Price per room — $280/night Ratings — The deluxe one bedroom apartment was clean, spacious with a living room complete w basic kitchen amenities, microwave oven and a huge fridge. bedroom with posh looking bathroom and changing area was great for the stay. This staycation highlights will be to go chill and take some nice photos at their quiet infinity pool overlooking the distant Ferrīs Wheel, melting all fatigue far away. Cafes, local eateries and malls all within 5-10mins walking distance away so you will not be lack of food options and stay entertained should u get bored. Recommended for staycation in sg and splurge alittle on occasions.

Most of the staffs were very friendly & accommodating. Except one old woman who work in front desk. She need to learn how to talk to customer in a nice way. And improve her communication skill. This is the second time I staying here. She will be the only reason I don’t want to come back to stay again. The pool it’s really nice. Location it’s good. House keeping lady she is nice and did a good job for cleaning.

Similar to another lady who had reservations on their wedding night cancelled, I am having my reservations on Valentine's Day cancelled by the hotel citing the need to provide quarantine stays. Really, after two years of Covid, you guys still cannot budget enough rooms for quarantine? And you guys still had the cheek to sound like you are generous to "offer" full refund for cancellation. Hello? Isn't it common sense that you refund me in full when you are the one cancelling? Totally unapologetic attitude given by the team when the reservations team guy said everything will be corresponded via email and no one will call me back. It's as if picking up the phone call to apologize as a courtesy does not exist in their dictionary. So nope, I will never return no matter how lovely other Pan Pac hotels have been since PP Singapore is being ruined by an incompetent team of total imbeciles.

Check in was a hassle. Waited for sometime without notice or update if our room is anywhere ready. The guy who first serve us was rather rude. But after check in. Room was fantastic and the love the space. Service starts to improve once we checked in. Overall, we enjoy the stay.

I buy chope deal 20% off lunch buffet at Edge. They then charged me an extra 20% at restaurant without informing me of additional charges before I ate. They said 20% will be on the 20%? effective discount 4%? They also did not update the terms in chope app. This looks dishonest on the part of restaurant management.

Service is good, staff is friendly and most important room is clean and comfortable.

Love this apartment as many ameneties nearby. We stayed in a Premier Suite, the view is so beautiful, room is very clean, feels like home! We were expecting the room with bathtub though, but not available. Was informed that only certain Deluxe Suite had bathtub. Overall, service were great & we're happy & satisfied during our stay! Breakfast was great really good choice friendly staff. Our only quibble would be the takeout breakfast on last day as we left early apple muffin and juice bit of a rip off. Otherwise loved it here.

Stayed at the Skyline Suite for our wedding anniversary and the staff were very helpful! Had buffet dinner at Edge and the food range was really good! The seafood was very fresh too! Love the room and views, if not because I am frightened of heights, it would be awesome!

Stayed at Pan Pacific, excellent with the check in, very friendly and helpful staff, room spotless and roomy, lovely comfortable beds, good bath products and would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Good location for both the old and new of Singapore’s interesting locations. Very near to a MRT station and also very close, just yards, from excellent shopping malls.

I made a booking direct from Pan Pacific for the Urban Retreat Staycation — Panoramic Room w/ King Sized Bed. The room is exactly as advertised and illustrated, lovely and I don't have anything against the room itself. However, I think it's a pity that breakfast isn't included as I had thought it would be a given, since I didn't book through any 3rd party. It's not costly, just $38 over the counter but $40+ at the restaurant should we decide to have breakfast the next morning. It's not much, but it didn't feel nice. Thought hotel could probably include breakfast in its hefty rate to show appreciation or encouragement to customers who booked direct.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly and let us check in early plus use the pool while we waited. They even provided us a lovely cake for our honeymoon! The room with a view of the water was amazing. We'll definitely be back. A special thanks to Victoria for making our stay memorable!

