I have to thank David, the reception guy for the help he lent and the interest he showed selflessly, when I come to him to ask that they will warn some clients of my friends to go down to reception, since my cell phone was preventing me from getting in c untouched with them. This guy solved the problem of my mobile lock with great kindness without having to have why since I was not a customer.
Of course, for the next time I return to Granada, I'll count on staying here. I have seen in the front desk staff great attention and professionalism.

Well, you want me to tell you, I loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I'll give you a 10. To be located in the heart of Granada and at the foot of the important monuments of the city, it has a swimming pool, which although it is small, gives you at least the opportunity to sunbathe while you drink a drink and be able to cool something in the water. If I return to Granada, I will definitely return to this hotel. I'll recommend it.

Very friendy staff, nice modern room, the shower in amazing, the pool on the terace is a bit small, but the view is worth getting up there.

Great 3-star hotel with very small pool on the top floor.
There is also the SPA and a gym space but we didn't use it (although we were offered a discount).
As for the pool, the loungers are quite uncomfortable and are very few: you should put a pillow.
There is also the possibility to park inside their garage so there is thought of hotel staff.
Great Wi-Fi in the room too!

Room was fine I guess. Except there was no refrigerator nor consent to charge a phone. And especially the pool. Is the pool for birds drinking water? And it's also very small in size too.

Spotlessly clean, great breakfast, most helpful staff. Overall good value for money for a city centre hotel which is well placed for many of the major attractions of Granada. For those who look for night life there are many small bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The front desk attendants were mostly very rude. I was nice and friendly toward them; usually when one is nice and friendly, one gets that back as well, but in this case it was not returned. In the jacuzzi terrace suite the jacuzzi tub wouldn't drain. On my way out the first afternoon, I told the attendant at the front desk to please have someone go drain the tub because I had not found any way to empty it. He insisted I show him. I explained that I had somewhere to be and was in a hurry, but it seemed he wouldn't address the problem unless I proved to him that the tub wouldn't drain, so I did. He made me try to drain the tub as he watched, telling me how easy it is and that I just didn't understand how to do it. Of course it didn't work, so he tried and it didn't work for him either. Finally he agreed to have maintenance look at it, which should have been the first thing he offered, not the last. When I returned later, the tub was empty but it was still not possible to drain it myself. The next afternoon, I asked the front desk if they might have an empty cardboard box I could use. I didn't mind getting a no (even as multiple deliveries for the hotel came in while I stood there and I saw that they would soon have plenty of empty boxes), but there was no courtesy to their response. I had also requested parking at the hotel (€21) for my last night and was informed that afternoon that the lot was full, with no apology.

Do not define the swimming pool, is little more than a bathtub placed on a really cool terrace from which you can admire a beautiful panorama of Granada. The hotel is definitely nice, the room very large, but certainly not good that the bathrobes placed in the shower to make them change are raised and hung! It's the little things that make a difference!

Location We stayed in the suite and it is very nice with a jacuzzi on the terrace and the huge room.

Very friendly staff, always helpful. The pool is really mini. More of a paddling pool. And only 70cm deep. But the view from the roof terrace is great for that and for relaxing it is fabulous. The rooms are comfortable and clean. BUT: It's very loud. The windows do not isolate at all. If you can't get clear with the sounds of the main road or bar next door, you shouldn't book here.

Downtown. Very clean. It has a hairdryer. I don't think it's right that they have swings for kids that are only accessed by a room, so only they can play.

The hotel is pretty good and the staff is quite nice. The only downside that I put is that the windows do not isolate well the noise from outside…

Modern and confortable hotel in a convenient location (5 mins walking to the cathedral) with colourful and recently renovated rooms. The small pool on the top floor is a nice perk.

