The room was very clean and comfortable. The whirlpool a pass! They made us feel at home and that's something to be thankful for always! We will definitely repeat, thanks to the reception chicxs; attentive, friendly and willing to make the stay unique.

Nice staff, and rooms are big, beds confortable. Very cheap.

This was a simple but very clean and pleasant hotel. Everywhere was immaculate and they serve with pride an amazing lunch for 10 euro pp. All bedrooms had baths and staff were friendly and helpful. Right in city centre. We didn't find it too noisy. We stayed 3 nights.

Well located, in the city center, quiet, fantastic customer service, comfortable bed, shutters on the windows (quite important at least for me), highly recommended… Remarkably high, to repeat.

Nice and clean Hotel in very Andalusian style. Good value for money and fairly central location. The only drawback is the uncomfortable parking.

I visited this hotel at Easter and if you like to see the processions, this nice accommodation is the best place to enjoy them. Pilar and Mari Nieves attended me very well. In the restaurant we ate great.

The best thing is definitely the location. The room is very nice but nice. The pillows are super thin for our taste and the room could have the space better laid out as we felt cramped…

Large room, dated furnishings, very small bathroom. Very noisy both day and night view of the central location and the old doors without even the double glazing.

Very poorly recommended, the hotel urgently needs a renovation. Too expensive for what it is. Old room, to inner courtyard that is sad to peek out the window and see a landfill. Street noise. Bath without pressure in the shower. The maids were wrong every day: the one that arrived there was no soap, the next day there were no towels and the next they took away the heating. Parking very far and impossible to get square if you do not arrive first thing in the morning. Not to repeat.

Hotel very well located right in the center of Granada Ideal to visit the city in Fĺanant on the pedestrian streets.

Amazing staff so helpful beyond imagination. We were up till midnight at reception to help us book a train ticket. the location is also great so close to everything.

Hotel very well located in the district of the cathedral (so not accessible by car). Nice staff Even if there is no car or bar in the immediate vicinity, there is the passage of revelers all night long weekend, and I found the soundproof weak. The same with the hallway or the adjoining rooms.
The room was quite small and the furnishings are dated. On the other hand the shower room has been renovated and is pleasant.
It's still a good choice if you don't want to spend too much.

It has a perfect location in the center which is what it takes to visit the city. The hotel itself is not bad, the customer service is 10, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is refurbished and also accept free animals! The only thing, the street at night is a bit noisy and the room needs a redecoration but has good value for money. Recommended for short stays.

I'll start from stating that staff were absolutely amazing! Unfortunately nothing else deserves positive feedback; air con didn't work, one tiny soap given, uncomfortable bed, smell of cigarettes coming though the door (from smoking floor). Won't be coming back.

Lovely, inexpensive room, friendly staff and in a perfect location in the old part of town. It's close to the Cathedral where shuttle buses operate frequently to Alhambra (C3). Maybe not for light sleepers as there was noise from the streets and other guests throughout both nights.

Nothing to say! Just perfect! Nice room, clean, spacious. The hotel is right in the city center in a very quiet and secure lane. One of the receptionist is just adorable. She speaks fluent French and advised us very well for visits and transportation. Really recommend!

We went to spend a weekend, from Valencia, and I must say that it is the only sites that I found at home. It is in a perfect location, very friendly staff, and cleaning is recommended impresionante. 100%.
