It has been a great experience! The service fabulous, the food is very rich and staff very attentive. But if I had to highlight something, all the animation team, despite the limitations in health, strive to entertain the children in an exceptional manner, safeguarding all measures hygienic-sanitary, for our children to play with peace of mind. With a special attention to Cristina, that has been wonderful. A real pleasure to enjoy the vacation and a great discovery, sure that we will repeat it.

Are super attentive cleaning and comfort of the rooms and facilities, especially to emphasize to all the employees that work at this hotel thanks to them we can enjoy.

Well all, the service of food. Slow… this is the covid… not being able to catch food in the buffet on the part of customers makes it all very slow, you would have to manage the meals of another signature, for example… more staff serving meals or any restaurant, à la carte.

Everything in general… good treatment of workers, cleanliness of rooms, good food, top class pool, entertainment performances… very happy with the 5 days of stay there… you don't miss details… a 10!

The facilities great, the hotel is huge but everything is located in an ideal way to travel with children since the distribution makes the stay very easy, we have traveled in a group and we will definitely repeat, we have had the privilege of spending your first halloween with you and has been spectacular, especially thank the dining staff since it was not easy to coordinate so many people and both the food and the exquisite treatment. As not Carmen's cafeteria, and Jorge the lifeguard because they are great professionals all, no doubt disconnects2 single-parent events will continue to count on your facilities.

I just enjoyed the spa. I haven't stayed overnight. There are still showers that don't work, despite being in the middle of high season… I liked it because it's not crowded and because of the professionalism of the girls. Another weak point is that, while you are in full massage, with absolute relaxation, you hear the cistern and the descent of the waters of the rooms. They should soundproof the rooms.

Of the best we have been, the all inclusive spectacular, does not lack detail, next to the beach, a lot of variety in the buffet with themed dinners, the pool very large. The animation and animators are great and very friendly and the rooms very large and spacious, with incredible views. 100% recommended.

The beach is very close, but in the morning the tide goes down a lot and in the part that is closest to the hotel it is not possible to bathe because there are many stones.

A great hotel. For people who still have doubts about the hotel I have to comment that I have been on vacation and it has been spectacular. The main pool is awesome apart from having another and two reserved for the superior rooms. The children's pool is a blast for children. Cleanliness and animation very good and food very good and good variety. There are always sun loungers available and very little queue to enter the dining room (that is there are queues in the food that is done live inside but I see it relatively normal). Overall a great hotel. My congratulations to all the staff.

Impressive hotel when finished, not all elevators work and the roof pool is not open, apart from the work workers at the hotel. Luxury rooms and most importantly the attention of the staff is a ten, all attentive to any need. Normal food, the live kitchen is with long queues and chaotic when it comes to finding free tables, they must change the system because when the hotel is full, it will be the chaos even greater. Pools well but have the danger of slipping down the type of floor. Another point against is that they tell you that you can't smoke in the pool enclosure, even if there's no sign to ban it, but you can smoke at the bar, when the bar is closer to the pool than other areas. In addition, the rest of the pools are attached to the buildings Summing up, it will be a great hotel if you modify some faults.

A wonderful hotel, to come alone, as a couple or with family, with friends or with your neighbors. We came with a one-year-old baby and we came a little scared by the criticism we read and the truth, I don't understand people. The hotel is a pass, it is true that some small detail is missing but nothing that prevents you from enjoying it to the fullest. The rooms are huge, the bed a breeze, the food great and varied and definitely the best, its staff.
