Close to the Sagrada Familia, 20 min walk from Plaça Catalunya. Comfortable room, cleanliness could improve, correct.

Too many faults encountered during the stay to be a four star. Except the reception staff because friendly and helpful. In short: I would not go back.

A single night, a person, a professional visit. Correct Room with a view of the Holy Family and everything you need, as usual in any hotel of this type. The only problem is that the shower had a leak in the head and squirted jets of water over the bulkhead and into the bathroom sink and floor, and maybe with not too much water pressure (it might not make me clear with the faucet keys…). Soundproofing is not perfect either, you could hear the adjoining room, but it wasn't unbearable either.

Beautiful Hotel. After A long trip I was staying alone at night. I Arrived at 12 pm, I communicate by mail with the people at the front desk to warn of my late check-in before, a correct and immediate response, and that same day I communicated to report an even greater delay, they answered almost at the time. On arrival the front desk was aware of everything. Impeccable Attention. Beautiful Room, bathrooms and nice clean bed. In a not very noisy area of the city, 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia and half a block from the Monumental.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I got was a little noisy, you would hear the traffic.

Clean rooms at a good price in a very central location, just from breakfast I rate you prefer to go to one of the numerous cafes nearby as you get for the €11 much better and more bids than in the hotel.

The quality of the rooms was very exceptional however the breakfast is a bit of a mixed bag.

A very good quality hotel and accommodations. The service was impeccable and the services were very well delivered. The price is quite consistent with the service and in general the dependencies are of very good invoice. Overall I would say it is a very good hotel and I would recommend it personally.

Bad experience, the air conditioning is from cold or heat out to 18 ° and in room 29! The cold was not working and when indicated at the reception they told me they could not fix it, and if you open the window with the noise you do not sleep.

Good hotel room. The room size was a good size, room was clean, got a good view of the Sagrada Familia Bisilica. The only downfall is no AC so room was pretty warm even in November.

The rooms are very nice.

The worst thing was that I stayed a jacket in the room, and half an hour later was gone, and no one has given me a solution. From the rest the stay was not bad, although the room we touched was quite small, with a side of the bed attached to the wall, but that if the room had good views. In another case I could recommend it, but after this robbery I will not stay in this chain again.

Great hotel with adequate courtesy services and panoramic view. Even though they paid in advance, they asked me for bail.

Everything available, walking distances from la sagrada familia, metro and bus stops. Would rexommend it anytime. Our stay there Washington excellent.

Affordable hotel. Nice location within a few blocks from La Sagrada Familia. A short bus ride to the beach. It could use some updating and renovation.

Good hotel in great location close to the Sagrada Familia — it was wonderful to wake up to a view of Gaudi's masterpiece. Our room was clean and well equipped with comfy bed and lovely waterfall shower. Staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold items.

Excellent hotel, central location just a few meters from the Sagra da Familia, excellent as a starting point to go in almost all the main directions of Barcelona!

Sagrada familia within walking distance, Metro stop in 50MT, with its public transport stop, near restaurant (Monumental) with local cuisine, normal prices. Hotel as already reviewed, with young staff, very helpful.

So near to La Sagrada Familia, the counter staff are great.

The staff are great and it's in a great location. The added breakfast isn't really worth the money though.

Strategic location, very close to the best historic sites of Barcelona, the service is good, but can improve, I suggest to remodel most current of the lobby. I stay in 2013 if I recall but no notice service parking lot, suddenly this wrong, it would be good to ask. The fee for that time, it was a fair price-quality-comfort.

Not an upscale hotel or anything special, but good value for your money.

Stayed in winter. Rooms were clean and staff friendly and spoke good English. The shower in my room was a little annoying, the water temperature and pressure would fluctuate once a minute or so. Nice view of the sagrada familia from the higher rooms. Close to the metro station too.

The Hotel has a good view of the sagrada Familia, the rooms are clean, well conditioned and comfortable. Friendly staff always attentive to the needs.

The hotel has earned a 4-star… I would appreciate the hotel for 2-3 star.
Rooms: Walls dirty and with mold, tap go off. After 2 days, the door to the bathroom is broken. After 4 days, the window is broken, like almost out.
Lamps on the bed were glued together with duct tape. Floor was dirty.
Beds hard as stone, drive to the whole time away from each other.
Shower was broken, the whole shower system has fallen almost apart.
Food was OK, can't complain except that always forgot to turn on the kettle for tea. Have switched to simply quite cheeky always yourself's ^^
Bar — this is no bar that is a small camp in the corner. There is no one working you have to ask someone from the reception, if you want… what

That was all worst, that it has no WV brush in the bathroom… the questions of "Why" we have received a response: "for hygienic reasons"… Please?
As I said, the hotel deserves 2-3 star.
1 star for the location, the location is TOP! And very close to the Metro station!

The room was of a fairly size and location was good but the room had a bit of dust. Great breakfast.

The shower was broken, we arrived and had luggage of other people in the room (had to change our room, obviously),
extra bed which we had requested was not either, and furthermore was poor which put.
Justito breakfast buffet to be a 4 star hotel and paid for the room €150 aprox.

Location is nice, few steps to the Monumental subway station, 5 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia, and between city center and the rest of the city, room was a bit small though.
