One of the most comfortable bed and pillows… The soundproof is excellent. I heard nothing at all from what is happening in the hallway. I had my best sleep since a longggg time.

Amazing room, but terrible check in experience. Expected much more for a Four Seasons Hotel, but customer service was not a priority when an issue arose. Instead we had to deal with defensive and passive aggressive behaviour by a staff member. A real dampener on what could have been a wonderful experience. The hotel did not even try to make up for it, despite a more senior staff member acknowledging said behaviour displayed. So disappointing that the service does not nearly match the amazing room we stayed in.

I had a wonderful staycation to celebrate my birthday. Despite the unfortunate situation, I had a lovely time with my husband and my cat! Room service was great and the room was in tip-top condition. They even had my cat's name embroidered on a towel and a birthday cake prepared for me (which tasted amazing fyi). Pet friendly hotel with 5-stars service! Thank you for the wonderful experience! Will definitely be back and sing high praises for you.

One staff jumahin (I think that's his name) took the trouble to explain to us the current covid situation and told us to look for him if we needed anything else during our stay. Hotel is beautifully renovated warm and super nice, staff helpful and nice.
Private pool that promised silence is opposite of what it states, just a Ing a family with 3 kids noisy and jumping in water plus splashing. No different than 20th floor, disappointment. Thought private adult only means something else

Very family friendly hotel, can add bed for kid for free, complimentary kids toiletries, welcome dessert, excellent housekeeping, free parking. A relatively quiet place, not as crowded as MBS or hotels on Sentosa. Swimming pool is a bit small for adults, but it’s enough for kids to play water, and most importantly, no need to queue.

Best service I ever had in a staycation! Definitely a must to stay and experience the quality service by the staff members! Breakfast and dinner semi buffet menu provides both top tier quality and generous quantity as well! All in all, an amazing experience!

We held our wedding here in 2019. We fell in love with the Four Seasons Ballroom and Windows West when we first set sights on them. We are really grateful to Eddric, Hannah, and the rest of the hotel staff. They gave us a truly divine experience there; from planning to execution, everything went smoothly and beautifully. Our guests raved about the food and the service. Highly recommended!

Visited Four Seasons Hotel for our Stanford-NUS Executive Education program for 2 weeks. Good central location in Singapore and easy to get to using MRT. Attentive service with clean and modern facilities. Located right behind Orchard Road, shopping and good restaurants are easy to reach nearby.

If a promise is disrupt, the hotel would be the worst. Even though is has a good facility, food, location, it does not matter. when I book this hotel, I asked early check in time and possibility by e-mail and then did a direct calling. I worried that my young kids (2, 9, 10) will be very tired. Then they answered, it will be enough by 1 pm. After arrival to this hotel at 1 pm, the front tell to me that 1 hour more time will be okay, they are cleaning room, after finishing cleaning, they will call to me. Anyway finally at 3pm, they gave me a room card and said to me like this; ‘normal check in time is 3pm’. that is right, but are you kidding? i can not find a sense of responsibility from this hotel.

As a patron at one-ninety restaurant, I was hoping that there’s a nursing room near the restaurant but to no avail. Also, it’s not wheelchair friendly so we literally had to lift up our stroller to enter into the restaurant.
Just my 2 cents worth, please have a look at Shangri-La’s nursing room for your kind reference.

Attended a forum on the 25 June 2018. There was selection to choose from during the breakfast brief and lunch. Food was promptly replenish and kept reasonably warm. Love the fact the provided TWG teabags and there was a variety to choose from. The staffs were also prompt to remove all used cups within the seminar theatres and kept the area neat and tidy. Also love the fact that the hotel is located at a prime spot and provides the flexibility to head to other locations after the seminar. Look forward to future visits to Four Seasons for other functions…

Went the the ballroom for a event, the interior still look amazing. New carpets suddenly is welcoming. The food is simply awesome, from appetizers to the mains and the desserts. Honestly, I was quite amazed that the venue could link up with different ballrooms to create a sequential nice experience.

One of the better hotels where staff are very polite and helpful. Hotel staff are very courteous and would not mind to go the extra mile. Although off the beaten track just behind main Orchard Rd belt, hotel makes it up by providing excellent service.

I was here for a friend’s wedding lunch. The banquet food is awesome, just like the last two weddings I have attended at Four Seasons. We booked the deluxe room for a day, and we were served cranberry juice when we checked in. After our dinner, I found that our room was cleaned up, because I accidentally pressed the house keeping button. We found out that the hotel provides a pillow menu, and so we asked for some hard pillows (the original ones is so flat when laid on). The staff came up right away to provide us with very firm and comfortable pillows for the night. I love it! Hotels mostly don’t provide pillows that are firm enough to my liking. In the morning, as we walked to our breakfast place, we were greeted by every staff. The housekeeping staff, concierge staff, the door man and the restaurant staff. This is really good service. The restaurant’s ambience is nice and classy. My coffee was promptly refilled too. The food wise, I didn’t find everything delicious. If they had a wider variety of breakfast food, I would have given the last star. Buffet breakfast is very important to me.

