I did my wedding last year in the Grand Ballroom and attended my cousin’s wedding at Peppermint. Excellent staff, excellent service and superb food. Always happy whenever I go there.

Incredible experience and love the ambiance of a garden in a hotel. Plenty of restaurant to choose from and close proximity to other places to visit. Just needs a hot tub in my honest opinion.

It is a beautiful nature, everyday a lot of people visiting is the park. Very good lights, sounds, walkway, cleanness totally fantastic place 🌱🌴🌴🌲

Fantastic location and amazing views. Especially of the New Years Eve fireworks. Staff go above and beyond. Awesome pool with bar and food service that’s open till 10:30 pm. Would definitely stay here again.

I think this review is way overdue, however credit must be given when due. This is our 4th time staying at this lovely hotel this year. We always booked the Collection room as it comes with the lounge access. They serve one of the best Eggs Benedict and also have a good Marina Bay skyline view. Service at the collection lounge had always been consistently good and the staff are very attentive to your order and make sure you are well taken care. Impeccable service indeed 👏 I would like to specially comment Mr Yarick, We rmb him serving our family the last time we came and he was very friendly and attentive. Mr Yarick was always ready to serve us and always make sure we are satisfied with the food and drinks. Another special mentioned is Ms Aila, she left a very good impression from our first two visit to the lounge She was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. She too make sure we are always welcomed at the collection lounge. Kudos to all the service staff working at Park Royal Marina Bay, our family enjoyed all our staycation at this lovely luxurious hotel. Definitely a 6Star service 👏

Love the location, it's convenient to go shopping and out for meals at marina sq and suntec. Amenities are family-friendly and kid friendly — baby pool available, playroom available for kids to just play and hang out. Love the in-room dining too! delicious food and thry were served pretty fast.

Did a birthday staycation with my partner and absolutely loved the hotel! When we first walked in, we felt that it is extremely well designed—the hotel is thoughtfully designed such that natural light shines into it, so it’s bright and lovely. The entire place made me feel like I was really at a resort—real birds chirping, and lots of greens and wooden textures around. The room was clean and spacious, and we absolutely loved the bathtub. We got the room with the Marina Bay view, so you can just imagine how beautiful the scenery is. The room was cleaned thoroughly and the amenities were great. I especially like how they use full bottles for their shower items—it’s so much more eco-friendly than letting guests use and bring home small little tester bottles. They also had a water filtration system for drinking water! No more wastage of plastic bottles! The huge TV complements the room too! It’s great that the TV has great resolution—this really helps when we watch movies in the room and the scenes are so clear. We’ve been to other hotel (s) where the TV was huge but the resolution didn’t match for some reason, so this really is a plus point for us. The gym is great too. Enough equipment for the most basic weight-lifting. On top of that, I really appreciate that the bed and pillows are super soft—I’m not a fan of soft beds and pillows so what they have fit my sleeping habits perfectly.

Nicely renovated. There is massage spray function in the shower and dyson hair dryer in the dresser. Beddings were really comfortable. A few staffs were really helpful and made us feel like being pampered (that’s the point of having a staycay isn’t it? )
Cons: the spa messed up our booking; the kids playroom was supposed to be open from 25th Nov onwards but when we approached the staff it mysteriously postponed to 22nd Jan 2022; we requested baby toiletries at 5pm it was not sent until 8pm after 3 calls and finally complained to one of the managers.

It's always a joy dining at Portman's bar. The service is almost impeccable. Food is fantastic at a reasonable price and great ambience too! Special thanks to Jacquelyn, honey and Selfa for their excellent and attentive service. Jacquelyn esp is very affable. I'd highly recommend Portman's bar and will definitely return.

Reached 11.45am & staff managed to get a room for my early check-in & oso arranged for late check out at 2pm! nice breakfast buffet spread. Staff r friendly. Great view fr my balcony. Overall experience is great!

Only morning bit disappointing that staff supposed to delivery for breakfast between 9am to 930am but still wait till 10.30am, ask for extra syrup maple but still waiting till 11.30am, I go down and told staff about it coz foods already cold, staff did put it near door without let me know. Manager will give me new fresh food. Good serve but they should improve and fast.
For room I felt satisfied with it, view MBS beautiful whole day and nite.