Was very very impressed by this place. Great rooftop pool with gym. Decent sized rooms with kitchen and laundry facilities. Lucky enough to get a room with a view out South over the water. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely come back here on the next visit.

Very comfortable stay. Rooms are well maintained and bed was super comfortable. The hotel is also connected to a mall so eating out is easy. I enjoyed the fitness center as its well stocked and 24 hour, and the views from the top floor were great.

Had an awesome stay here! Will definitely come back. For families with pre-school children we loved The Kidz Station at Forum Mall. It's flexible and your children can attend on a daily basis. Excellent teachers.

The hotel was renovated and you can see this very well. Lobby is gorgeous but rooms and hallways are definitely old. Just had few paint covers. The only real great thing is the location of the hotel. If I come to Singapore again I would choose for another one! Price is not low and I do get often better luxury feeling in other 5 star hotels. Is not bad but definitely not one of my favorites!

Had a wonderful experience because u care. Ordered a cake but called to inform I would be late to collect. The marketplace was closed by the time I reached. The staff at the atrium remembered my name and seated me comfortably at the lounge while he went to get my cake. The marketplace has made arrangement for the atrium to take care of my cake after it closed.

Place by the name PAN PACIFIC… very comfortable place to stay with closest options to shop eat. Like Bugis and Arab street… Bus stop in 200 metere and Bugis train station in 500 meters. Amazing terrace view with swimming to relax. You can cook by yourself if required… The room has everything you need…

It's nice hotel and wide, inside the room it looks like house got dining, sala spacious bed and nice bathroom very comfortable! We got the nice view of Singapore Flyer and the other side of the building is one of the tourist spot its called "Mosque in Singapore" also got near stores like 7/11 if u need something they had 21 stories and they had infinite pool and gym.

Great hotel, reasonable prices. Good location, to Marina Bay, through the built-in crossing and shopping center, go no more than 5-7 minutes.

Stayed at the Pan Pac hotel over the weekend and it was one of the best of my staycations yet! Check-in process was a breeze and we were given a room with an amazing view. The bed gave the best balance of firmness and softness, saving me from having a bad backache after a night's sleep. The pillows were also excellent. I really liked the fact that the walls and doors are thick enough to block out noises like screaming kids and slamming of doors outside of the room.

Good hotel and very nice location. Walking distance to many sightseeing or just one step from metro. Rooms very comfortable and large. But few small things not give me a reason for 5 stars: linen not so comfortable, not coffee machine in deluxe room, limited quantity for the rooms with good harbor view. Expensive as other good hotels in Singapore.

We were dining at the atrium, market place after a long day of shopping. My kids knocked out on the sofa and a caring and observant waiter (bald and smiley man) came with 2 bath ropes as blankets for my girls. This small gesture made my day and chilling at the atrium feels like home.

Great location, 10 minute walk to Suntec mall. A few minutes from a hop on hop off stop. A number of variety stores near the lobby of the hotel. In between two Starbucks, and across the street from great food options.

We had an excellent stay at the Pan Pacific Singapore. We were staying in a Pacific King room, with club access. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was in excellent condition, with plenty of amenities that we enjoyed, such as the free same day laundry for 2 pieces of clothing, the Pacific Club area and free soft drinks from the mini bar. The hotel has plenty of nice features, the pool area is great, and the lobby has a great atmosphere. My only criticisms are the television and entertainment system inside the hotel was a bit dated, and it seemed pretty difficult to get a properly cold shower!

Stayed here very recently, and I have to say from service to food to value for money, this place is second to none! Friendly staff, great views and a really nice atmosphere, I felt like absolute royalty staying here. Room was upgraded without even asking as they said do we want a higher floor room, and I have to say I have never slept better! It also helps when your husband is into buildings that this place is phenomenal to look at! Special shout out to KC at the poolside BBQ who was an amazing host, spoke better English then I can and really looked after us — even though some rude obnoxious tourists were acting like totally k**bs on the table next to us! I’ll be back to Singapore and won’t even hesitate to book here again! Well done Pan Pacific — a fantastic way to start our honeymoon.