Four seasons hotel Singapore is at orchard boulevard. Its location is good. The approach looks good. The entrance to the hotel and the lobby are great. When you enter it feels lovely and gives a great feeling. The staff was great, very helpful and very professional. The rooms are well done with modern amenities. You would enjoy the rooms. The restaurants give you enough choices of the food to satisfy you. You are always near the shopping malls when you stay at the hotel making your tour easier. Overall four seasons hotel in Singapore is a good place to stay.

Spa experience is wonderful and relaxing. And enjoyed the facilities (Gym, Sauna, Steam Room). Always check if there is ongoi g promotion and it is always best to go with a friend/partner. :-)

I have amazing experiences during my stay at Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore. The hotel location is perfect and I could go shopping and sightseeing to great places nearby. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Really enjoyed staying here! Recommended!

I love this hotel! The service is perfect. The room is clean, the breakfast buffet is great too. They have 2 swimming pool. If you want a view, go to their rooftop pool! But the pool in 3rd floor is lovely too. The location is quite good, In orchard area. But it’s a little bit far from nearest MRT station.

Room was great and spacious. Facilities like pool and steam room etc were all great. It's in a great location as well — near orchard but away from the crowds at the same time.

Renovated rooms are stellar! Modern, spacious, and luxurious. The staff are very friendly and on point. Room service isn't perfect (presentation could use some work, as well as options to customize your order), but overall, highly recommended.

This is probably the best stay I’ve had with my family at Four Seasons Singapore for a holiday! The location is superb and although its close to Orchard its nice and green. Everything right from the welcome to the check in, rooms, service, concierge, etc is excellent!
We stayed here for 6 Nights from 12th to 18th Feb. And had booked the deluxe room with breakfast. The food quality and taste is also great!
Special thanks to the entire Concierge team-Rachel, Kavitha and the entire team for making our stay a memorable one — they provided us assistance in whatever we had to organise in this busy chinese new year week-they have a welcoming positive attitude and went out of their way to help us book taxis, tickets to attractions and their reccomendations was super!

Four seasons hotel is located in the heart of the orchard road. It is situated beside forum galleria. Good location, quiet and easily access to busy orchard shopping center. Check in is quick and fast. Staffs are professional and polite. Good spread of breakfast. I truely enjoy my stay in the hotel.

Although a 5star hotel, the room I stayed in showed its age. Upholstery was worn in places. Towels has lost their whiteness as did the bathrobes. I was surprised that toilet paper was single ply! Buffet breakfast was average in taste as in variety. Service was up to what a 5star hotel should offer.

Fantastic service and very attentive staff. Upon arrival for an event they took notice of me and immediately asked for my drinks preference right down to the little details. When I swapped table, they made sure to bring my items over without me asking. I can only day that I'm truly impressed by the level of service of this place.

The hotel smells as amazing as it looks. Very friendly staff that know when to be kind, out of the way, or right there when needed. Rooms are being renovated as of January 2018 which is a great thing. Some rooms are a bit musty and could use new rugs and some less outdated touches. Great bathrooms and pool though. Our favorite place to stay when in town and near the best malls.

Fantastic, thanks for the the most enjoyable stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful and always smiling. Rooms are large and well maintained. Large 40inch TV with a very good channel selection. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced, with many meat, fish, noodle, cereal, bread, pastry selections. There is definitely something for all tastes. Children are well catered for. The two pools are large and well maintained. We are a family of 5 and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great ambience, beautiful bridal suite, excellent service during check in, very helpful concierge and friendly banquet staff. Food wise, would be a really good choice for people who are health conscious. Location wise, go in from the Orchard Blvd side as Cuscaden Rd is the back entrance for hotel staff.

Old Charm, that what I say about this place. Room is huge with plenty of space and amenities. And they are in mid of renovation on rooms. Staffs at all level are friendly and courteous. Couple looking for quiet moment can enjoy your stay there. Good view on city but away from shopping belt. Need a 10 min. Walk to the nearest shopping area.

Held my wedding lunch last weekend at Four Seasons. Although the price for a banquet table is steep as compared to other restaurants and hotel, the level of service we received justified the price we paid. Everyone (and I mean everyone, even the random staff we meet at the lift lobby) were so polite and friendly. Fantastic experience. Planned the wedding for my cousin here over the weekend. Struggled at the start with getting the stage equipment to the venue and parking of vehicles, but was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and enthusiasm of the whole team — from the event manager, bell boy, logistic team, valet manager, waitresses, everyone upheld a positive and uplifting atmosphere! 5 stars.

Attended a company event at the ball room. Hotel is a bit out of the way. Nice decor. Generally delicious food, which is surprising coz event food normally taste avg. Esp like the lamb racks n truffle risotto. Service also good too. Only thing is lack of tea variety. Common teas like mint should be available. Event went through without any hiccup.

