It is well, especially well located, relatively close to the San Mames and with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. I recommend taking the tram to get around the centre.

Excellent service and super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in an excellent location to explore the city. It is clean and well maintained. Our stay was wonderful. Not 5 stars because the three beds. Were placed across the room, making it difficult to move. Also, the parking is very difficult in the underground garage.

Very nice. Welcoming staff. Was there on a rugby package trip, treated us all very well. Lovely food.

Good facilities, decent breakfast, nice room with comfy bed and good bathroom with tub and shower. Nice staff. Good location with tram, bus and Cercania outside or a few minutes walk as are restaurants and bars and the football stadium and bus station.

Great location, useful tram terminates right outside hotel. Ten minutes to bus station for all long distance routes, metro station round the corner! Very clean and comfortable, staff went “the extra mile” whilst I was there. Only had breakfast and one lunch in restaurant but it was good food.

I've been to company dinners. Spacious room with large terrace with music and heating. Correct service and menu. I can't comment on the rooms.

It seems not bad, but it's a little cramped;)

Great restaurant. Very good food and excellent treatment. But: the doors of the services are too transparent.

Unfortunately I was not satisfied with this accommodation. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room floor only had occasional contact with a wiper, the photos are made in the wardrobe.
Definitely never again.

The room was very nice. Spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is big too. We had a consultation about the heating and the counseling girl went up very fast and was very friendly. We had a very good stay.

Nice hotel, a bit expensive. Rooms very spacious and not outdated. I must admit that it eats quite well, and that the menu, is not expensive for how well you eat. The breakfast was very good. Great staff. And the rooms are very clean. Definitely highly recommended…

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for a parking where we could leave the car and recommended a couple of public and monitored sites. Good rooms and if I had to put a stick, just say that the TV did not have much quality. We ordered dinner to room service and after a while we had the food at the table. Maybe one of the prices to pay that the hotel was in the center was that there was enough noise in the street.

Very good Hotel located close to the center, the Campo de San Mamas and the museum, good breakfast and quiet. Perfect.

We've had a family meal for 18 people. The service was great, the food was very good. Quality price a remarkable high.

I was at the hotel for a course. The chairs very uncomfortable and it was cold in the room. The course included food in the hotel's own restaurant, which was supposed to vary the menu. The fall very good but the 3 days the same first and dessert and only changed a second each day, a hoax.

Cheap 4 * Cheap no gym/pool. Room and bathroom very clean. Wooden floor in the bedroom. The inside parking has a few places and you may need to park in the area but it is very busy. Also difficult to stop in front of the hotel for just check-in. Discreet interior restaurant. Good breakfast.

First of all; extremely nice, approachable and likeable receptionist team. Not every same standard hotel has that! Rooms were clean and actually everything what meant to be working was working. Terrace was a nice touch:) Breakfast (the most important) ; perfect, quite comprehensive palette of options to chose from.
