Concorde Hotel Singapore

Great location, just nearby bars, restaurants and shopping. Good selection of food for breakfast and very accommodating staff specially miss Kimberly, Sen and Faridah at the hotel lounge, they give impeccable service during our stay. I really reccommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

I experienced a series of unacceptable issues during my stay at.
Concorde Hotel Singapore.
First room:
• The room had a spider,
• And a strong fresh renovation smell.
When I reported this, the front desk astonishingly told me “just use an air freshener”, which is not a proper solution at all.
They even added that the “other rooms might also have spiders, ” which was shocking and unprofessional.
So I requested a room change.
Second room (even worse) :
• There were used socks left on the floor from the previous guest.
• Then a male staff entered my room without permission, after pressing the doorbell for less than one second.
At that moment I was only wearing underwear, this is a major privacy violation, completely unacceptable in any hotel.
Worst part – hotel management attitude:
• The manager is never available, almost impossible to meet.
• Everything is pushed to the front desk, and the staff were impatient and dismissive.
• Despite all the issues, they offered no real apology and no compensation, and acted like it was nothing serious.
This entire experience shows a complete breakdown in hygiene, privacy protocol, and management accountability.
I sincerely hope the hotel reviews its standards and trains its staff properly.

The hotel had seen better days, but the vintage charm still lingers. Shops below is disappointing. Basicallly nothing there except for a few pubs and restaurants. Location is good, hotel is along the shopping belt although it's towards the end of it. Overall, a good hotel and could save you a bit of money on accommodation.

Dear Concorde — you are simply a 2/3 star hotel pretending to be 4 star. Upon check-in, I immediately discovered a cockroach on my bathroom floor — in plain sight, wiggling and on its last breath. Disgusting! 🤮. When I brought this up to the front desk manager, instead of apologizing and doing his best to comp and diffused the situation, he said it was brought in by other hotel guests. What?! What kind of a lame excuse is that? Then it got worse… he said there's no way the cockroach can get to the 8th floor (where my room is), because the restaurant is on the 3rd. So I said "you mean to tell me hotel guests are not suppose to bring food into the room? ". To which he responded "we don't recommend that "lah". " 🤔And I said "so you don't provide room service then — where you bring food into the room? ". He didn't have a clever comeback. Oh my gosh, you need to send your hotel managers back to hotel management school 101, Concorde. Shame on you. One can overlook the dated building, furnishing and decor (on Orchard road no less), if the customer service was deserving a 4 star. Again, SHAME!. And I do have pictures of the half dead cockroach which shall be posted all over the internet soon enough. Your manager should have handled the situation better.

I am pleased with Mrs Charlotte owen trading platform, they have friendly and enthusiastic brokerage platform. Withdrawal is quick and signals are profitable. I never had delays making any withdrawal. Excellent services and a good trading platform. I earned a lot and also learned a lot of effective trading strategies from them. I had a wonderful staycation at the Concorde Hotel on 06/10 to 08/10. Spices (Restaurant), good service and wonderful food. Hotel staff is warm, friendly that made me feel so at home. Our First Choice for Staycation. We will definitely be back! Well Done! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Today is the first day for isolate. The service is very bad. The dinner time should be 6pm but we call the information counter 2 time, they said please wait the food is on the way. But we wait until now is 8.25pm the food still no come.
Very disappointed for this hotel.
