Absolutely lovely. Service 10 out of 10. Suite, restaurant, roof bar and breakfast top class. Is for sure one of the best Hotel in Barcelona.

I have travelled extensively and this hotel has the best staff, service-oriented, pleasant and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this place as the location is also excellent to walk everywhere in Barcelona!

Such a great hotel! From the moment you walk in and you are given a cool towel, a glass of Cava, and homemade chocolate to the time you check out with personal service — water, cookies, and a kind note from the concierge and staff, this hotel is definitely the best in class plus!

Amazing hotel, the staff were so friendly and made our stay perfect. Our first holiday with our 10weeks old baby and the experience was absolutely stress free mostly down to the hotel and the very kind staff. The hotel provided a cot, baby bath (and baby toiletries) and bouncy chair, more than we ever expected. And Hippo has become his new favourite toy!

This was a true 5-star experience. The decor, the cleanliness, the design, the rooftop, and the location… all superb. But the highlight is the highly professional, but extremely friendly staff that really sets it apart from other 5-star properties. And a bonus — Informal (the hotel restaurant) is some of the best food I have ever encountered — in a hotel or otherwise.

What an amazing hotel. The staff is by far, the most attentive I've come across. Always opening the door as we entered or left and called us by name. Reservations they made for us werr very welcome. The room was perfect, the top floor pool and eatery was a little Oasis.

One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Service begins as soon as you get out of your taxi. Provided with immediate comfort and with every need accommodated … this place strive to take care of all your possible needs — make sure you include breakfast… incredible! The staff is the real reason why this place is one of the best hotels. Location is excellent. We were provided with a cellular phone to use to get around town and for instant access of internet and communication with hotel in case of emergency. I love this place and travel to Barcelona just to stay here and enjoy their amazing beautiful culture!

We stayed at this adorable boutique hotel for two nights before debarking on a 10 day Mediterranean cruise. The sevice is amazing from the moment you walk into the hotel until checkout. Rooms are spacious, spotless, modern, and new :). We stayed in a room overlooking the marina which was breathtaking.

I have visited their restaurant, the Informal one, and it must be said that everything was great. Good, and visible, kitchen where the dishes were served at their point, and moment, fair, with a good quality.
The service, great. A young team, close, friendly and smiling, an achievement. As unique but… The wine, white, little cold. It is funny how in Barcelona many sites do not have the wine to the corresponding temperature.

Head up to the top floor to chill out at another one of Barcelona great rooftop bars. A casual setup with good service and comfortable for large groups. Cocktails were pricey at 15 euros, some rounds great, but others very bland. I'd go again any time in the summer to just we be outdoors, but not ideal for sunset due to the building position.

Once I had checked in I got a tour of the hotel, the rooftop bar was very nice with views over the harbour to match. The rooms are very well maintained and the choice of electrical equipment is amazing from Loewe tv’s to Bose sound systems, also the android handset to take out with you whilst out of the hotel is a very good little touch I would highly recommend this hotel and I hope to return again soon

Set in a building dating from 1846, this refined hotel is a 9-minute walk from the Picasso Museum, 1.5 km from the beach, and a 10-minute walk from Les Ramblas. The modern, wood-floored rooms and suites feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and Nespresso coffeemakers. They also include balconies with city or sea views. Suites add living areas, and some suites have whirlpool tubs. One of the suites is set in Pablo Picasso's former studio. Room service is available. Catalan cuisine is served in an informal restaurant with an open kitchen, and there's a rooftop terrace with dining, a gym, an infinity pool and a sky bar overlooking Port Vell Marina.

