Simple but with a special charm, full of bits that make your stay there even more enjoyable, also very clean. The Super friendly manager, one pass. We thought it was a person's charm. We were traveling with the dog and she has assigned us a larger room to be more comfortable. The next time we go back to Santillana we will definitely repeat the experience.

A simple hostel very cozy but I felt bad that no one attend us, we did not see in all the stay to anyone from the hostel, nor could pay, seemed the ghost hostel.

Terrible service. No towels, no toilet paper, the room was not ready. I didn't have a cleaning too good and some rooms in the photos no longer exist. They're reformed but they're not that beautiful. However the decoration of the Hall is very much achieved. Self-service all very good.

It's a wonderful place! Everything I loved: The family friendly, the comfort and cleanliness, they care to the minimum detail. The location is unimproveable as it is a quiet place and you are 2 min from the center. I lack words to describe so many good feelings… I'm sure I'll repeat! Thank you so much for these days!

Excellent! Wonderful deal!

We have stayed 2 nights, with our 2 furry friends (dogs). It has been a very pleasant experience. We have been treated to the four phenomenal. Octavio and Noelia are a real charm. We promise to come back and visit your other accommodations. Very grateful for the fact of having the possibility of parking at the door, free of charge, being a village where they charge for parking every day. You can go down to the people giving you a ride, as that is only a few metres.

Hotel as with the treatment! Noelia and Octavio are super friendly and attentive, anything you need they are there. The room is gorgeous as well. We will return without doubt.

Highly recommended. The room was comfortable (you can take also with jacuzzi). Take you breakfast to the room or you can take it in the living room. Have a fridge with drinks and refreshments which you can take freely, and leave the money in a piggy bank that you have at hand, at a very good price. The very friendly, will explain the sites that you can visit in the area and the recommended routes. The only downside is that the price that we indicated when making the reservation (it was by phone, not by web) had not included the VAT. It is still a good price for the service you received.

My opinion is as, lodging or inn, this very well. If buscais hotel-type 3.4 stars forget about it!, the treatment is excellent, very friendly, they explain everything and where you can go.
