I was given a 25% discount voucher at Oscar’s and went for Brunch today. We are a party of 2 adults and 1 child. The restaurant was crowded despite the mediocre food. When it was time to pay, I found out the discount given to be less than 25% when I noticed that the discounted amount to be less than 25% of the total amount due. Only then did the waiter inform me that voucher does not apply to child fare as the child fare already had a 50% discount. I reminded the waiter that it is child rate and not considered a discount. The restaurant manager spoke to me, and I highlighted to her that i) the discount not applying to child fare is not explicitly printed on the voucher, ii) there were no mentioned of it when I called to make reservation and informing the restaurant about using the voucher, and iii) no one mentioned it when I was asked to hand over the voucher at the beginning of our meal. I would still have gone to Brunch if the restaurant had been clear on the get-go that the voucher only applies to adult rate. However, the experience left a bad after taste as I felt the restaurant to be deceptive and deliberately misleading. As mentioned, the food was mediocre but that is a separate topic altogether. I certainly DO NOT recommend the Oscar’s at all. And I certainly hope Oscar's is not a reflection of the Conrad's or Hilton's hospitality.

First time staying and was amazed by the building. The room is spacious and toilet amenities are top quality product. Lounge serve high tea with beer who is a first for me. Evening cocktail was delicious too with decent choices of alcohol. Breakfast food is standard and they serve ice cream.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed for our staycations. Checking in/out was a breeze. Front office staff (Linda) was friendly & professional. Gave us a complimentary upgrade of our room. Even took the time to text us & enquire how was our room, after checking in for some time. Room was spacious, bright & clean, with a nice view of The Fountain of Wealth (Suntec City). Floor carpet feels fresh & clean. Bed was comfy. Aircon, lightings, curtains & drapes controls are simple to use & adjust (unlike some hotels). Bathroom was clean & well designed. Complete with full good quality toiletries. Extra towels (more than enough) were available at hand. Dining at the Oscars for breakfast was fine. Quite a good spread of varieties. Staff was pleasant & helpful, even under immense pressure of high attendance of hotel guests. Perfect location. Walking distance to MBS, Gardens by the Bay, Singapore Flyer, Suntec City & Marina Square. Plentiful restaurants, cafes & bar in the area. Shopping & dining wouldn’t be a problem at all. Overall…. Splendid. Worth it. Hotel to consider when in Singapore or staycationing. To all staff of Conrad Centennial-keep up the good job. Well done.

We had a lovely and memorable time with our daughters' gift if a staycation package at the hotel to celebrate Mother's Day for my wife. We had a wonderful spacious room overlooking the scenic Marina Bay area. Facilities we're great. Kudos to the staff who were friendly and accommodate to our requests. We look forward to making another staycay there.

Great stayca for relaxing and family friendly choice! We were giving connecting room and the ordered in room service for dinner. Every thing was smooth from check in to booking of swimming pool, requesting for room service and checking out. All the hotel staff were giving their 100% excellent service. They are very thoughtful for giving us surprise on our anniversary celebrations.

The rooms were spacious, spick and span. More importantly the staff running the place were really warm, thoughtful and professional. Always thinking for the customer. For example I called for an ice bucket and champagne glasses, they even provided me extra snacks. How sweet of them. the food menu variety is not as wide as the other hotels but one thing to be sure is each dish is executed with finesse and delicious. Even buffet dishes get plated and garnished before it is served to you. A very good effort. They caught me with their tiramisus and croissants. Their room service is not just food on a tray, they bring an entire table to you, complete with full table setting and bread rolls with butter. Even with a glass of ice water on the side. How's that for thoughtfulness. Below the table is a cabinet to keep the food warm. I'm known for never giving full marks so I would rate my experience at Conrad Singapore a 9/10 making it the first chain where I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I have experienced Conrad overseas and the brand holds true to its quality and service excellence. Well done!

Is my first time being at the World of Wine at Conrad this year. Each dish is created specially for each kind of wine to go with, really awesome n delicious. My friends are very satisfied with the whole experience. Definitely will go again next year.

Loved this hotel. The staff are all lovely. Service absolutely outstanding. Layla, one of the managers in the lounges on level 4 and 31 is just fantastic. I cannot express just how lovely all the staff were. The hotel is also in a great location!

Really enjoyed our stay at The Conrad. Due to Diamond Level Membership we're received Executive Lounge access and Breakfast. Really added extra to our trip. Oscars was a great Breakfast stop and Staff was helpful and friendly. Manager Fernando Diaz really ensured we were satisfied.

