Good facilities, great Kith cafe for breakfast, best location to anywhere in Orchard. Very helpful staff… Only flaw, my room Wi-Fi is not working and their IT cannot resolve it haha but small problem.

Best staycation so far. Great hospitality from concierge to reception, basically all the staff.

Nice and peaceful place 5 star for this place, I will book this one again.

Pros:
Suite was excellent. Very clean, good amenities, well designed with plenty of storage for longer term stay (I only stayed one night). It even had a shoe cupboard behind the entry way mirror. Con:
Check out is at Noon. I dashed over to Paragon to get some food and dashed back 10 mins to Noon and was locked out. My card was deactivated. Rushed back down to reactivate. As I was checking out I asked the front desk boy why the card was deactivated, he blamed me and said I must have put it near some electronic device (I guess he meant my phone). I am always super careful about keeping my hotel room cards far away from my phone and/or other electronic devices. In just the last 6 months we have stayed at 6 hotels for a total of 8 weeks as we have been renovating our home. Not once did I accidentally deactivate my card. We also travel extensively before this pandemic. And having gotten locked out of my room once decades ago, I learnt to be very careful with my room card as there is nothing worse than having to trudge all the way back to the front desk, wait in line to have the room key reactivated. Just an apology would have been preferable to being blamed for the card not working. The girl checking me in yesterday was new and may have made a mistake — she was nervous & unsure whilst another girl sat next to her to explain & help her. The card may have been wrongly programmed? Enjoyed the room, very disgruntled at checkout.

Very bad service! Staff lacked in salutations. Chambermaid saw us at the corridor, chose to ignore us, no greeting. The janitor were competing with us to enter the elevator first, also no greeting. Housekeeping were not done properly, dishes not washed and sticky tables not wiped. Encountered rude staff who called us “Hallow! Hallow! ” and challenged us to make a complain when we corrected him on the way he spoke to guests. We asked for a bucket of ice and it came in disposable plastic containers. Is this even Ascott?! Very disappointing!

A real special feeling you have staying here. The rooms are like a small apartment. When checking in you sit at a modern desk on a bench. Showers are very large.

Located next to the Belle Palace Shopping Centre on Orchard Road, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The front desk is efficient and clean daily. Shopping and dining nearby is very convenient, not far from the centrepoint shopping city has a "loose hair" bone tea is very delicious, recommended. In the evening, there is a cart selling waffle ice cream in front of the Baili Palace, many people lined up.

Love this hotel its near to lots of shopping mall has a infinite pool (public).

The airport is not very good, nearby shopping malls in general. Today check in can be an employee all, so that I think the wrong place, in The Cane full 10 minutes before an employee to help check in. Room fine, can not put two, booked two rooms, can not be connected room (16:00) to check in, decoration is generally not worth a mention!

Excellent place for a family of 4. Loved our stay and walkable distance to Orchard shopping malls.

This is my second stay. I was dissapointed from the 1st stay bout their service but I think to give a second chance but it even worst than the 1st. Bad service. Wait for 4 hours for the compliment water and didnt even come. I have to get out from my room and reach the housekeeping which on da floor and get the water. Waited 6 hours after checked in room for the comforter for my son. Take ages for the operator to answer when I need something. Room cleaning stop at 4 pm. No ice cube after 10 pm. U hv to make ur own. They didnt vacuum my room in the first 2 days, I hv to make sure they vacuum on the third nite. Both my stay I dont get baby cot. I booked room 3 weeks in advance. I requested that my room cud be clean from 11am-1pm. Coz I will be going out at 11am-1pm. But they showed up at 10.30 which I still in the room. End up they show at 1.15 pm and my son was sleeping dat time. I asked them to come back by 4pm, they told me no more room cleaning at 4pm. Totally really dissapointed.

The location is very strategic, as it's got a link bridge to Paragon Mall, and just behind the orchard road. The room is beautiful, very spacious and luxurious! Guest Service officer (Ms. Sriani if i'm not mistaken) was very helpful, friendly and sincere. Love it here! Fit more for a family.

We did stay 2 weeks, Ascott orchard is a good room, looks new and decoration is modern, the bed is comfortable and spacious room compared to many hotel in singapore, located very near from orchard, only take a walk for some minutes to the Mall and restaurant. It s located beside Robinsons dept store, we find a nice range of restaurants at the basement1, I would recommend Laurent s cafe for the breakfast, there were really friendly and good compare to what is offered.

Abit complicated about getting to the direction you intend to go. It would help if there are directional signage to get to the hotel. Overall experience was very good. The place is clean & calming environment with easy access to Masjid Al-Falah for the muslims.

A really great property where one would feel at home. Very well maintained and beautifully done living rooms. Staff are very courteous and always there to help no matter what.

Strategically positioned in Orchard Road, it even has a bridge connected to Paragon Mall. Hotel interior design was superb especially room design extremely user friendly for long stay. It has small but sufficient kitchen including baking, microwave, medium size refrigerator and wash disher. Kitchen well equipped with all amenities. It even has small laundry machine. All room equipped with Smart Samsung TV. Room layout extremely comfy. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars because sometimes understaffed so whatever staffs available become rude because overstretched.

Overall great stay experience with several minor issue, room not being ready on time, technical issue during relatively late hours for check-in (5 pm onwards) and room service only picking up after several times of trying to dial them. Otherwise, having friendly staff members and well furnished room are excellent first impression. The staying fee includes decent free Wi-Fi connection, decently equiped fitness center and nice outdoor swimming pool. Additionally Ascott technically has connecting bridge to paragon shopping mall which is great for near access to nearby Mt. Elizabeth hospital.

Celebrated my son’s birthday with a staycation and enjoyed every minute of it! Excellent and luxurious furnishings, spacious room area for my kiddos to explore and they had fun looking out from the floor to ceiling windows. They loved the bathtub the most! The room was clean and well maintained. And I love the amenities provided. Great customer service and service staff was friendly and responsive to requests! Would be back again!

Cosy apartment and centrally located in Orchard. Link bridge to Paragon at Level 4, which is extremely convenient if you needed to do some last minute shopping. The suite I was in was well-furnished and I was surprised that there was even a baking oven. Kudos to the staff too for making our Christmas experience so wonderful.

I fully enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful and is very conveniently located to the orchard road belt. Everything was perfect. Service was excellent, Very Very impressed!

Ascott Orchard Singapore boasts amazing rooms that are cozy, comfortable, and make you feel at home. Nevertheless, I would recommend avoid the Residents' Lounge on Level 4 at all costs. My siblings and I decided to do an impromptu detour at around 10:00pm at night and found the counter to be manifested with small cockroaches around. Kind of appalling especially when knowing that the snacks that the cockroaches munched on were the exact same ones that are served in the room.

Cairnhill Nine: one of the tallest in Orchard. Integrated with luxurious serviced residence Ascott Orchard. Next to MRT, shopping malls & premium medical facilities. Friendly cosy comfy ambience.

Great place if you are looking for serviced apartments instead of a hotel. Has a washing machine and a full kitchen. Minutes from Orchard and Somerset MRT so if you enjoy shopping, you can't go wrong here. My only displeasure so far has been the Wi-Fi connection that is unresponsive quite frequently. It's ok for emails and browsing, but not great for streaming media. Ask for monthly and business discounts. Also keep in mind that this is cheaper in some aspects because there is no hotel fee (service charge). Just VAT.

Excellent! Love the room and everthing, our fave will be the washing machine… linkbridge to Paragon, very near to the heart of Orchard Road. Just a bit noisy from the construction next door if you are on holiday.
