Quiet, familiar atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My grandchildren love it. Wanting to get the summer animation.

Fabulous place and location. It was still chilly during the vacation but the beach is a walking distance. The NAS Rota Naval Base is not that far to drive, either, if necessities are needed such as doing the laundry. The hotel gym is not my ideal, though I am a serious lifter. It is set above the heated pool/spa so, you get sweaty before even working out. I think there should be a fan since there’s no cool AC. Opening the porch doors was great until mosquitos comes in that I became a feast to them. Rooms were great! Housekeeping were great. For breakfast, you are treated to a variety of food. From breads, cheeses, sweets, fruits, drinks, coffee, cereals, and eggs/omelet cooked to your liking. I wished I had known name of the chef that worked the morning shift on 5/3/18 and 5/4/18. I found her to be a delight and would like to know her name.

Nice hotel n Spa also has a golf course.

The location of the hotel is great. Facing huge beaches and a very careful environment. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very good and the breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

I didn't like it at all. Cleaning Service Yes. But the Mini club does not cater well to the children leave them and my son was hit hard. Other. 12-year-old boy. Then there is no full board snack My girl was hungry and you don't get any peanuts nor are there vending machines or shops anything. Beverages apart expensive. My experience was not good. It lacks that to include drinks at reasonable prices and a vending machine and these very attentive to the kids. I had a really bad thing.

Used a Groupon to do the spa circuit. The hammam stream was quite dirty. But other than that, everything was super nice and relaxing. I'll definitely go back.

We've had a fantastic weekend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All very clean and organized. The only downside is that the walls of the rooms are very thin and you listen to those in the next room. The buffet was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

We were on Wednesday with the Fibromyalgia Association of the Port of Santa Maria and had a great. It is already the fourth or fifth time we go and everything is fine by putting a paste the changing rooms are too small. Otherwise both the facilities and the staff are fabulous.

Cold rooms on the ground floor, heating works in Spanish winter at best restricted, at least on the ground floor and basement loveless furnishings, balcony of the suite shows from the beach away and to the north, so that one has neither the beach nor the sun. Food at night is good but expensive, parking is not at the hotel and quickly crowded. Play area for children below average. Beach Super, but this is not a performance of the hotel.

Good hotel. The facilities were very good. The room was very large. The staff in general were very attentive and helpful. The waiter Oscar, very professional and very nice in the deal. Overall for me highly recommended.

Close to the ocean, but failing shower for a 4 star… Good and varied!

Excellent attention by all the staff, I can't have any complaints. Varied and quality food. The activities for the little ones very well worked by the animators. A highly recommended place.

A magical place to enjoy the rest of the services, the SPA and so many things… A small but delicious hotel, the spectacular pools to play with the kids, a lovely staff and the authentic luxury dinners. Definitely a haven of happiness for the family that I recommend to all my friends, plus for a reasonable price for the quality it offers.

Very good hotel (although one of the rooms had leaks; there was a huge storm of rain and wind) and it's great spa. In it we received an excellent deal.

The hotel is very nice. We were in a room on the fourth floor ocean view. These have fabulous terraces. The walk by the sea is very good. I recommend renting bikes to do the tour. The Buffet OK! We will definitely come back.

Superb but the spa cabins are dirty and the outdoor pool unheated.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We have been in February and the quality of the kitchen is fantastic, variety and quality.
I would especially highlight their staff, always attentive and with a smile. When you travel with children you value it.
The spa looks a little small but is very well equipped and clean. The beach is one of the best in Spain and can be reached in 5 minutes. We would definitely recommend it and come back.

Very nice Hotel, great room Average quality restaurant for your category maybe because we have gone in low season but the staff were extremely attentive. Small but well equipped Spa. A little hidden to find it even with navigator.

This hotel is spectacular a wonderful place to spend a family holiday. Its service is impeccable, has a large swimming pool and is very close to the beach of Costa Ballena. It is ideal for children, has great monitors that encourage a lot of the collective activities offered by the hotel. It has a gym and jacuzzi, its food service is one of the best in the area. Its rooms are luxurious and spacious with sea views. It is the best place you can choose to spend your holiday, although you have to keep in mind that it is not cheap.

We were here on December bridge my wife and I for the second time. Instead of the basic room they gave us a junior suite thanks to their Fidelity program. This is always subject to availability, but this time we were lucky and the hotel's excellent disposition. The room was very good and the staff were very nice and very spacious. It looked the sea and we enjoyed great sunsets that you would see even from the bed. Correct cleaning. Water heater with tea and complimentary coffee. Small TV but enough. Comfortable and large bed. Pay for the safe seems to me always out of place, should be a basic equipment, but hey, in this case are only 2 €/day. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The very efficient dining room. In the check out queue was formed because for a time there was only one person until another was joined. It was predictable departure time. At other times there have been 3 people, it doesn't make much sense. The great SPA has offers from Monday to Thursday. Now they closed it for reform, although it was quite well maintained. The second day that yes the room temperature and the water somewhat lower. The buffet is in line with the hotel rates. Put a but at night that there was shellfish: poor quality, better not put it to put that shellfish. The pool area is not used, we crave small for maximum occupancy. Very short animation, only on Saturday and regular, is a point to improve.