Just held my Wedding Lunch w Conrad earlier this month! Food prepared by Chef Ku and Chef Long Seng and their team was unresistably yummy! Received loadsa compliments for the food, even from those where we catered Vegetarian and NoPorkNoLard menu. Pillarless, Mirrors that provided an "expanded" spacious feel … Especially love the Classy Spiral stairs where we took some mandatory photoshots Clarabelle is our wedding coordinator, with Jovin as the Banquet director in charge. Both are super reliable and attended to our queries promptly. Especially Clarabelle who patiently replied to our countless email queries through the whole of 1.5yrs ever since we signed contract w Conrad. Our wedding planning journey would not have been so seamless without her dedicated help.
The Duty manager, Manolo Santos, also helped us during our stay and his hospitality really make us feel welcomed. The staycation at the Conrad hotel room was so awesome! We were able to enjoy inroom dining with the beautiful view of the Wishing well Fountain. Thanks for the Amazing experience!

Booked at suite to celebrate my partner's birthday. Located near to major malls and with lots of entertainment avenues. The room service was most wonderful with the hotel providing a small cake to greet us when we checked in. The room was very clean and well designed. Stunning view of the cityscape.

Good location with eateries, shopping and public transports. Service is excellent and it should be. To me, the ambient is very important, one must feel comfortable, relax and calm about the place… these I get… so I give 4stars.

Went there for a friend's wedding. Service was very prompt and the staff were courteous enough. The wedding hall had a good ambience to it. Would love to come back if there's an opportunity again.

Minimalist modern design. Front desk services were friendly and efficient. Extremely comfortable bed with various pillows to choose from. Great location, close to shopping malls and restaurants. Walking distance to the Singapore iconic landmark: The Merlion and more restaurants. Cute tiny teddy bear to bring home. Highly recommended!

Went there for a dinner event which was served buffet style. Food was generally good especially the gnocchi with wild mushroom sauce. Beef was abit too raw for my liking though. Good variety of tea and desserts. Service was good as they cleared the plates fast.

We had booked a table for dinner at Golden Peony after we saw a promo on the Conrad web page for the family set meal which specifically stated that the set was available for lunch AND dinner for Saturdays and Sundays. However when we arrived, we were told that the set was only available for lunch and not dinner — contrary to what was stated on their web page. I feel that is misleading. However, I must say the food there has always been consistently good.

Attended a wedding dinner. Having attended many other wedding banquet, I find the stage at Conrad is bigger and better looking compared to others. Food taste good. Like the avocado dessert. Dishes are served individually. Overall had a pleasant experience.

Had a dinner event at the ballroom. Decor and ambience was beautiful and had a colonial upper class experience. Didn't stay the night, but overall service was exceptional. Food served were of a typical hotel standard, which suffice to say is pretty good. Price-wise, not the most affordable but probably well worth the occasional splurge.

We were provided a beautiful room with a scenic view. It was the night of our wedding, and it was a pleasant stay with a congratulatory cake and message for our marriage in the morning. The breakfast buffet spread in Oscar was simple and nice as well.

The food at the Oscar cafe is fabulously delicious. Every plate in the buffet spread is worth trying. Meets expectation of a 5 star hotel cafe. Price is reasonable and service staff is one of the best around.

Hotel Conrard is located in the heart of Singapore's main tourist attractions. In less than 20 minutes from the airport you will have access to a superb room, swimming pool, gym and much more! A good choice for your sleep in Singapore.

We stayed here during Christmas week, they had a beautiful tree of plush bears as ornaments. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had such a great variety. The location is great, near the marina and close taxi drives to all the traditional tourist stops. We would stay here again.

Did an online check in and selected a room but was not given the room that was selected when we arrived. Hotel does not have HDMI cable for loan so do bring your own if you need. TV is a smart TV though. Room is pretty nice.

With the best hotel we ever had. The room has a top facilities and views. The breakfast was so tasty and extensive because you could have had lunch in the morning as well. The choice was so great. No matter where you come from everywhere it is picobello clean. We've been there three times. WwwFür me one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Very well suited to the bottle. It is best to take a taxi from the airport. Prices are favorable. Good starting point for cruises.

The staff is gracious and helpful. The rooms are spacious — lots of room to unpack and stow away suitcases. The amenities are fitting for this level hotel (Nespresso in-room was a nice touch). And the location is superb. Very close to an MRT station, close walk to the harbor, many food options across the street. Can't recommend this place enough.

