One person's rooms are quite spacious, have the same size as the double rooms. The air conditioning works well and the bathroom is spacious. The concierges were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the center.

The location is very convent. The cathedral is at an eight minute stroll. If you travel by car, forget about trying to park it on the street for free. If you aren't going to use it throughout your visit, you can keep it in a public parking lot, 5 minutes away from the hotel, near the Bullring, by 13.60 Euros per night (this price is agreed with the hotel). The room I stayed in had just a tiny window looking towards an interior court, so it was dark all day through, kind of depressing. The room was clean and neat. The bathroom is separated from the best of the room by a sheet of glass, no intimacy at all. The water flow of the shower was generous and the temperature range enough. There's no fridge and the TV's HDMI connector is disabled, so I couldn't connect my Chromecast even though the free Wi-Fi worked wonders. The bed was cozy, with several pillows. There were quite a few mosquitos bothering now and then, though. The staff is easy going and supportive. During breakfast they serve coffeee following your instructions (luckyly, there's no machine made, watered coffee). Despite options for breakfast are scarce, at least bread and olive oil are delicious.

A shame that in the same reserve of three rooms, two of them with the same conditions, charge different prices, (a difference of 14 euros) do not solve anything and then tell me that I have to complain to the administrative department, I write to Department and no one has answered me in a month since I forwardeded my complaint.
I would not recommend it at all and will not be back.

Quiet, Central, friendly staff, good breakfast with various oils. The parking next to the hotel should change the access system.

Very nice room. At night the water did not come out too hot and the room temperature cannot be regulated unless you call the front desk. Breakfast is nice with a variety of breads excellent.

A modern and cosy place a pleasant time for both the waitresses and the girls at reception very neat all value for money unbeatable I recommend we will be back safe. It has its own parking as the area is a bit difficult to park but still the parking is affordable. And best of all is that you can go with your pet do not put any problem we went with a dog and the deal was very nice with the only condition that can not enter the animal in the restaurant but that is something logical.

Very central Hotel. The hotel is very well located PQ is very close to the old town and the urban area, shops, pubs but at the same time there are no noises, you can sleep all night. The cleanliness of the rooms are magnificent. The staff is very friendly.

It is in the center of Jaén and well connected. The rooms and the hotel is small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast with very rich oils from the area, without much variety but enough.

Excellent location. The very friendly and helpful waiter, traditional breakfast jaen with special breads and the best oils. The two receptionist who attended me (Boy and girl) very nice.

The room is small, the TV can't move and it's cornered it can't look good, the bathroom the water from the sink came out all the time hot and very little water in the shower, they make too much noise down the hallway with doors and you hear everything. I wouldn't go again.

Very clean and cozy. The room is spacious. Very good value for money. It's central. We came last year and this one has been repeated again. The only negative is the parking, which is far from the hotel, and that at breakfast they do not let the tables together, so our young girls, ages 5 and 7, had to have breakfast at another table separate from us.

I stay monthly at this hotel for work, and I do not understand the comments about the breakfasts. As indicated in the hotel is a buffet with the traditional breakfast Jaen but of a lot of quality, variety and very powerful. The bread to make toast is not the classic industrial bun, it is noted that they are bakery breads in the area, because near the hotel there is one of the bread making these breads and you can buy it. They are cut breads of up to 6 varieties to make toasts of loaf of bread, and this is important, the size of the double of your hand. Oil is not an oil either are virgin olive oils of superior quality, they are the best oils of the province that are selected each year by a provincial jury. For those who do not know the Virgin olive oil is the best friend of the heart, because it does not produce cholesterol and also removes the bad that I have said in the Hotel. If you do not want oil you can choose three types of butter, two margarines, Zurrapas up to 5 types. Sweets of the Earth (Ochios). It is true that orange juice is not natural, but in Jaén is not breakfast natural orange juice.
In short, it is a simple, unpretentious hotel with a healthy breakfast of the Meditarránea diet.
Tip If you do not want the classic toast with oil and salt, put sugar, or honey or cocoa powder as they do for the snack of the kids in Jaén and you'll see that rich.

Renovated. They don't have blinds. The room was huge. Breakfast in the Hall very bad. We leave the bikes in front of everyone, they have no place to keep them. Parking in Los Arrededores.

Breakfast is the worst in Europe. I've been to many hotels, including Spain, but I did not see that. I stayed 7 days in the hotel. We were 10 people, Romanian plus colleagues of other nationalities. For example, although the same price was paid for the day, we only received two days of butter, the other four packets of butter, the remaining margarine. Otherwise, shredded bacon in 20-mg glasses, bread, olive oil, first half khaki, then quarters. It is clear that those who make the menu are busy, because food is not very varied, plus some products do not reach all or are missing. I do not recommend breakfast at this hotel.

I consider a wonderful contrast between Algeciras and Jaen.

The day manager had a terrible attitude, he demanded the passports before showing us our room, upon check out the same manager approached us with a miss communication with the included breakfast, we would of been happy to settle the situation, but the way he acted and publicly carried on was no way to treat a hotel guest. His smart remarks and devious attitude make me question why he would be working in such a position that involves being the face to face with customers potentially ruining a companies image. Besides this certain desk clerk our stay was not to bad, but due to customer service problems I would not recommend people to stay here unless you are willing to put up with rued staff with an attitude!

We were the 2 January 2015 303 room, curtains were sucisimas rather than white were black from dust and dirt. The ground floor rooms and service smelled very bad, ask for a change and so we went up to 3 plant didn't want to ask for another change, and not dejimos anything curtains.

Okay, not very large but renovated and clean rooms. Buffet breakfast not very varied but with good raw material. I paid €50 breakfast included for one night. The disadvantage that there is no who Park. Closely at the plaza de toros and a good area for tapas.

Very clean and new, modern and very well maintained facilities, reasonable price. We spent 4 days on it, it was inside so there is no external noise, to be so central no sound traffic.
