He's in Santillana. That's already outstanding.
It is small, with a lot of charm, the bed very good, the breakfast is good, and they very friendly.
The floors and stairs are wooden and when you step on it creak. That also gives me charm. It is also very well located and has private parking. 80m. From the Plaza Mayor.

Such a shame about this place. When we arrived it took us ages to find the person who needed to check us in. Nothing was mentioned about breakfast and I suppose we should have asked but there is normally information in the rooms, by the time we went out there was no one to be seen again. We went into the town which is lovely and definitely worth a walk around. The next day we got up for breakfast and there was no one there, been on a bike touring holiday we can't wait around too long so we walked back into town for a bite of breakfast. When we got back to the hotel there was still no one else around, it was just before 9am at this point. Other than that the hotel is lovely with lovely views. If I had more time I would definitely stay again.

Small but cozy and clean rooms. In which we stayed we had television, private bathroom, blanket, wardrobe and balcony facing directly to the street. The attention was great, plus we were informed about places to visit and where to eat. Affordable prices. If we return to Santillana, we will definitely repeat place of lodging. Highly recommended.

I think there are much better places. The room was small, the closet sounded a lot, cold, the shower was broken, the breakfast disappointing. … anyway, an approved scratch.

The décor and location was good but that weekend was quite cold and the room equal. We only found one blanket and it was insufficient. Breakfast was OK.

Charming and clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very cold in the rooms as the heating is to the minimum, which at the reception does not pass. I also have to say that the floor looks like a flamenco tablao. I would only repeat for the summer.

The room was cold… turned off at night the heating and by the day to minimum and 3 nights one did not make the room… the girl at reception Maja and the location very well but overall disappointing.

Decent room, although the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast is not satisfactory.

I was vandalizing my car (a car door dents) that I had left 1 week on the common parking at 3 hotels (hiking on the way to Santiago). This looks like retaliation to a tourist who left his car in a private car, while I had asked permission to the hotel where I stayed overnight before departure.

Excellent place to stay, with easy striking distance from the ferry terminal at Santander no more then 45 min away, doesn't do evening meals but can get evening meal at hotel nearby, absolutely excellent breakfast plenty to eat you wouldn't need lunch that's for sure.