The hotel is a bit old, but always recommended. The staff is very friendly and the executive rooms pleasantly large. Bathrooms have a bathtub and a shower. The service offered here is also catered to high demands.

A hotel descente, I still can't find the difference between this Conrad and a Hilton. The service is poor. The quality of the renovated rooms is excellent. I recommend choosing another by the area.

Good hotel. Friendly service but smile seem forced rather than sincere. Very difficult to get taxi in this hotel. Food are good but compare to Hilton Orchard, I would prefer Hilton. Within Hilton group, Conrad suppose to have higher service offering but I enjoy staying at Hilton better in Singapore. The business lounge at the hotel is currently under construction, so we end up staying at 4th floor, missing out the view the hotel offer.

Awesome property in a great location! The concierge greeted me see the door, knew my name and checked me in at my room. The room read fantastic! I had a great view of the lunar eclipse and I went outside to watch the rest of it. The staff is always polite and have no problems helping with anything at all. Would definitely stay here again 10/10.

Before I traveled to Singapore, I had some question and changes done via Email. The corresponding was very good, Special thanks to Senior Guest Service Executive, she was very helpful and super friendly with her communications. Check in and Check out, was very fast. Special thanks to the whole team, everyone was friendly helpfully, super organization! We used the Lounge, Oscars restaurant and concierge etc. Everyone helps and to her best. The room was nice and clean, no complains. Finally, this Hotel is an 5 Star! Only one remark is, my room was directly to the elevator, and the whole night was noisy 1706. The next time, and I am sure I come back to this Hotel, I will check the room location before. Thank You, Merry Xmas and Happy New Year Bernd.

Recommend you better stay else where during festive season as it will ruin all your festive mood. Got there early at 6:30am on Christmas Eve. Request for early check-in in advance. Was told upon arrival that the hotel is full house and need to wait at official check-in time at 3pm (Their staff reinstate a few times that their official check-in time is 3pm which I am fully aware). Came back at 3:45pm but still being informed that the room is not ready. The staff were very unsympathetic as if I was coming before their check in time which they clearly knew beforehand that we are on a early flight and would need the room for rest. Finally got the room after our clear dissatisfaction. Housekeeping staff coming twice to fill a vase and welcome fruits and amenities. Don't understand why they couldn't come once especially when you seriously need to take a rest! They just come as long as they remember they miss a thing and they need to fill them for you and so they ring the bell and come in! Out for dinner and came back to the room and saw 3 bags which didn't belong to us. Although the operator didn't know what's going on, again very unsympathetic and indifferent. Just said someone will come and collect them. At the end the bags were the customers who stayed in the same room but checked out yesterday! You simply could not imagine they don't even bother to check the guest details before sending the things and it would happen in a Conrad hotel.

Stay at Suite, newly renovated, very spacious and perfect view of Fountain of Wealth. Pool and executive lounge facilities were excellent. Parking provided. Christmas bread and chocolates complimentary from Hotel. Provided 2 Conrad bears because I got 2 kids staying in. Very thoughtful. Great services.

Had a fantastic stay from the moment I walked up to the front desk to the moment I drove off with free parking. I arrived early for a planned staycation which was meant to be a birthday surprise. The hotel staff was kind enough to check me in right there at 8am and recommended a room with a beautiful view overlooking the bay. The room itself was a looker which was the reason I picked this hotel in the first place given that it had just been refurbished this year. During the day they even had a bottle of wine and some small cakes sent to the room, talk about icing on the cake. All in all an unforgettable experience and I can't wait to come back again!

Quaint and classy decor with big clean rooms. It's mostly a business hotel so you can expect the typical business amenities such as meeting rooms, business center, etc. It's very convenient to get to the mrt and surrounding offices. The nearby shopping malls and restaurants are great! Great service from staff too.

True first class experience, two enjoyable stays recently. Very professional, attentive and friendly staff. The renovation works in December 2017 are really barely noticeable. Also, in case some challenges appear, staff goes all the way to find a way to solve it. Nice perks like free pressing of clothes on first day with some rates. Exec Lounge and Spa spatious and well equipped, large pool that it good for doing laps. Door team and porters also very attentive and quick.

Property currently undergoing rejuvenation program. Some work noises are to be expected but operations e. G restaurants are mostly open as usual. Service is great and those refurbished rooms are bright and spacious.

This is a great hotel and one of the best Conrad's I have stayed at. I stay in many high end hotels all over the world and the Conrad Centennial is easily in the top league. Service was exceptional and the room amenities and attention to detail impressive. I highly recommend it.