Apart from the nice surroundings, interior renovation and nice pool, the service here is UNdesirable. From pre check in to staying, every touch point in the customer journey is nothing like a "I thought" 5 star hotel. Very disappointed. Receptionist was not welcoming and gave cold answers. When I went into the room, I found hairs amd sand on the floor, also in the bath tub. I asked for a set of Toiletries, instead I was given a roll of toilet paper. I asked for a baby crib, but it doesn't come with baby pillow and blanket. Their in room app is a disaster. When clicked for request, Toiletries were not an option when it is the most basic and mostly requested item. Bath robe were missing 1 set too. All in all, by the time I settled down, I was already tired having to deal with the requests. And also, their housekeeping staff doesn't wear her mask properly. Today is my 2nd day here, I wonder what comes next.

The staff at all areas were great and cheerful. The room was well stocked and amenities were replenished when low. Room was clean and bright and the view was great. Swimming pool was under renovation and although open was a little noisy and dusty. Breakfast was from a set menu and was the same everyday, not much of a choice if you stay 7 days like me. However, the helpful and cheerful staff compensated for the lack of choice.

A place that we share our vows 12 years ago, everything remains the same, nice lounge, great view, nice environment.

It’s a touch squeezy with Marshall in a single bed pushed into the corner, but the hotel staff are super friendly and the buffet breakfast is excellent. There’s an MRT station a short walk away and a huge shopping centre right opposite. Highly recommended.

Renewed my membership with Marina Mandarin and last use the vouchers when I visited peach blossom. Peach blossom serves great food and provides great service. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Always on hand. Buffer breakfast was amazing and room was on point. If I come back to Singapore I definitely would stay here again.

Dated five-star property, with dark atrium corridors and ghastly pink marble in bathroom. Birdsong as you leave your room in the morning is a pleasant addition. Helpful friendly staff, especially operator and reception. Good location. Well connected to Marina Square & SunTech, plus I walked often to and from City Hall MRT (well lit, air conditioned and with shops) without braving the hot sun :)

A very large hotel that is well looked after. Good service and very clean as expected. Style is becoming a little dated. Towels beyond use by date and instant coffee in rooms don't reflect the hotel standard rating.

Great location within easy walking distance of the Gardens by the Bay, as well shopping centres. Pool area is large and perfect for families. Staff are friendly and very obliging.

I will like to geninuely give a big Thank You to Marina Mandarin! I had a perfect 3 days 2 nights stay with them. Everything is great here. Location is perfect for tourists as it is convenient place to move about and see the most beautiful side of Singapore. It is also a great escape for locals as the view from rooms are breath taking. The service here is excellent and every staff is so nice and polite. Over the weekend, I had my wedding banquet at Marina Mandarin Hotel and …they made it a memorable one for my wife and I. I will like to specially thank one person, Sen Ng, my banquet sales manager. She did a superb job to prepare my wife and I for our wedding. She do time to time check on the progress that we are making towards our big day. Without her, I dont think my wife and I will be ready for our big day and our wedding wouldn’t have gone so smoothly without and hiccups. Her service towards my wife and I was great. She not only play a role as a banquet sales manager but she is like our wedding planner too. She took the extra mile and I believed way out of her job scope. Her hard work and dedication towards her job uphold the reputation of the hotel. She deserves recognition from the hotel for her superb work. The variety of food selection given at Marina Mandarin hotel was great. I like the Japanese corner where fresh sushi is served. The overall ambience is comfortable, having service staffs keep serving you once you are done with your drinks or food. I will be back here again.

Very conveniently located and cozy, with a wonderful view, especially from the upper floors. Yes, not new, but very clean, very beautiful from the inside. Wonderful breakfasts, :) service.

Went for buffet lunch at Aquamarine with my family. The buffet was halal, with a good variety of food from Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian and Western. Service was prompt and attentive. My kids aged 4 to 9 enjoyed the variety of food. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

We just stayed here for 7 days. I can't thank Janice and her staff enough for looking after us. We loved everything about the hotel including room, food, pool, location and most of all how friendly everyone was.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Over the road from Suntec City such is helpful as tour buses operate from that location. The views from the Marina bay facing rooms are incredible. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Only complaint was that breakfast wasn't included and I found it over priced to add on. We just ate on the go while visiting the sights.

