There was no responsible person in the hotel.
It was my husband, my two little kids and me.
Just arriving at 12, we were informed that we could not enter the room until 14:00.
The slogan was a room next to the door to exit without a key, no control whatsoever.
At 16:00, my husband had to wait with my young son at the reception +/— 15 minutes (good thing not too late), reason I did not have my id, and I was not.
When the reservation as you see, the photo was made by my husband. (instead let him go up… unload the suitcases and that my son could change and when I arrived I request the DNI. )
When we went up, we almost fell back to see the room. Attached picture, was very small for 4 four beds. We couldn't even put our clothes in the closet.
We couldn't take a nap for the kids, the walls looked like paper sheets. You could hear everything.
And we decided to leave to continue knowing Toledo.
We put up a claim sheet, couldn't talk to a responsible person, said they didn't have any. The Hotel was complete, so possibility of change impossible.
We went back to the room at 10, 30 h and another surprise… When trying to bathe the kids, we could not have no plug in the tub.
They didn't give us a solution.
Conclusion we have felt deceived and swindled.