I am happy to say that Conrad Centennial singapore had fulfilled expectations on my 1 night staycation with them. Although the room interior is outdated but I am more delighted to said the Nespressor, the yellow ducky, the complimentary chocolate, the fruits platter and a little surprise of their blue batik bear. Of course their breakfast serving from oscars is more than what I am thrilling for and looking forward to. Love it to the max. Thank you Conrad Centennial Singapore.

Incredibly loud (deafening) construction from noon until 8PM EVERY evening. When I asked about it tonight, guest services were completely unsympathetic, only alerting me that it would end at 8pm. I would NOT recommend for a relaxing experience, or a place to do work. Good luck trying to take a nap between meetings. Bad business, Conrad. I won't be returning. UPDATE : It is now 8:15pm. Loud obnoxious construction continues. Those prone to jet lag, take note.

Very friendly staff. The room was well equipped but a bit dated. The pool area could have been a bit nicer. The breakfast buffet was very good!

5/5 the staff go above and beyond — I have never been to a friendly, more helpful hotel. the location is great, the bed is very comfortable and the buffet breakfast is delicious. If you get a chance check out the brunch buffet on Sunday. Whenever I come back to Singapore I will definitely be staying here! Thank you Conrad centennial for an enjoyable stay and thank you to all the staff who made us feel at home.

Facilities is luxurious with large rooms and great views; hotel is currently in undergoing much needed renovations (informed last update was about 20 yrs. ) The Conrad Centennial Hotel brand is synonymous with Ultra-Chic-luxury and you feel this from the moment you set foot inside their lobby; every detail of facilities is inviting with class and graceful charms. Staff is very professional and genuine. Perfectly situated walking distance to a couple of shopping centers and plenty of restaurants for all types of budget conscious consumers. Once updates are completed I’m sure this place this will be off the hook.

Staff are very attentive, even numbered rooms have a view of the marina, it's just a walk across the road to Suntec City. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and is very well run.

One evening I entered the lobby when I saw a Chinese woman shouting and even spitting at the Concierge, and the poor guy stayed calm although he was upset. The Hotel is still fine, I enjoyed the Centennial Suite, some noise from the street by cars and motorbikes, good location nearby the Metro station Promenade. Shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Great breakfast! Nice pool and gym. I am glad I did not book the crowded and overpriced Sands.

Felt truly welcomed by check in staff who escort you to the elevators after checking you in, had a room with a great view of the Suntec fountain. Furnishings feel dated but still luxurious.

Have stayed here many times and never disappointed. The rooms are a little worn but are starting the process of renovation. A great pool and executive lounge area.

A bit lower quality than other Conrad hotels. Guest services was also sub-par, especially for a hotel in Asia. First issue we had wasn't resolved by the front desk. The second was escalated to a manager. Would recommend staying here only if you get a good deal on the rate.

Stop over ahead of a cruise. What a wow factor when you enter the room. Crisp clean and marble not to mention spacious. Lovely breakfast shame no time to use the beautiful swimming pool would stay again for sure.

This was our second visit to the Conrad Centennial. The customer service is great from check in (they personally escort you to your room) to check out. Breakfast is especially good, with dishes from curry to sushi, and everything inbetween. We upgraded to an executive room on the 31st floor. The room was huge and the we loved the executive benefits; complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails and canapes plus free house drinks all day. There was also free Wi-Fi in the lounge. The Conrad Teddy was a nice touch too! There has been a lot of development around the hotel in the Sun City Towers which means the hotel is ideally located and surrounded by a plethora of places to shop and eat! It's super easy to get around from the hotel too, in the 3 days we were there, we walked everywhere! A great place to stay in Singapore.

A very luxurious hotel in the middle of Singapore's hot scenes. I had a chance to stay here by redeeming Hilton points. When I first enter the lobby, there was a sign saying 'No jeans or sandals while in the lobby area'. I looked at what I wear, and of course, I was wearing jeans and sandals. I didn't plan on loitering at the lobby though, so I wasn't worried. A very friendly receptionist greeted me and helped me checked in, asking whether I need help getting my luggage to the room. I told her I'm alright. I then asked her if I can get a late checkout, and she happily agreed, giving me a 3 PM checkout time (! ). I picked up my keys and start walking to the elevator, when the receptionist stopped me. I thought I was going to get scolded for wearing sandals and jeans. I asked her what's wrong. She said that she's going to take me to my room. That's now. Overall a pleasant experience and would no doubt stay here again given the chance.