The staff is majisimo, very attentive and take care of their clients. Impeccable customer service at any time.
The rooms are clean and the daily cleaning service is fine, except for a few details. I recommend that you wash the cups of the bathroom if the you use, not replaced daily.
Some elements of the bathroom are somewhat lacking in maintenance but this does not impede its use.
There is air conditioning heat-cold.
The rooms that overlook the gran via can be somewhat noisy for some, I sleep like a log I did not notice much.
The parking has valet service (obligatory). They use an elevator and it's estrecvito but they take care of the hotel. At first glance it seems expensive but if you compared prices and being in the center this very well.
The worst thing about parking is arriving, I have added an explanation and for private parking hotel Five senses, as the hotel can not tell you claramemte you have to inflict a ban (a turn to the left from Gran Via) to get there.
Breakfast is good looking, fresh fruit and buffet of the typical: ham, cheese, bread… Coffee maker and toaster.
I can not talk about the quality because I did not try (we prefer to go to breakfast toasted bar in the Albaicín) but for those who want practicality I guess it's fine.

Downtown. Tapas bars nearby. Single private parking for small cars.

I am currently staying at Five Senses and there is no air conditioning and we are having no sleep at all. We have to sleep with the windows opened and the rooms face a main street and therefore it gets extremely noisy at night. We've queried this problem a couple of times already and they just refuse to turn it on. It's frustrating because they advertise rooms with air conditioning included which is why we booked it in the first place so we definitely overpaid for a place where you cannot have any sleep.

The best of the hotel is David, one of the receptionist, a boy who is brimming with sympathy, gift of people, kindness and good work and I take the opportunity to congratulate and thank you for your good treatment… As far as the hotel, very avant-garde but stays in that, anyone who boasts, having been in good hotel is know that this is not up to the level of what is paid in this case for a Suite… The room was very clean and the rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
In the ad both on the website and in Booking, the room is offered with air conditioning, which when I was not in use, and it was impossible to sleep a nap of the heat I did in the room outside the temperature was 30 degrees, I've never seen anything like it.
To top it off, that SPA I didn't use, and they do not manage the hotel but in which if I could observe, they only have a room where you change and leave your things (less bad) Per or if you know time for manicure and pedicure and it was a regrettable experience… The person who attended me little professionalism possesses, rather I would say that their training to perform their work is my on or non-existent… She is a very abrupt woman in her way of working, and instead of leaving there relaxed, you get out of your nerves, thinking about the fortunes you just paid, for a service and result so unfortunate.

It is a marvel of hotel we will definitely be back. The best thing about the hotel is everything: the location at two steps from the cathedral, the centre, the Albaicín; Clean and comfortable spacious rooms, plus exquisite décor. The terrace a Agradabilísimo place to rest and relax after the visit of the city. The best the staff, each and every one of the hotel members were lovely, offering information about the city, prolonging the reservation of parking until we checked out and all with a smile and an exceptional liking. In short we will return without a doubt.

Fantastic stay in Granada in this hotel.

We went to the spa through the Hotel Monasterio de los Basilios from the same chain. It turned out to be a little bit smaller than expected. A few contrast showers, Turkish bath, sauna and a yacuzzy for 6 people. Not too much but enough to relax after a day visiting Granada.

What can I say… this place is fabulous! Great decor, great staff, great breakfast, great rooms, great cleaning staff and many activity areas on site! Not to mention, in a great location, near everything, including “Maese Pío” (a restaurant), that serves the greatest paella in Granada as well.

We stayed this weekend at the spa. The massage was very good but the facilities are tiny, nothing to do with the photos that appear on Google. It is a small place with about 6 types of jets all quite similar that either come out literally burning or ice cream (more than I've seen in others) and a Jacuzzi to share with 3 or 4 more couples, where you just feel uncomfortable instead of relaxed. I felt a little ripped in that aspect and I would have liked to read previously some comment to let me know to decide, so I leave this opinion (personal).

I dealt with all the staff of the two hotels friendly 100%, I say the two hotels because I recommend booking parking places are limited and we were given the option to park in another hotel of the same chain within a 5 minute walk. All perfect Repetiriamos definitely.

