Simple hotel where we were very comfortable. The silence at night was a marvel to sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it. Very well located, close to the center, but away from the noise.

I have a coupon of life is beautiful and do not let me book because this complete, I change the date to a day before and the same, but in booking have room available. How can it be? I call and they tell me that they can only give me 2 nights in a row that one night alone does not. I don't get it. It's a shame with the good looks.

I have tried to book with a box of experience (SMARTBOX) and are dedicated to rejecting the reserve alleging they have the full hotel. If you are looking in a booking website outside the box, you find that for the same date they have rooms available. The reservation I have tried to perform on several different dates and always answer the same. Outrageous that paying cash if they have room and to book with the box No.

We were my husband and I 4 nights and everything was great, place highly recommended both for the friendliness of the staff as for the house, area, etc…

If it were not for the noise of the doors and the footsteps of the hallway, as they are wooden at night it would be quieter, and breakfast a lot of bread and few walnuts, for me it leaves a lot to be desired.

Nice. Homely. Just stopped for coffee.

Quietly located just out of town — short walk down the side road was very pleasant in the evening. We could not fault the hotel itself — nice building, good beds and bathroom. The pool is very nice but needs attention as a couple of the edge stones are loose and very unsafe. Breakfast was the big letdown — you are given baskets of bread and fruit and plates of cheese and ham. The ham on our weekdays came straight out of a supermarket packet with the one type of cheese no better. A simple help yourself buffet with better products would be far better and less wasteful — unless they are reserving the large amounts of returned food! Sorry Hotel Siglo XVIII — we loved our stay — especially the lovely lady on weekday reception. We intend coming again and would ask that you consider improvement to the breakfast. Please get the pool edging repaired!

Really lovely "family" feel to this hotel. Excellent room with a great view over the fields to the town. Very comfortable beds, pleasant staff and a substantial continental breakfast. Would I recommend? Definitely!

I can only say, excellent throughout, ideal to return as many times as you return to santillana.

An excellent alternative. Comfortable and discreet, reasonably secluded from the hustle and bustle of the Centre of the village, but less than five minutes walking. It has parking spaces which is appreciated given the saturation of the people in the high season dates. It has a very usable pool. To the beach it takes about 20 minutes and there are several pleasant alternatives (Suances, Comillas, etc). Reasonably spacious rooms, some very beautiful, with a large terrace. Spotlessly clean. For me, the best alternative to stay in Santillana.

Hotel ideal for a weekend to enjoy to explore the nearby towns. It has parking spaces free of charge, to Santillana del Mar, a ten point, impossible to park in Center City, forbidden to park.