Dim sum at Peach Blossom was fantastic. The pork with century egg congee, yam puff with chicken filling & little egg tarts were simply amazing. Chicken feet and scallop in filo were nice too but the former being too salty. Tried to have lunch without reservation on Mon (30/04) but they were fully booked. Do make reservation in advance. Having said these, price kinda steep so if there is no 50% with my card, I will not make the extra effort of going.

First stayed at this hotel with the family in 1990 and also a month ago. Like my previous visits, I found the hotel staff to be very, very good. The hotel is in a perfect location and rooms are clean and brilliantly appointed. I was impressed in that the hotel remembered that my wife had her birthday recently and also that we recently had our wedding anniversary. The hotel presented us with a bottle of wine, a selection of fruit and a birthday cake. My thanks go out to the hotel and its marvelous staff. Without hesitation I can recomnend the Marina Mandarin to anyone that is looking for an excellent hotel in Singapore.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. I travel to Singapore frequently for work and was due to stay at Marina Mandarin in April, without realizing, I had booked a non-refundable ticket. Unfortunately, my grand-father was submitted to hospital and passed away… due to this, I tried to simply have the date of my booking changed to 2 weeks later. I did not want any money back, simply a change in the date of my trip and was happy to pay any extra cost if necessary. Marina Mandarin decided to take a hard-edge to the "no-refund" booking. Will not stay here again.

We had booked 3 people over TUI in Germany. Unfortunately only 2 beds had been booked reception has offered an upgrade against payment: Fantastic view of the marina and the Daily laser show.

We (I and my couple) spent 3 nights at Marina Mandarin hotel. It is really convenient as there are a lot of things within its walking distance. Such as the Garden by the bay, historical raffles hotel. The experience I had there was amazing. It is better than most of the 5 star hotels I've visited. We loved this hotel. We had a fabulous room with views over the marina. The hotel was comfortable, well appointed and in a good location. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. The display they put on for the Chinese New Year was stunning. We would certainly go back.

We had our staycation from 31/12/2017 till 4/01/2018 in Marina Mandarin. We a bit dissapointed upon arrival as we booked non smoking room but they are gave us smoking room, we decided to request for non smoking the staff told it's only took half an hour to be ready unfortunately it's took more then that for our room to be ready. Other than we pleased during our staycation. The New Year celebrations was wicked awesome especially with balloons.

Marina mandarin have really great service. Driving to the hotel is very convenient. Big driveway for a few cars to pass through at the same time. Bell boy is really print in their services so as the receptionist. Food overall was pretty decently served and plated. Great service from service staff. Thumbs up to these people.

I was there for a wedding dinner. Marina Mandarin is located at a strategic location in the city but people will often mistake it for Mandarin Oriental as it is just beside it. The service by the waiters and waitresses was fast and efficient. Very rarely will your glasses be empty as the service staff are always filling them up before you know it. The ballroom and cocktail area both look luxurious and comfortable. So, it will serve great as a social and professional event venue.

I was at this hotel on Dec 5 2017. I left case in the boot of a taxi by accident. Peter the security guy from the hotel investigated through nearby CCTV footage at the time of drop-off then contacted each of the possible taxi's, eventually finding the right Taxi and my valuable bag. This is the kind of service that is completely un-expected and shows what genuine decent people work in this hotel. Later I asked his manager to provide him with a tip, and I was told it was against policy! BTW this is a great place to stay also.

Very professional in all aspects of service, friendly staff all around. Top notch catering, high quality food. Spatious meeting and conference rooms, well working A/V Equipment. Very attentive house front team. One bit that could be enhanced: walking from the hotel to the mall next door is a kind of adventure, you have to go through the park deck, through a hidden staircase and an elevator as well. Crazy. That would be worth fixing.

Good location with ample sights around (marina square, esplanade theatres and marina bay). Enjoyed my time at Marina Mandarin. At the event, service by the staff was good and cordial. Refreshments provided were well displayed. Had no trouble reaching the area as signs were placed around the area.