Went there for their mooncake as they make very tasty mooncakes. To our surprise, the hotel staff serving us was really accommodating and friendly. She was patient and helpful. Would love to try out their rooms one day.

Underwhelming. Brown water in taps and stained basin in bathroom. Not sure if this is because hotel is going through renovation but it was disappointing. On the positive side, reception was very friendly and room service was great.

I did not stay at Four Seasons but went to meet up my friend who came to Singapore. Overall my experience from Car Park, Public Washroom, Room and overall ambience of the hotel is quiet impressive. Rooms were quiet nicely decorated and unobstructed view.

I was invited to have lunch with some friends a week after arriving to Singapore at the chinese restaurant in the hotel. As soon as I entered the building, a member of the staff welcomed me and showed me where to go. At the restaurant, the food was delicious and we were attended impeccably. The decoration and the lighting were both magnificent. Although I have no idea on the prices I do recommend this place for those who can afford it.

I have sampled quite a bit of the 5-star hotels in Singapore and I must say that only one hotel feels like "home", the rest are hotels not a home. The staff are the biggest asset of Four Seasons. They know why they're at work and deliver service with passion. There're one or two staff that probably didn't understand their brief well (encountered on previous stay). But the majority of staff are exceptional in Singapore and are world class in service delivery. From the cleaners, those who cleaned my room this stay, a gentleman and then Molly, the concierge and the room service attendants and door men (one wrote a receipt for a taxi for me because the printer seem broken; and while thanking him he suggested confidently I know my job; and I agree 110% that he knows his job).
On my last night I always feel nostalgic and wonders of my next stay. Typically, I'm eager to go home to my bed and family but for Four Seasons Singapore, I feel at home, I just have to bring the family along. On my very first stay (third time now) lady at rooftop pool too was superb… don't remember her name and celebrated Thanksgiving at the hotel in 2015, also staff at restaurant and bar fantastic! Exceptional quality and my taxi driver once told me if you stay at Four Seasons you'll never stay at any other hotel because the late PM Lee Kuan Yew used to have lunches here. Everything is true. Thank you and see you soon. I'll post on trip advisor too. Just don't hike the price after this review.

Imagine that you are one of the hotel guest dining in the Banquet Hall. Would you not find it nauseating to see waiters scraping leftover food from your plates/plates from others into a pile in front of you? Especially if you are from a westernised culture. Why not eliminate this negative factor by holding a multi-tiered rack in one hand; remove guest’s plates from the table with the other free hand and insert into the multi-tiered rack? Why not use this method of clearing plates for All Food Courses? The waitress would be able to clear 5 or 6 big plates using the rack instead of 2/3 big plates by the conventional method. Not only would this improve productivity, customer service, and eliminate unpleasant feelings to the Hotel Brand, most importantly it will significantly increase Sales, Profits and your Salary Increments and Bonuses. On a separate note, there is the only way of flipping the round banquet table to stand on its legs. Often the waiter needs to look underneath the table or try flipping the table around to try to find the right side to lift the round table. Why not simply stick two black tapes on opposite sides of the round table to indicate the optimal position to lift the table up vertically to close and roll it? The tapes would be hidden by the table cloth. The above could not be patented and would bring significant benefits to you.

Location was excellent and right in the middle of a number of amenities. Service was exceptional and all needs were catered to. Special attention was given to children. Staff were very well trained.

This is a top hotel in a fantastic position just up from Orchard Str. Decor and rooms are immaculate and staff well trained. A day visitor or stay in guest you are looked after with panache. I rate this hotel up there with the best Singapore has to offer. Highly recommended.

Came here as a wedding banquet guest. Their food was really good, better than most other hotels such as Fullerton. Note to drivers: Be careful of the narrow roads in their parking lot.

Beautiful hotel. I stayed in a premier room and was amazed at the size of the room and the luxurious ensuite. Service was impeccable and the maids even left notes everyday for me and would tie up my phone cables etc. Whilst the view is not the most amazing, it has a very central location. I would highly recommend it!

This is a great hotel, in terms of service, food and cleanliness. ROC President Ma Ying jeou chose this hotel while visiting for the Ma-Xi meeting.

Greatest hotel I have ever stayed at! The food was great, the room was breathtaking, and the service was the best I have ever received at an inn. The concierge, maids, waiters, bellboys and anyone else on staff you can think of will treat you like royalty. They did everything in their power to ensure that my family and I were comfortable; all with bright smiles! My expectations on guest service were exceeded. What's also great about this place is the location. Staying here ensures that you're in the heart of the city on a street called Orchard. You will be at the epicenter of Singapore's premier shopping and dining experience. You can get to anywhere easily from here through walking, taxi, or train (less expensive than a taxi but you'll need to know your way around the city). If you want near perfect living accommodations at an amazing price point then this is THE place to stay. Options available here are boundless! Take it from me, you will not be disappointed if you choose Four Seasons Singapore. This place and the people in it defined for me what hospitality in Singapore is all about!