Beautiful room, not lacking a detail… Lovely staff… and I want to especially highlight the Saturday night animation… A singer with a stage name Barbara… (not the surname) Great voice and very professional… He managed to put to dance an audience that in main was not very predisposed… positive and with a sympathy that conquered everyone! A 10 for her!

It was a dream weekend. All its facilities and impeccable services. And its workers a charm. The ideal spa.

I paid €55 per double room/day with breakfast (in November) and I found it pretty good. Spacious rooms and very full breakfast buffet with live cooking, the beach very close. The hotel has paid parking but right next door there is a free but small parking that gets crowded soon then you will have to walk a little more to park for free. 15 minutes from Sanlucar de Barrameda. Very good option if you plan to visit the area.

This hotel is just amazing. All very careful, the Buffet of the best I have been, of supreme quality. The top animation, so you have several people who carry the animation, if with the best enough!
We will definitely be back, of 10!

I stayed two nights in the standard room. The standard room is huge with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The bar and restaurant we're both great with good prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was the A/C was woefully underpowered, although the rooms barely got hot despite the outside temperature.

It's location it's amazing, near the beach, and the overall service is wonderful.

Regarding the name Elba Thalasso, the hotel should really be excellent in all aspects. The hotel staff is perfect, very kind and always helpful: 5 stars. The room: a kettle with tea/coffee makes a difference, we missed it very much, though it's only April the air conditioner didn't work, the shower kept changing between normal and dangerously hot water by itself, the toilet seat was broken. Good hairdryer, comfy mattrase but wobbly bed, nice terrace, very good Wi-Fi. Many good hotels do breakfast until 11am or 12, it's​ 10am in your hotel which is not so convenient after a late night as we are on holiday. The sign of the sauna sais 85-90°C, but it was 58°C. 2 stars to the room, 5 stars to the hotel staff, especially to Miguel in the spa for being so kind, helpful and cheerful. Thank you. Excellent hotel, very clean and quiet. Beautiful grounds with a large outdoor pool and a salt water in door pool. The dinner buffet is great, nice selection and a different theme each night.

The room was amazing and the staff was great. Part of our stay included meals and the food was amazing and fresh and very fulfilling. Would visit again in a heartbeat.

I was a short stay in the concentration of rattan biker but it was great, the parking for the was free, well, attention room, breakfast buffet, and the hotel itself is great, I recommend it.

The worst thing was the room; did not work not to mention Spa heating away it that it was. And the stream of air that he had. Too cold for all corridors.
I think it is a summer hotel not the Council in winter season.

We love this hotel. It's the perfect size, the food is excellent (best buffet that I've tried), excellent service,. The only thing we would like is that to adjust a little more to their prices, to be able to go more often.

Unbeatable It is the third time that we repeat in this terrific hotel, and represents for us the ideal place to recharge your batteries and rest. 100 m from the beach has excellent facilities: play areas, Spa, swimming pool, terrace with views of the golf course… and the best staff, the service is very close and attentive, from the animation team, waiters, room service up to the Director, the deputy director… Is perfect to go with your family, while you drink a mojito in the swimming pool, you can leave the kids in the mini club, and at night, the animation will make you spend a moment very nice… the show Disney is the delight of the little ones… thanks to all the staff of the hotel… we will be back!

Very good hotel but a paste the wiffi works fatal in the rooms so other fantastic.

Overwhelmed on a weekend, the Thursday all good, but Friday, Saturday and Sunday were filled with the hotel and they ran out of food Friday night for the dinner buffet, in addition to the Saturday until 5 not brought us towels freshly taken out in the dryer, you see that they have enough. Otherwise the facilities are correct but insufficient to be 4-star.

We have been during the bridge of the day of Andalusia (February 28). The family rooms are comfortable and spacious. The restaurant is very good and varied (buffet). The Spa circuit is very complete, with bonus family competitive. The hotel staff is very competent and his attention very close, with special mention to the assistant director, who managed our stay was perfect. The walks at sunset for your long beach were formidable.

Our second visit to this hotel, and we are already planning the third. Apart from all the services, location, environment, facilities, etc, We highlight above all the friendly STAFF of the hotel. Of ALL of the hotel staff, from first to last, is exceptional at all times, and it is what encourages them to repeat again and again. By letting recommendations: of course the Spa. The exterior views of the rooms, the care of the service, the breakfast, activities for children. I would not say that it is a "hotel for families" because it is not ONLY that. Our 9 year old son is just as delighted as us, but I recommend it for couples without doubt, also, or for lovers of golf, the beach and love the area as us.

Completely careless spa, not work part of the facilities, as the steam bath, the machine damaged water dispenser, tampovo you would wrong deep a general cleaning. The locker room in a pretty bad state.

I loved it. Located in a very nice neighbourhood, access to beach and golf course, very well done, with very nice pool, excellent, very well decorated, animation water the crystalline sea and much more. The best hotel that I've gone :-).

Second time we come. Very quite. Great animation. Excellent location very near wonderful beach. We will repeat. It is one of our fixed hotels for summer. Only one thing, have increased clientele with children. Even so it is quiet and you can hop history aside from both children.

Never again! Very noisy and oversized hotel. The rooms are large, but the beds are very uncomfortable, you here yours neighbours all the time, also the fountain from the patio and Wi-Fi only works in some rooms, at least at the reception-area. Nevertheless the beach next to the hotel is very lovely and clean.