Me & hubby have been enjoying staycationing in all 5 stars hotels in Singapore.
We had just staycationed Marina Mandarin on 03Nov.
It was the 2nd worst hotel that we had stayed so far.
We booked the executive club room & was allocated on the highest floor.
Following was a great disappointment the moment we stepped into the hotel room :
1. Disgusted to find the toilet bowl was soiled & not flushed. Someone should have used it before we checked in.
2. One of the towels was found to be abit damn & it was like someone could have used it before we checked in.
3. The room had some kind of smell that was not pleasant.
4. Fruit flies were found flying inside room.
Now the worst was yet to come.
We thought we could have a good rest when we checked in.
The constant opening & closing of door noise had disrupted our peacefulness that we were supposed to seek.
We then realised that the housekeeping pantry was located just diagonally across our room.
The noise of constant door opening & closing lasted till
midnight.
The next morning, after early breakfast, we thought we could have a better rest before we checked out at noon.
The horrible "symphony" was back in action again.
The noise of constant door opening & closing began again at 8am.
Frustrated, we checked out the room before 10am.
Rest assure that Marina Mandarin will not be our choice again for staycationing.

The big ballroom on the ground floor offers lots of space to mingle. Finger food was ok, happy to have tried something new this year with the rice cracker. Staff were attentive, filling our glasses and clearing our plates as we walk and mingle.

Great hotel to stay at Singapore. 15 minutes walk to marina baysands. There is a mall beside the hotel, its easy to find food. Great hospitality, clean room, nice view from the room. It deserve 5 star.

Great hotel and staff were welcoming. The breakfast spread is amazing, lots of vegeterian options: custom omelette, Indian and Chinese options. Room was spacious and we got a balcony overlooking part of the f1 track.

Attended a conference at the meeting rooms on level 1 at Marina Mandarin. The service staff was polite and attentive. They frequently cleared the used plates n cups. We also went to aquamarine for their buffet lunch. Good variety of food. Especially the slow cooked lamb. However the raw salmon n tuna were not so good.

Awesome location at the heart of mains Bay! Staff are friendly and helpful, room was clean and really nice. Had bandaids when my shoes cut my foot. Gym was OK not great. 24hr baggage storage for before/after checking. The business center was super helpful when I needed a computer.

Considering the 5 stars, I was expecting a bit more. However, the location is awesome. The building is huge and situated in the middle of Marina Square. The rooms are a bit old but nice, however, considering the price spent, they would grant an higher level. The overall experience is good enough. During the night, on the 4th floor, with the live music, people can enjoy any kind of drink in a very romantic atmosphere.

I live in a 5 * hotel, but an honest assessment of the number and maintenance give to no more than 3, kitchen, no questions! Chic choice, all fresh seafood amaze with their variety. Pool, gym-only positive feedback.

This is an age old Property in a good location. I had to stand about half an hour at the reception to check in after arriving from an International Flight. There are no seats to sit by the reception. The toilets, faucets and the shower are all decades old and none of them work properly. The bolt that locks the Glass bathroom door got stuck and I could not get out of the bathroom for quite some time before I got lucky enough to crank it open by pushing the door up and down. It takes about 10 minutes for the cold water in the shower to turn lukewarm — absolutely no hot water in spite of complaining several times during my 5 days stay there. It was not possible to call the reception from the room because telephone did not work throughout my stay. Dirty carpets… very hard and old bed. The door to the deck was jammed and had to get a hotel staff to open it. The restaurants are overpriced and so are the rooms at AUD 240 + + a night. Not worth half the money I paid. There are much better and newer hotels for lesser price in the same location. I will never go back there and will never recommend this to anyone.

Beds are rather hard. Bathroom is very large, but no toilet brush. The room and the whole hotel was not more modern. It's like unfortunately a bit in a 4 star of LasVegas hotel.

Each receptionist, concierge and housekeeper had greeted me with a smile and a good morning. I received new newspapers and apples each day. The guest services manager — Krishnan was very helpful when I lost my passport the other night. He was able to retrieve it within half an hour after I reported it to the reception. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who can afford it. I would be staying in the same hotel next time. I was able to rest in peace after a day of touring the city.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The room carpets are not the cleanest and the bed sheet was stained. Hmmm! The most annoying issue is their Key card. It would work for exactly 24 hours and then stop. No access to the Floor via the Elevator. After 3 attempts over 3days they finally decided that the card was faulty. The card then refused to open the room door. Now I did not have any magnetic items etc. Just stepped out for coffee in the lounge, came back 30 minutes later and the door would not open. Went back to the reception only to be told they wanted to see my ID. They really need to improve their electronics and make it more reliable. The hotel is tired and aging, an update of the key card system or use of more reliable cards will reduce Guest aggravation. There are many good hotels in Singapore, around the Marina Mandarin the Concord and Pan Pacific are good choices. Keeping business travelers happy is one way to keep the occupancy high.
