also clean. They also have a very good bike rental service with free bike tour of the city. The rooms are quite and the sleep quality is good.

Hostel located 1 km from the Arc de Triomphe of Barcelona. Very safe, quiet and enjoyable!

Very pleasant place to spend a few days in Barcelona. The toilets and showers very clean, the beds have curtains to create a little privacy. You can rent a bike and if you have a bike, as I have already, there is a comfortable parking space.

Would have been 5 stars but service inconsistent from the front attendants. A few were more helpful than others. Rooms were clean, showers were okay, and the common area was decent. Location wasn't as good. I would rather stay somewhere closer to gothic quarter. Next time I know.

Best hostel I've ever seen. Would recommend 10/10 times. Nice people who work and stay there. Close to metro station.

The bikes are not free during high season. The staff is very friendly and they make a little event with free food or drinks every night. The beds are not very comfortable and the door of my room was very loud, banging when people come in and out, the shower has a automatic stop kind of annoying and the drain were not flowing correctly. The comum area integraded with the kitchen is nice.

Definitely a great experience to stay at this hostel! Staff are super friendly, washrooms are super clean, pool table, kitchen and has a great hang out spot. It's relatively close to sagrada and the train station.

Fantastic. I would definitely return and definitely recommend it. I stayed in a private room — it was clean, room cleaning every day. The communal area is huge. They have a kitchen to cook and keep refrigerated food so you don't have to eat pastries for breakfast every day and it allows you to eat healthier. They have communal dinners and movie nights. The staff are really friendly — Luis was great. You MUST ask Richie to draw you a map of the city — he'll tell you exactly how to get around and see the best sights for the lowest price. He is really passionate about Barcelona and showing you where and what to do — was very helpful. I would definitely return.

Quite expensive for what you get. Was comfortable and safE, not a super fun vibe but not bad. I think the price is typical for Barcelona but I can't save overall I felt like it was great value.

Great hostel with a friendly staff. An activity every night. Rooms have AC and an outlet, light, and curtain for each bed. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Showers are the type that requires pushing a button every 10-30 seconds.

What can I say but if your looking for a hostel look no further than bed and bike. Its run like a well oiled engine by the nicest people in the world.

Friendly helpful staff but not enough!. If you are a person of lgbtqi world be prepared to be discriminated en masse from other travellers without interference from the staff even if you complain to the reseption about abusive behaviour from other lodging guests. Lovely roofterrace and clean rooms.

Awesome hostel with free bike rental in offpeak seasons. Staff were helpful and the location was great for most attractions in Barcelona.

I recommend the Bed & Bike for everyone who goes to Barcelona. The staff is great, kind and very friendly. I had such a great time and I'll definiely go back someday.

The staff, facilities, and experience all exceeded expectations! Cheap prices. Friendly people. A consistent attention to detail that pervades everything from their checkin process to their decorations, website, and bunks. I was extremely impressed!

All around great place, we had an awesome stay here. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind, (Vanessa was the best! ) the kitchen and lounge area is spacious and comfortable. Private rooms, 12 bed and 16 bed dorms available. Definitely not a party hostel, quite time starts at 12 which is great if that's what you're looking for. Free sangria nights a few days a week is a nice touch and best part for us was the free bikes, we used them everyday of our stay. (I think they charge for the bikes in the summer. ) Rooftop patio area closes at 7pm but is a good place to have breakfast in the A. M.

A superb hostel, both the dorms and private rooms are really comfortable and affordable. The staff is super nice and fun to talk to, and the bike service they provide is great for Barcelona, which is a city that is almost made for bikes. The bikes are loaned on a first come first serve basis, for no additional cost. They only loan the bikes if you are staying for longer than one night, for understandable reasons. The cooking area was nice and clean, with the tables made out of wood adding great character to an already great establishment. I can't really think of any major negatives to my experience. The dorms come when the regular negatives of a dorm, which are counteracted by earplugs. Not all the private rooms have a private bathroom though!

Ritchie makes this hostel something special. It is alone quite amazing, but his presence makes it unmissable. Sure, the washrooms are not super clean and the beds are not as soft as you may like, but who cares? They take care of you like you are family. That's worth the trip alone.

The best Hostel ever! For low budget traveling it is like a heaven :) Low price by high quality.

Cleanest hostel I've ever been with super friendly and helpful staff!

Totally best hostel I have ever been in my life. They provide bicycles with locks on "first come first serve" basis. The staff is just awesome. I met 3 of them, and they are all very nice and helpful… don't hesitate to ask them.

Fantastic new hostel. I ran into one of the staff around town and they told me about the hostel and the fact that they have free bikes for use and so I had to check it out. It's a new place and it shows in that everything is nice and clean and the staff want to help and improve. Would definitely recommend it.
