An awesome place to eat and drink.
The waiter and waitress are friendly.

Service is erratic but good once you’ve ordered, great recommendations: fried fish plate, tortilla Español, patatas fritas, very good local Granada vino tinto. All reasonably priced too.

Unique experience, staying within the precincts of the Alhambra is something unique, it's about feelings, just that! And, in addition, with a care of luxury, great people serve passengers forward, while maintaining or enhancing the illusion! Many thanks to you all!

We took tostadas for 12€ expecting something bigger than only 5 tiny pieces of bread… maybe we didn't choose wisely?!?!
Anyhow service was SOOOO SLOOOOOOW : ( Lot of time wasted…

We first saw the Hotel two years ago on our first visit to the Alhamba and we thought, WOW! Got to stay there one day! The outside and internal courtyard are stunning. The Hotel It is very quaint, old style and very unaltered over the ladt 300 years when it was built. There is Wi-Fi and that is where the technology ends! Fabulous for those who wants to switch off from the outside world. This is a 1 star hotel and tbe price you pay reflects the fact that you are inside the Walls of the Palace, so bear that in mind, as you can stay much cheaper elsewhere. This is an exprience you will not forget. Enique and a genuine step back in time edges and so so glad we stayed.

Great place to have coffee and cake whilst taking a break in the Alhambra.

The Hotel America is a "house more than a hotel, " as the desk clerk said when describing the difference between it and the larger hotels nearby. You do get that home-like experience at the Hotel America. It was comfortable, quaint, and located on the grounds of the Alhambra. It is literally right next to the entrances to all of the attractions of the Alhambra. And there are shops and beautiful hill side restaurants nearby.

100% recommended sleep in this small hotel which has 80 years, and the patio to drink is magic. Ideal for spring and autumn.

Service poor, poorly educated waiter, eramos 4 more 2 children, and annoying them a lot to pusiesemos 2 chairs more at our table, a. Couple wanted to join and them apart and grudgingly arranged.
High price. Being a privileged place in half of the alhambra it leaves a lot of wish.

After a very early start, and enchanting visit to the Nasrid Palace and Alcazaba, we took an early lunchbreak. Nice small courtyard setting, the service was flustered and poor, all three dishes were bad. We complained — the response "you ate half of it, and the calamar was frozen". I expected a higher price given their position, Didn't expect rudeness and the worst food we've been served in Spain. Oh, and beware of sparrows — cute bobbing about between the tables, not so good when sitting above you.

3-star hotel located opposite the Alhambra. The only thing I missed missing is that no available parking. But the restaurant service is exquisite and is open both to customers as to the tourists who are visiting the area. The attention they gave us was that of a 5 star hotel. The waiters were very attentive with customers and the presentation of the dishes was very well-kept. In addition, the price of the dishes was very affordable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel right in the Alhambra. Great for night time ambiance. It isn't cheap but the location is totally amazing. The restaurant is only open in the day and serves good food in their shady courtyard. We will come again I am sure.

Located in front of the own Alhambra, hotel does not have parking. I want to emphasize the service of the restaurant, open both to guests and tourists wanting to eat there. The attention they gave us was that of a 5 star hotel, for a very affordable price treated us like to Kings, and we are delighted. The waiters were very attentive with customers and the presentation of the dishes was very well-kept.

Avoid if you're English, the nasty little waiter doesn't like gringos.

Stayed in this hotel for one night. We went to see and loved it. Beds with parinama GREAT.
