Don't waste your money or time having breakfast at hotel… truly 1 star quality. Aside from this, hotel is rated 4.5 star, nice rooms and bed, new decor, good location near Alhambra and outside of the city centre (10 mins walk) … this is a good thing as you will be able to sleep at night.

Very nice hotel and it's close to the entrance to Alhambra. The staff are very nice. Nice breakfast with live music! There's a bus near the entrance of Alhambra which takes you to the centre of the city which is very convenient if you don't have a car. The rooftop pool is not that big but it's nice to take a dip in the hot summer. Only bad thing is the weak internet connection in the room.

Beautiful hotel in front of the Alhambra. Friendly and accurate staff. We were arranged the visit to the Alhambra and brought our car to the garage. To be recommended if you come to Granada. Very friendly and professional staff.

Rooms are very nice but small. However the hotel is really let down by the staff. Extremely slow, don't get the impression anyone's helping. Takes 30 minutes to check in, two hours for room service, and for a five star hotel simple things like having the valet park the car from the public street outside within two hours is oddly missing. Go for the great location and the rooms but I'd say the level of service needs improvement to get to the basic level guests would expect of a four or even three star hotel anywhere in North America.

Very good hotel within walking distance of the Alhambra. Excellent breakfast with incredible choice, hassle-free valet parking and very friendly staff.
Unfortunately, there are many actually insignificant carkos, such as missing hooks for bathrobes, a faulty cover tongue at the sink overflow, no soap dish although free soap is available or only fleetingly wiped tables on the terrace and not emptied ashtray. Single is to merge this but in sum not 5 stars.
Despite these differences, the hotel is fully recommended.

The hotel is located right in front of Alhambra. The best location in the area. Although the face of the building looked a bit like a 2 star hotel, the rooms were very nice and clean. But why only 2 stars? We booked 2 bedroom suite months in advance but they gave it to someone else when we arrived at 3 pm. So we had to use two separate standard rooms. No explanations and no apologies. Will not recommend to my friends.

Excellent accommodation and great deal. The best thing about the room, the bathroom. No lack of detail or service to the hotel. I recommend the consumption of bar, especially the cocktail.

Expectacular site in a place with much charm, the reception staff is very friendly, I recommend if you want to visit the Alhambra, breakfast expectacular.

Excellent 5-star hotel where you find all the necessary comfort. Very comfortable beds as your bathroom. You have a mini gym and sauna. In summer you can enjoy the pool and its patio.

Fantastic hotel and very close to Alhambra Palace, although it needs some walk with different elevation, but the cleanliness and luxurious rooms are worth it.

Of the best hotels we've been to. The five stars are deserved. Breakfast very good as long as you have it included in the price, because paying it aside would not be worth it. The worst thing is that parking is very difficult not to say impossible. We had to resort to the parking that the hotel offers you, for €18 a day.

Of the best hotels I've ever been to. Innovative decor with nasrid roots, very spacious and cosy room, fantastic bathroom and unsurpassed breakfast, even with Piononos. All by the wire. And the staff, very attentive and professional.

Excellent deal! Impeccable, clean rooms with plenty of details: hairdryer with diffuser, variety of lights, welcome details, giant Bed and TV. It is a hotel to enjoy, decorated in detail and the finger of the Alhambra. The breakfast was great. I loved it!

This hotel is apparently a 5 star property, but we beg to differ. Booking pretty much all our hotels through Expedia, we often get upgrades or complimentary stuff. We already had booked a suite at the hotel, so no room upgrade needed… and rather than getting a bottle of wine etc, as our welcome gift (which was not ready), we just wanted some bottles of water. Not only the front desk guy was rude when checking in (did not even bother to say hello, just "name and passport? "). When asked about bottles of water, he responds to my husband with "i don't know who you think you are… " Having worked in the service industry most of my life, I know the importance of delivering excellent service. It was a huge mistake to stay here while spending $400+/night. Here is a breakdown of this hotel from our experience: Hotel amenities: 3 star Customer service: 2 star Breakfast: 1 star.

A very restrained, modern hotel in a fabulous location across from the Alhambra. Room was well appointed and maintained. Very nice breakfast in a fashionable room. We were pleased by our stay.

What I remember most was how good this place smells. This place is more cool than cozy and the staff while super friendly seemed a little behind the beat of service I would expect for the five star experience. While there is a pool, I found the water freezing cold. That's probably as good a summary as I can offer, all the right moves not quite perfect execution.

Fabulous hotel, wonderful staff, rooftop pool was delightful. Huge bed, huge TV in deluxe room. Ideal location for the Alhambra and Generalife. Plenty of parking close by for approx 18€ per day. About 15 minute walk to town centre although it's uphill on return so could be unsuitable for those with mobility problems.

Great location to visit the Palace, friendly and helpful staff. What was most surprising was the great food at the pool bar. Aubergine fries to die for.
