Horrible cold that I've gone, I'm not coming back! I've had to buy a heater because the bathroom was a cave of ice, do not put the heating on just a few hours a day but with 4 degrees that do not can remove! I would not recommend it at all, regular staff.

Excellent quality — price and location. You can't get the car to the door but 100 yards away there is an underground car park that makes a small discount if you stay at the hotel and ask that the ticket be selened before leaving the hotel. Climb up to the hotel terrace in the evening. Relax.

Nice entrance although it needs a reform, normal room with air conditioning machine that need cleaning and sometimes does not work well, the bathroom right, staff excaso, breakfast very very excluded. Improved cleaning. I consider it expensive for what it is. A pity that they do not do what they need, it has a very good location in the center of Jaén and parking a few meters. The hotel in general is not bad, maybe the price is something high for the quality and service offered. The room is clean and spacious but when entering the air conditioner did not work and we had to communicate it to be offered to go down to reception to pick up an alternative remote control. It is a quiet and well located hotel with a reasonably good buffet breakfast. The rooms are not bad. Only a but, and is that the hot water flow in the shower is a little scarce and the hook on the wall to put the artichoke on top was loose and did not allow to shower with comfort.

Our room was triple and it stays a little small, plus the third bed is not bed as such, but a single sofa bed a bit hard, so it is more advisable to stay for two.

My mother came to visit me from Malaga to Madrid for my birthday. He Hotel is a three star with an excellent location but that is has been outdated in many things (not there is Wi-Fi in the room, itself in the terrace, for example) and them bathrooms are outdated. However, it has other good features like the terrace which has stunning views of the city and especially the Cathedral. Breakfast is always included and discreet has very good local and of course the excellent oil products. The staff of the hotel also makes it advisable, very friendly and attentive.