A fantastic hotel to stay during your visit to Granada. Unsurpassed service, really unbeatable location in full gran Via and above all, very clean and careful. It has a very well-resolved terrace with beautiful views of the city centre. I will repeat without a doubt in my return to Granada.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet very varied. But by putting some glue in the room there were spots on the wall, otherwise all great.

More or less new and well located Hotel in the city of Granada. Ideal location without having to stay in the narrower areas of the city so it gets better to go by car. It is recommended to book a parking space if you are going to use it as it is scarce.

Good rooms, not too expensive, very central! A good place to stay when you're in Granada! It's in total 20 minutes from Alhambra, 10 minutes with the bus and a little bit of walking! Ideal if you love sightseeing.

It was a very nice Hotel. Luxurious, modern, friendly staff. 50 m from the bus stop. The rooms are welcoming and furnished with great taste and attention to detail. Great services.

Very nice hotel. The roms are tiny but new and stylish. Very friendly staff at the reception. The hotel has an own underground car park. We paid about 40 euros fur 2 nights. Not cheap but very useful. The breakfast was ok. And the hotel pool on the roof is very small. There are also only a few sunbeds. You have to be lucky to get on of these.

We were in June, the stay was perfect except a mishap. Exceptional staff, we ask for room with views and great, everything seemed suited to the price and category, the pool is very small, and little depth, 1, 20 m as much, but to take off the heat and the Sun fulfills its function. I would recommend it. The only downside was the parking lot, to be filled (no reserve) they recommended us on another chain hotel, Macía Condor, since he had one public in the vicinity but the friendly public transit was limited to clientele and there would be better. We parked there, (the space is most and help you Park) but the day of retirement, apart that there was much tail in that hotel, we had scratched the. Car with a wrench or something sharp. The Manager left note and we hope to give us some solution. It is a pity because the experience was good except for that. The staff was very helpful and thank you for attention.

The Hotel Granada Five Senaes Room & Suites is located well in the heart of Grenada and is in walking distance to The Alhambra. The rooms are a decent size and clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms could do with some updating though eg. Really old phone, no tea facilities.

Impeccable and breakfast wow!

Price in relation to quality was excellent. The hotel has recently undergone a complete reform so everything is clean, new and working. Helpful staff, in a great location to expire the city. The local tapas bar outside the main door is very good. (Saint Germain)

I am a bus driver and usually sleep in many different hotels, regular location, I like more away from the Center and the truth q to be in a main avenue is horrific noise from the traffic and people moving. Urgently need a reform of anti noise windows. Nothing pixa.

We chose to sleep alone, it is very loud, both the street and inside, so does not meet its minimum function. It needs reform.

Horrible hotel. I checked 3 rooms after I asked for another one since the toilet flush was broken and it had no usable windows. Their first answer: "It's a 3-star hotel. What do you expect? " All of the rooms I saw were really small, had holes in the walls and were a downgrade from my initial reservation. After insisting they sent me to the Macia Condor, which is only 15E more but a thousand times better. Forget this one. Don't let it ruin your trip in one of the most beautiful cities you'll get to see.

You need reform in general. Good location.

Good hotel in the Centre of Granada.

My girlfriend and I went to spend a few days in Granada and reserve a night at this hotel. Our experience was that attended us pretty well, since arrived on Wednesday of Holy week in the morning, before 12 o'clock and immediately gave us room, while a bellhop took us bags, although first you park the car in the parking lot of the hotel, as is in the Centre of Granada and is blue zone (expensive s — €16 per night) for large cars it is not advisable since it has no ramp, is a lift.
We asked that if we wanted a room q free had that gave to the gran Vía, in front of the Church of s. Heart and that same evening could see from the terrace as drew the Christ and the Virgin of the Church is very nice, we got happy and it was the best because we saw that and granada at night from the terrace, because it is very nice.
The situation is perfect since you can go to the Alhambra walk you explore you El Albaicín and Center and do not have to walk far to get to the hotel.
Summary: Perfect for stay although a little expensive (80€) Wednesday of Holy week.
