The "Azotea" is a dream. Very accommodating staff high quality food all in all a perfect place.

The hotel is located in the city center, right next to the Alcazar. Clean, very good breakfast. The friendly staff helped us with whatever we needed. From the train station to the hotel I took the taxi … about 6 euros. We will return with love.

The hotel is very nice, has a terrace with beautiful views, and you get an excellent deal and the room is comfortable and very clean.

Excellent location, perfect reception service. Large room for 3 people and very good breakfast. The breakfast restaurant in the basement is very nice. We loved the rooftop where we had dinner. The views are spectacular and the food and service excellent. We ordered extra bed for our son and it was a sofa bed which was a bit uncomfortable. He folded quite easily with what our son slept in the big bed and his father used the extra bed, not too comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Very happy with the Hotel. We did not know that the Room had a jacuzzi and we get a pleasant surprise! We had No experience in the hot tubs and we didn't know to turn it on… to what we called reception and in less than five minutes we were approached by a technician to the room and we solved all the problems. The terrace “Rooftop” is spectacular, with beautiful views, with lots of variety in drinks and a letter of acceptable food.

Incredible reception with a very confident staff and with good reason. The accommodations are wonderful with extremely comfortable beds and multiple pillows for you to rest as you wish. The breakfast is delicious and recommend for every visitor. There is also a restaurant on the roof which I recommend to everyone due to the sight you have at night. The only inconvenience that I have is that the 2 elevators available are either or too small or un frequent use. Plus the toilet is very badly lit letting. I would really recommend it to anyone visiting Toledo because it's really well placed for visits if the city.

The hotel is very well located for visiting Tolede on foot. Welcome in French by the owner… Excellent breakfast. We discovered and enjoyed the rooftop terrace of the hotel where we had dinner with tapas at sunset. The only downside was a group of very noisy Spaniards.
Room on the 4th floor under the terrace to avoid as waking up at 1am by the noise of the storage of the tables and chairs of the restaurant.

A hidden gem. Inexpensive, yet totally renovated, modern, super clean. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great location in the centre. Very comfortable.

Our stay was nice — good service, good space in our triple room — the only problem was npise from the rooftop bar, which carried down to our room on the 2nd floor through a column with windows outside our room til at least 1am. Just be choosy with your room location.

If you want to go up to take something to the terrace, the site is perfect but the service dreadful. They do not let you ask for in a bar, do not know how to serve tables, do not know order, and if I remember what is the waiters are a few edges. Half an hour waiting, 4 drinks, and missing one that comes later and at the half. Go up, see, and seek another site where they like the customers. Indignant.

Whenever I go to Toledo I stay in this hotel. The room that I choose is always the one that has a jacuzzi. This right next to the Alcazar and from the sale I have had very nice views. The breakfast is amazing, it has everything, sausage, cereals, several types of milk, several types of bread, fruit, juice, coffee. The staff is very friendly and we have never had any problem in the room. Very quiet, everything. I will definitely recommend you.

They have clean rooms in the classic bulding. Especially their restaurant is beautiful. It shows the toledo history that had coexisted three cultures of Christian, Jewish, and Muslim. The breakfast buffet was great. And the location is accessible to almost everywhere to see just in 10 minutes by walking.

Great location 10 minutes from the cathedral, 15 minutes from El Greco Museum. Correct room. Attention avoid the 4th floor as there is a terrace with a bar and it is noisy with the chairs. Looks like a move.
Otherwise the terrace offers a nice view and it's nice to have a drink there.

Very nice small hotel right in neighborhood of Alcazar. Rooftop bar with great view and atmosphere, only the bar staff could improve its approach somehow. Breakfast quite good. Unfortunately the only negative point on our stay was the room Nr420, with only small window and not a good view. Otherwise, everything clean and comfy.

Central location. Just a short taxi ride from train station, €7. Most of old town is ealkabke from hotel. Area is very hilly, so be prepared to walk up and down Terrace bar on top of hotel has great views.

There was no beer non-alcoholic cold, the wine was bully, then on the terrace with the "tab" that gave us they did not want to serve a mojito and the Whiskey with coca cola Cup was watered down since the cubes were melted.

The room was very well to go 1nina, 2 adults and 1 child. All clean and in good condition to return to the room. The very friendly service and very correct attention.

Had a nice room on the top floor. Not much of a view, but still very picturesque. The front desk was very attentive and helpful. Room was somewhat small, but it was very comfortable. We could hear music until about 1 AM. It was a little annoying, but not too bad. Checked out about half an hour late without issue.

The hotel in general is fine. You can not expect much more than one hotel with so many years. I didn't hit eye between the sound of the old heating system which is activated every 5 minutes making a noise that woke up, and the Bell Tower giving all hours of the night. The service is friendly and the cleaning is very good. The buffet breakfast is fantastic along with the spectacular views from its rooftop terrace. I recommend going at night to enjoy the Alcazar and the Cathedral illuminated, in an atmosphere with sofas and chill-out music.

I spent a weekend with my partner in the premium room. What to highlight of this hotel is its unbeatable location, one minute walk from the plaza Zocodover and close even the Alcázar. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, and the service friendly but a bit dry. No go without a drink at night on the roof, although the average age is around 30-35 years. The buffet breakfast very good with lots of variety, in the absence of scrambled eggs. Conclusion: we would return.

The hotel is wonderful, well located, clean, friendly staff and the best thing of all, to highlight something, is the terrace.

I highly recommend it. 3 * well qualified. Nearby (150 m) to the Pz. Zocodover. Private garage (150 m) at 13, 5 €/ day opposite the Alcázar. Room very nice, with Moorish arches, breakfast buffet well stocked.

The hotel has good relationship quality price. But, before there is a cocktail bar and the noise is a serious problem despite the double glass. Besides the management of the change of room was harmful since they provided us a room to the bathroom smelled bad, the shower did not work and was not clean.