We stayed at this hotel before, but this time decided to stay somewhere closer to La Rambla, where the terrorist attack happened this afternoon. We were thinking of grabbing a drink at this hotel while the attack incident is taking its course. The hotel manager refused to let us in, telling us that it's a five star hotel and we can't enter with our shorts (we came from the beach). Anyway, I said yes, I know it's a five star hotel because I stayed here before and that's obviously never going to happen again in the future. I now regret to have even spent more than a minute here previously. Really? During such a terrifying moment? The hotel should be grateful that I even thought of revisiting.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Received pre visit calls inquiring about any special needs or circumstances. Excellent location at the southern edge of the Gothic district on the harbor. Easy walk to the Ramblas, Cathedral and El Born and Barceloneta. Spacious room was outstanding.

I have been eating at this restaurant since it opened. I have always received very attentive service. I decided to take my family there for a meal so that they could also experience this fantastic restaurant. The Sommelier who works there is very knowledgable, and always recommends very good wine for us to drink whenever we visit. More recently (before this visit) I have been served by several people, I'm not exactly sure on all of their names but I think there is an Anna, Neena, Laura. These people are fantastic and always have been. However on my last visit there was a man who I have never seen before, he was wearing a grey suit and had a beard. This was some of the worst service I have had at this restaurant. He didn't really seem to care about us, wasn't so attentive, and seemed to arrogant to do so. I have never had to top up my own wine or water EVER at this restaurant. This is a real shame, and has to be honest put me off coming to the restaurant in the future. I do hope you correct this issue. Such a shame, however the food was as always up to standard!

Tophotel. Very service driven staff, rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Doorman is very helpful guy and guest services always there to help. Next time in Barcelona I will certainly stay here again.

We stayed at the Serras for our honeymoon and loved it. The staff was helpful and friendly from check in to check out. Up-to-date rooms and great location, especially if you're interested in the Gothic quarter or the beach. Note that our "city view" room looked out on the next building a few feet over, so don't expect grand views from these rooms. There is a roof deck with a beautiful view of the harbor, though!

The personnel is excellent and very helpful. What strikes me is the originality of their actions. The hotel itself is an excellent boutique hotel. Very clean and new. Excellent, fast and free internet connection. The restaurant follows the same standards.

First I to to hotel apologized: we scheduled has dinner but I wife she out has small accident we didn't approach to, somewhat small lost-but OK we day also didn't is too late, in loft rooftop drink has Cup steam drink-we are think if staff do have enough good, will can let live guest forgive some small insufficient, we think this hotel do have is good, enthusiasm welcomes we.

Hotel excellent location close to the Bell Harbor, 15 minutes walk from katailuoniya square. Hotel hardware installation style simple, good quality style. Warm and attentive six-star service, rooms at the guests they can kind of call my name, intimate the details in place, strange sense of etiquette is not luxury, but friendly warmth of heart.

Amazing hotel very close to the beach and just around the corner from las ramblas. Staff are extremely helpful and really go the extra mile. Can't recommend enough. Definitely staying here again next time I am in Barcelona.

We stayed at Serras for 3 nights in October and the staff were really helpful. The room was nice and the bed was so comfortable! Location is in Gothic Quarter, the bus stop is across the road and a short walk to the beach. Definitely worth the money!

Wonderful charming boutique hotel with excellent service. The staff was so helpful and warming you do not feel like you are staying in a hotel. Definitely my new favorite hotel. The restaurant, Informal, was delicious. Try the tomato salad and the cinnamon ice cream for sure. The rooftop with the Dj and chill atmosphere was fun . I think this hotel provides everything one needs in a great location. We will definitely go back. Thank you guys for the hospitality.

Terrace with swimming pool and industrial style with one of the best views of the port. NINETEENTH-century building housed the first study of the painting of Picasso. Take the Hugo cocktail with elderflower, mint and champagne.

This is, hands down, the best hotel we have stayed at in Spain; In fact, I am hard pressed to think of any hotel I've ever stayed at which matches it for service. The staff here are kind, helpful, insightful, and attentive to every detail. The accommodations are beautiful, stylish, and comfortable. The location is within walking distance of all parts of Born and the gothic quarter. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
