Noisy and not very well placed.
No breakfast.
Not very clean.

It has free parking, nice place and quiet building. A charmful hotel to stay in Donostia, with comfortable rooms. The only negative aspect is the location, far from the city centre.

Small hotel with a lot of charm. Excellent location, very well connected to the centre of Donosti.

We absolutely lived our 2 night stay at this hotel. Service is impeccable and very personal. The owner was very informative upon checkin and also very polite and friendly, even allowing us to take our morning coffee and (complimentary) pastry up to our room! The bed was comfy, ample space in the room and bathroom and shower was amazing! The little garden area out the back is a lovely touch after a day of sightseeing to come back to and chill at sunset. Price was the best we could find in San Sebastián at the start of peak season (april), and free parking was a bonus as its expensive in town. We took the bus into town — only 1.75 each way and even a taxi from town after midnight was only 7 euros, bus was 10mins ride from centre of town and both beaches. Such a fun and quirky little hotel would definitely recommend and book again if ever back!

Great place to go to visit the city, is about 15-20 minutes walk to the center, but it makes a very quiet way.
By bus are 5-8 minutes from downtown.
The rooms are correct and they are fine for a tarnquilo weekend.
Breakfast is OK and they let you eat things that they have for you to take for free.
The. Service is very attentive and they explain everything very well, they worry about you being nice and comfortable.
If I go back to San Sebastian I would probably return to the hotel.

Family friendly, intimate, tiny, we give up at home.

A very nice hotel, very elegant but warm and tasteful, well located. Your personal accountant. We have been passing the end of with the baby and we have had no problem, we have put crib and also blankets and other trousseau, but not needed. The views very relaxing and beautiful, even being a few minutes from the center, and getting to it practically straight… The decor can not be more welcoming and Donostia. We give it a 10 and repeat…

Very poor breakfast. In reference to the room, it's a I want and I can't.
We stayed two days and in the respective hotel we were a little disappointed for the expectations we had. The first thing besides the room is the lack of heating, as we passed Muchissssimo cold, as we did not activate the heating throughout the day and when we could do it instead of the 17:00 in the afternoon they did it at 20:00 we requested it for the second time.
It should be taken into account that they did 3 degrees, which aggravated the situation.
The location is not good if you are going to sightsee in San Sebastián, only good if you go to Arzak by the proximity.
What we said left us enough to wish the hotel… A I want and I can't.

Wonderful place, the room that we touched had a lot of charm, and with hydro massage shower! They invited us to breakfast. For putting a but it was a little chilly in the room and in the common spaces. Highly recommended site, would return without hesitation.

Great! The staff was very helpful Very clean and very convenient location to get to the center. Even with the car there is no way to get lost. Bus stop to the center very close and well served.

Free Parking, cosy and with the bus stop next to go to the center. You can take a stroll to the center because it is also not far away, but do not plan to walk every day. Up to 6 trips out cost-effective to pay the bus ticket simple, from here take the bus adapter card.

Wonderful hotel. Tiny and with a lot of charm. Free PArking in a city is impossible to park and well connected to be able to move throughout the city. The superb treatment, young people with a lot of enthusiasm. In my opinion, perfect and fully recommended.
