Very good hotel with water park for children and adults, ideal for traveling on holidays with family and as a couple, good location to see the surroundings. 10 staff, attentive and very friendly, varied buffet even with barbecue some days. Spacious rooms with terrace. Highly recommended hotel!

Second year that we repeat experience in this unique hotel, professionals from the first to the last, the animation team is a real delight for children and adults, super clean, very well equipped rooms, waiters who seem to be taken from the best in the world for their professionalism, metre, gentleman dedicated to his work and his customers, amazing aquatic area, every night there are shows, and they are incredible, I just have words of thanks for brightening our days and making us feel at home.

We love this hotel. All very clean, good food, very comfortable beds, super friendly and very attentive staff, the animators are a charm, with my children they have behaved super well. We've been there 5 or 6 times and we're looking forward to coming back. Swimming pool not very large but very safe for children. Soon we will be able to enjoy the fantastic water park and spa! I recommend it 100%.

Excellent value for money. Nothing crowded, even in August. You can enjoy without problems the services, facilities and shows. National tourism, respectful customers and good atmosphere for families with children. All the staff. It has a shuttle service to the beach.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Varied and quality buffet. It has free transport to the beach that you can also walk to (+ — 10 minutes). It is prepared for families as it has entertainment service and specific areas for children and young people. The adult pool is a small thing. The rooms are ok and the cleanliness perfect. At the reception there are always treats for children and fresh water with citrus that is appreciated upon arrival from the beach.

Hi, The hotel is good and familiar, we are in All inclusive for 4 days. Important to know that AI doesn't mean get free access to all the food and drinks offered. The swimming pool is also tiny, but it is not usually overcrowed. Beside of that, it's a lovely place at 10 minutes of the beach walking. Nice staff people. Best regards.

Nice resort hotel. Nice pool, very pleasant and accommodating staff. All meals are buffet and you can get an all inclusive rate. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, but they have a free shuttle.

The hotel is very nice, the pool a little small. The hotel offers a van to go down to the beach. A very familiar hotel where the girls have had a great time and we have been very quiet. It is well located with plenty of resources around it and surrounded by a park.
The staff is excellent, a 10 for cleaning staff, waiters, entertainers, driver, etc.

This hotel was renovated last year, and it shows.
All set with exquisite taste: decoration, food. Lovely staff, especially the whole animation team: Amazing with the kids, and always have some surprises prepared.
The beds are large and comfortable.

For me, one point in favor is that it's not a big hotel. It's not overcrowded, like other hotels. The space in the dining room and the spacious rooms on the ground floor are appreciated. There is a very quiet atmosphere and there are hardly any foreigners.
The only catch is that it is about ten minutes from the beach, but the walk is nice and there is transport from the hotel for the very lazy. That said, right next to the hotel there is a huge park, some shops and restaurants and a supermarket.
Many large hotels should take note of many details.

The hotel is recently refurbished, it is very cosy, the staff very attentive, the outdoor parking they have in the courtyard is a little small but in the vicinity you can park. The buffet is pretty good, the bartenders great and very outstanding to help you in everything, as a suggestion, would extend the breakfast time until 11 (so you don't have to get up early). They have many activities but sometimes start very early and you can not participate because it coincides dining.
For the kids it's great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Great food. I don't like that. Entrance is at 14:00hrs. It's abusive. And they should make customers sign a sheet about behavior and know how to be. It is not normal people who squeal in the hallways, Dan slamming and put the music to the top on the terrace. We have to respect that. But to go to the. Jungle.

Super service, the food selection at dinner was incredibly good, with show kitchen, very friendly staff, the dining room is super covered and the ambience was very pleasant. The rooms are stylishly furnished with everything necessary. After a successful renovation, the hotel appears in new splendour. Parking is limited, but there are plenty of free parking around the hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms. All very comfortable. Great Buffet, very varied and rich food. Staff service, both cleaners, camarer@s, metre, reception. All excellent. Always with a smile and a good word. Even if you are up to work you don't see a bad face or you hear a bad answer. I think it is the hotel where best personal service we have received.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Last year we were in July when it was recently inaugurated and this time it has appeared much better. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend it. The waiter Carlos very professional. The breakfast was excellent. Good value for money I'm sure we'll repeat.

This place was great. Recently renovated. Fabulous breakfast lunch and dinner. If you like the beach it is convenient. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The only down side is that the parking spaces are limited. The parking may be free but you have to parallel park on the street most of the time.

(+++) 2017 renovated hotel, with very polite, helpful and friendly staff. Very good restaurant and bar with high quality and fresh foods. (-) Room cleaning needs to be improved. You can see months old and untouched dust under the beds. (-) Very very poor internet connection. It is practically impossible to connect to internet at the times with higher traffic (e. G. Evenings) (-) Lack of free parking in front of the hotel and in the streets around it. The hotels' underground parking costs 10€/night. (! ) Despite the required improvements it is a nice place for your holiday.

Poor hospitality. Bar doesn't serve food after 7pm. You must go to the restaurant. Want an espresso at the restaurant after 7pm? No. You must go to the bar. Want espresso before breakfast? No. Full of unruly children. Costa Ballena is fake society, built up for the summer. You have to drive or cab to town if you want to go out. Non-smoking room smelled suspiciously like ash tray. Pay up front for the room. Pay extra for parking.
