It is located in one of the narrow streets of the highest part of Toledo, it is best to park low or in one of the private rooms, the room clean and all good, the only thing that touched us one on the ground and interior. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The place was fine. The parking place they are associated with is kinda shady and I didn't liked them. The buffet breakfast was big enough but nothing special, exactly what I expected for the price. The room I slept in was without a fridge but the ac worked properly.

I'm still in it. Evil of solemnity. You tell them or you ask them for something and nothing at all. Cleaning 0. Very friendly service but do not solve. I'm not coming back.

Let's see, the only good thing about the hotel is the location and the staff, they are very friendly and correct. Also, everything is very clean.
However, the hotel urgently needs a top-down remodeling. Both the décor of the rooms and the keys, which are noted that they are very antique.
Also add that breakfast was a disappointment. 8 euros for a machine coffee and some toast from the mercadona, I find it excessive.

Very nice location! We found a cokroach… But it was due to the hot weather! The girl at the reception was very nice and very kind to provide us a change of room.

The room is not bad but it is SUPER NOISY: You hear pee to the top, snore, etc… 8:00.30 we were already awake from the noise. The walls must be paper-smoking.

Small and cozy Hotel in the old classic of Toledo, very attentive to everything and very nice and friendly receptionist. We were re-housed there for reasons other than us and we were treated very well. The next time you visit Toledo will be the first places you look to book.

Good location. When we arrived the room was very cold and the heating did not heat up much. And the Wi-Fi didn't work.
And I confirm what I read in other opinions that noise was heard in the hallways.

I can share the opinion of some that it is not a 3, but I have no complaints: it was clean, staff correct, very central and the room comfortable. Maybe it's because we caught an offer but the value for money seemed very good. The balconies of the room faced a narrow street but it is what you have to stay in the old part… there are no avenues.

Total swindle in all respects. We "sold" a triple room and after making the reservation and getting to the hotel turned out to be a double with extra bed for children, towels were missing and one of the switches could not touch it without being released. Total disappointment to be in such a centric area.

It is very large the 3 stars, rather stays in pension and some are better. The paper walls too noisy up to the A/C annoying to sleep, the buffet breakfast was lousy pan, white label as well as the juices and the almost plastic sausages, (only had breakfast one day and we had it included) was inedible, but the best was The bathroom of the 80 without reforming and the bath without stopper, because they tell us that people take them and you have to ask at reception to mourn never happened something like to cry, one and no more.

Really cheap price, to spend a few days and tour the great historic and beautiful city of Toledo, its rooms are very good, really if you need a place to rest your head to relax, this is your right place. It was my husband, my two little kids and me.
Just arriving at 12, we were informed that we could not enter the room until 14:00.
The slogan was a room next to the door to exit without a key, no control whatsoever.
At 16:00, my husband had to wait with my young son at the reception +/— 15 minutes (good thing not too late), reason I did not have my id, and I was not.
When the reservation as you see, the photo was made by my husband. (instead let him go up… unload the suitcases and that my son could change and when I arrived I request the DNI. )
When we went up, we almost fell back to see the room. Attached picture, was very small for 4 four beds. We couldn't even put our clothes in the closet.
We couldn't take a nap for the kids, the walls looked like paper sheets. You could hear everything.
And we decided to leave to continue knowing Toledo.
We put up a claim sheet, couldn't talk to a responsible person, said they didn't have any.

Very well. Price-quality ratio you can't ask for more. Very happy the attention very good.

Small room. One minit from cathedral and alcazar. The staff was pretty rough but polite, with the exception of one receptionist who was very kind and attentive.

Good quality and comfortable. It is very well located and I do not understand that some users thinks in a negative way. I have recently been to Rome and the three star hotels would like to be half of this.

There's nothing negative to say. Everything was great: the rooms, reception, employees, location. Great price-value ratio. Would stay at the and of course I would recommend.

Location is very good, hotel health is not ideal, the early morning there is no hot water bath! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Despite putting the heat pump on all the pill we had a lot of cold in the room. The bathroom radiator did not work and total absence of crib clothes. Very friendly staff.

The room that we had not had hardly light (ground floor and window overlooking courtyard), not reaching the room Wi-Fi.

Even though the facilities were not great thing for me lost everything when they tried to give us a room for two with a double bed and two accessory when the reserve was a four-bed room. We had to go to reception and complain so they comply with what was agreed. It seems they don't have much hesitation in trying to deceive, while you strain.

I have abandoned the Hotel nothing else see the beds I had, also was dirty, without hygiene in the bathroom, and soiled bedding products.
