I would highly recommend. The hotel was clean and well designed. We were in the modern wing but the older part was just as lovely. Friendly helpful staff and the food was great!

Great hotel, parking is hard and cost 26€, noisy streets around downtown especially on weekends.

We ate at their restaurant — it was a first-class meal and service. Highly recommended!

Rooms are super noisy and not up to par with a 5 star in many things
They should change a lot of things to charge 300 euros a night
And have greater empathy and flexibility when a guest reports that they are not at ease
And the reception attended by only one person, makes you have to queue for everything
Very disillusioned
And just clarify that the vast majority of them. Rooms are not in the hotel the palace, if you want to visit the palace it is better to go for a coffee.

Communion very well organized despite last minute changes due to the rain! Most recommended, friendly, efficient and very professional! We will again organize any event there!

Overly designed and pretentious room! The large glass doors to the toilet, to the bathroom and the closet are clunky! The power outlets are not easily accessible (as they are behind the bed side tables). The restaurant below our room was noisy (we can hear the loud conversations of the guests as they leave or smoke outside the restaurant). The only thing that I like in this hotel is the staff — excellent service, professional and cordial!

Its location, and service, clear the place of quite serenity.

We just stayed in a hotel from this same group of hotels in Cordoba called Hotel Hospes Palacio del Bailío. That hotel was fabulous in every way. The Palacio de la Patos was not on that same level. First the beds were awful. It was like a wooden plank with a thin mattress on it. The indoor pool was not working. When we went for our morning breakfast and asked to sit outside, we were told that it's crazy busy outside when I saw only 2 families eating breakfast outside. Plus she sat someone outside after us. Our ENTIRE breakfast was cold apart from Luke warm coffee. When we got up to leave we saw others eating freshly made eggs. We asked if that was included in the breakfast and we were told yes! But no one told us when we were seated that there was this option as well. I want to mention that apart from this the service level at this hotel was of top quality, everyone was very friendly and wanted to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I haven't found any defect. The price is according to the quality of what you are eating.

My two daughters and I just stayed here for 3 nights and it was superb. I would really like to thank Antonella and Martin who were on reception and were both helpful, efficient and so accommodating. I have no Spanish but wanted to experience all the must see sights as well as flamenco dancing and great food. They made recommendations, booked tickets, made reservations. The service was simply excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, attention to detail and staff. They not just met my expectations for a 5 star hotel, they exceeded them. Modern design and 19th century features go splendidly together. Great staff with great tips for ‘ doing ‘ the Alhambra, Albayzin and the Realejo. Superb restaurant and the Bodyna spa makes it complete. A big *****!

Excellent hotel in Granada. Called them the day of and they found us a great room. Totally classy older part and a modern adjacent addition, but they flow pretty well together with a great patio full of nice fountains. You can easily miss this place if you’re not looking for it, but it’s nicely close to much of older Granada and it isn’t more that a 20-25 minute walk up to the Alhambra from here. Lovely place.

The Hotel is at the height of the city of Granada, and the city is amazing, beautiful and spectacular.
The Hotel is a real marvel, full of small and great details that make the stay unique.
It Consists of two buildings, an old one, the palace, with an impressive marble staircase that gives access to the rooms. The other building, next to the first, is a marvel of building where nothing is left to improvisation, everything revolves around the glass and alabaster that the building. Every detail is very careful.
The rooms are great and the stay was very comfortable. At The moment you're as comfortable as home.
Finally, and most importantly, the staff makes the stay more perfect if possible. Very attentive at all times, very friendly, close and helpful.
I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this wonderful hotel.

A great hotel for a few days of love getaway. We were only one day but they were very attentive the employees with us, the spacious rooms and the hotel with a wonderful charm and the delicious food.

Impressive luxury hotel in an old palace. Maybe one of the hotels in this chain with more luxury. Room with a tile on a floor, decoration that combines without stridency the modern and the classic with very good taste. Spectacular entrance in accordance with the place. At least one must go once in a lifetime. Luxury Total and on top with your pet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Book for a special evening in Granada, hand-ordered. And they have been and are very attentive to us.
Totally recommended and when we return to Granada, we will repeat in this place.

A very special place for a romantic weekend in the centre of Granada. The palace is amazing, the gardens are very welcoming, the staff very attentive. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was very good. Self parking is an advantage that is appreciated. The Bodya package adds special services in the room, Spa and massage. Highly recommended.

This was a beautiful hotel with amazing breakfasts! The reason that I've given it one star is because I'm concerned about the serving staff there. The service was amazing, but they were made to wear long sleeve black shirts and trousers all day, doing manual work, in the heat of summer at 37 degrees. Although they never complained, they were clearly very uncomfortable. I wrote to the hotel chain asking for this to be changed months ago, but I still haven't received a reply. I felt uncomfortable dining there knowing the people who were bringing me the food were sweating away, unnecessarily. I do hope this will be changed soon.

An oasis in the Centre of the city. Although I live in the city it is one of my favorite places to drink a coffee or regain strength before continuing on a walk through the Centre of the city.

Super hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Impressive architecture.

The new part, where we stayed in effect is somewhat noisy, and do not have anywhere near the charm of the old part, but we were very comfortable and the room itself is phenomenal.

If you are planning to congtar with this hotel for any special celebration, you can find them and ruin their intentions, will not be the first. Careful with the offers, and also be careful with the minibar. I think they need a star and some things two, the Spa does not even reach that.

The hotel at least the new part, the five stars fall by its weight you can spare two or three, rooms nothing cozy, noisy, with offices in front very close to, maintenance problems, the tub was taken out the water all over the floor, in general poor, the spa without words pequeñisimo to mode pool and the water is cold, poor organization and lack of professionalism of both the employees with the direction that he was incapable of solving problems, many words so much I'm so sorry I'm sorry, but without taking action and leaving unsatisfied customer, the welcome drink. Great disappointment! Almost a year in advance to choose the suit that we liked for their wedding night (it was that or none of the dome, because the other I didn't) the day come give us another, claiming that we had chosen is occupied by other customers who have decided to extend their stay. Are there preferred clients? OUTRAGEOUS.

Five star hotel?
The only thing I can say is that I would not recommend the stay at this hotel to anyone unless they want to have a bad time. Bad service, bad soundproofing and an endless number of defects almost impossible to describe in a comment. In summed up: bad.
My advice is to not go under any circumstances.
