Rooms very well maintained and quiet despite its other strong point… the proximity of the Ramblas!

Perfect location near the Ramblas on a quiet street. Amazing service. Clean, modern rooms. Breakfast is good. We were given our room when we arrived from the airport at 11 am after a long overnight flight; that was a blessing. This is our second time here. Highly recommend.

Spacious rooms, staff are friendly and helpful, rooftop pool ‍♀️ & bar a great place to relax after a day of walking around town.

Friendly helpfully staff, excellent location and the roof pool Is great, thoroughly enjoyed a four nights stay here with my teenage kids. Would recommend to anyone.

Extraordinary. Terrific location, best value for money, super clean toilet with bathtub. I stayed for a week and would definitely go back! Great rooms and amazing staff!

If you ever get a chance to visit Barcelona, then go for this hotel. It is on the las Ramblas street, which is the heart of Barcelona. Perfect hotel with perfect location. All the visiting places are at walking distance from this hotel. Mine best chilling place was Las Ramblas street.

Great value for money to do as full Center but tranquility assured.

Cleanliness and breakfast good, great location although very close to the Rambla it is very quiet.
The pool and terrace are kept badly and it is the only place where you can smoke but it is closed from 22.00in the evening at 10.00 in the morning, the elevators do not work well last revision 2005

This hotel does not deserve a one star at all. BEWARE! We went out to have dinner that night and when we came back we were shocked to see our luggages opened and locks were damaged! Their staff (housekeeping tall guy long hair with a beard) was the last one to knock the door to send in some toiletries we requested after an hour of requesting. After which, we went out to have dinner when we came back to our room, that’s when we saw what happened to our luggages. I am beyond disappointed. We have been to many countries and many hotels but this is the first time it happened. I complained about what happened but no one ever contacted me until now. Their manager was not available as they said. Do not stay here!

It is a 4 * located on the Ramblas, but further into the Raval district. The area itself is quite lively by traditional restaurants in the area and more modern, frequented more and more by tourists. At night I don't think it's the best area to walk around…
As for the hotel, you notice that it is cared for and clean and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Very nice room with good beds hotel has own roof terrace with great view over Barcelona! Breakfast buffet was OK! Zehr central location but not too noisy!

Stayed here a few times now good place to stay, lots of places to go to very central.

Staying here aa I type this! Great location, very clean modern with some original touches such as the beautiful original ornate bar and doors. Great value for money would definitely stay agian.

Mediodida Menu of 17eur fantastic, including weekend. Tasty and well presented dishes, quality products and generous quantity. Excellent service. Better you book, although it tends to be quiet. 100m from the Ramblas.

Beautiful structure but happen to find some stain on the floor and the window overlooking the inner courtyard, you have to have luck on the room that is assigned.

In our case. Had problem with the connection d Internet (Wi-Fi), a call to reception, we derived direct technical service and in less than ten minutes EVERYTHING is RESOLVED! I also know that it is a very nice hotel, good location, staff very EFFICIENT,

Great hotel, but breakfast is not included. The price for the breakfast is a bit salty, and is not the best food you can get in the region, but if you are going out early, it may be your only option.

Anything recommended. Work trip, I suppose the agency sent me there for an offer rate. Rooms crappy with the curtains tattered and dirty. Seek another option!

Location! Great rooftop pool! Beds are comfy. Need new towels though, ours were a bit old and washed way too many times. Location is key here. You can't beat it! It's great walking to it all!

This hotel is in a great location, just off the top end of Las Ramblas. Comfortable but quite small rooms with a good sized bathroom. The furniture in the rooms is 70s/80's with some sticking drawers. Nice roof terrace with small pool.
We would stay again due to its location.

I stayed one night before my cruise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. I would definitely stay again. Definitely close to LA rambla.

The hotel is old and need a refurbishment. It looked a bit creepy. The reception team however is really nice tho. My phone was stolen just outside the hotel — from my hands — and the staff was really helpful. I will not come back. Location wise is obviously really close to the ramblas.

We are here from Australia staff friendly on checking in we have a few nights here and will be returning after a cruise all booked in, room lovely but only 2 tea bags a day for 2 people and not fresh milk is my only complaint

I recently stayed 3 nights at Silken Ramblas and was very happy about many things: Extremely friendly and helpfull staff, delicious breakfast, very clean and spacious room, and last, but not least — the Hotel is perfectly situated very close to La Rambla. Can be recommended!

Lovely 4 star hotel just off La Ramblas noisey late at night get a high floor, room was great staff were superb food 1st class & the roof top pool was a godsend.

We spent 5 days here we had a family room no 113 with a couple of small balconies it was a little noisey through the night & early morning I would recommend a higher floor. However the hotel itself was rather good & clean saying that if you have a robe & slippers in your room use the slippers or you will have black feet, staff pleasant & very helpful nothing seemed to much trouble, the room was fairly spacious with large windows & blackout curtains on all windows, bathroom again a decent size the shower was powerful & hot. The rooftop pool area is brilliant pool is freezing but a godsend on a hot day, the cocktails served here are 1st class. Only 2 or 3 English speaking channels on the TV but hey you are in Spain. Overall the room & hotel a good 8.5 out of 10 & we would stay here again.

The hotel is located in a good location. Stayed here while in town for MWC. Very convenient to some great restaurants. The service is friendly and they respond quickly to requests. The rooms are very nice as well. The only negative I had was that the beds aren't the most comfortable, but that can be subjective. There was a water issue during my stay, but they were able to resolve it in a few hours. My hair dryer kept triggering the circuit breaker, which was a little bit annoying. They give you complimentary water bottles and the "desayuna" is wonderful. It offers a great selection of cold and warm breakfast items. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I went to an event in one of the rooms of the hotel. Although the entire organization of the event was independent of the hotel, the reception staff helpful very cordially. The room that we use this accessible by lift. The hotel has parking and is fully centrally.

Loved it, staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Can't wait to go back.

OMG loved it all, fantastic position, 30 foot steps to Las Ramblas hustle and bustle, yet serene and quite, Fabulous rooftop pool and bar, Beds so comfy, room exquisite, food delicious, clean and just perfect, booking it again soon and would not stay in any other hotel than the Silken Ramblas, well done staff we LOVED IT. BARCELONA the best city, beach and shopping in the world, TOP CLASS.

Before book I consulted hotel reviews and the latter proved to be authentic: soundproofing of the rooms, but comfortable and the french-speaking friendly staff, breakfast very good! and good location, but I recommend it when even if you want to sleep well.

Very central good hotel in Barcelona — Near to Ramblas and within easy reach of many places. But dont take taxi by reception its will be much expenceve, it u want then take from street or rambla.

The location of the silken Ramblas is really super. A side street to the Ramblas, ca 400 m from Placa de Catalunya. Value: No. A customer donation is limited to the absolute minimum. Rooms functional, just still clean, but stayed out. In the corridor: wear and tattered tiles, glass splinters are already 2 days until they are removed. Service at the bar only on 2maliges demand and also just listless. The price for 2 persons 134E/night for the town and location is probably ok, but I can do the 4 star cannot be seen.

I was in July 2007 for 4 days in the hotel. Quiet location close to the Ramblas. Well located for the old town and visits to museums. Close to the Opera House. Nice service, good breakfast, clean rooms. I was very satisfied.