Great hotel for businesses and business traveller. Nothing too fancy but good location being next to marina square and suntec. Quieter these days but still one of the top choices for budget events with good support. Several rooms to run small trade shows, decent condition unlike some larger hotels. Rooms are still business like — sparse but decent. Nearby pubs are OK but bit overcrowded. Not too far from Clarke quay though if one is willing to travel — just 15 min away considering local traffic.

They serve nice breakfast every morning and their housekeeping is good. The rooms are also nice and comfortable with both city view and sea side view depending upon what kind of room u book.

We are staying here for over a week and now half way through our stay here. This place is amazing! Awesome amenities, fantastic breakfast including great options for vegans and vegetarians. Heart of the city, seconds from tons of high end shopping, close to public transport, massage chairs, pool. What else can you ask for? 5 stars all the way!

I went to the edge buffet lunch to celebrate my wife birthday. The food was awesome, and I like the chinese new year theme buffet with lots of Chinese new year goodies. I also like the decorations as they are all very attention to fine details. Example the color rice cracker in the jar near the Indian station. Lastly, I was surprised by the staff as he prepared a slice of cake to celebrate my wife birthday. Its very thoughtful and I'm impressed. Good experience overall.

Very stylish and above all well located. Rooms with great views. The breakfast in itself is very good if it would not be so restless. Guests (Chinese) and the uncoordinated staff contribute in the same way.

Loved this hotel. It was my wife and my 40th anniversary. I wanted to make it special for my wife and requested a room with a good view of the Harbor. They went above and beyond by giving us a room with a GREAT view of the harbor and a free desert. I want to compliment Ann who personally sat down with us to ensure my expectations were met. This is a first class hotel with a GREAT staff. I will stay here again and would recommend this hotel to my family and friends if ever traveling to Singapore. Thank you Pan Pacific for making our stay so special and memorable.

A good location, easy access to getting around the city. Lovely apartment suites, fitted out with all requirements. Breakfast available. 24 hour coffee machine in lounge just set off from lobby area. Nice pool. Excellent option when in Singapore.

Rooms are clean and decently spacious. There are also numerous good restaurants within the hotel premises and even more food and beverage options at adjoining malls. With these there are many shopping options as well and all within walking distance. The Esplanade is also just a few minutes walk away where you can get your cultural fix with the many shows and performances across all genres daily. The facilities, such as the lounge, swimming pool and gym are all well managed and clean. Though there are many life plants and carpeted walkways, there is hardly a place you will spot a stain, dirt or rubbish. The room layout is rather strange though with the wardrobe and toilet sharing the same sliding door and a bathroom door that doesn't have a lock. Also the see-through glass to the showers from the room has buttons to control the screen outside the bathroom. As a hotel catering to business travellers, these configurations do seem to miss out that the two persons sharing the room may be individuals and not always couples. Also, strangely with that many elevators, the wait for one is usually long. Stay on the high floors as most occupants at lower floors can't even get into that elevator that finally comes as it will be packed with people from all the levels above. >

This is a very comfortable apartment hotel, comfortable, spacious and bright. This time the room type includes a guest dining room, kitchen, and a suite with a guard, like the feeling of home. The hotel is very intimate in the room prepared a complete household appliances supplies, including bowls, plates, chopsticks.

The buffet dinner at The Edge (Pan Pacific hotel) was simple amazing. Spread is wide and taste good too. We love the seafood variety. Tables are spread nicely and feels spacious and comfortable. Service staff are also very attentive to customers' needs. Highly recommended for buffet lovers.

The staff are very friendly, cheerful and attentive. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as amazing as possible. The decor is beautiful both in the lobby and in the rooms. I stayed in a Panoramic Room (free upgrade by booking directly with the hotel) and the views are breathtaking. The room technology is excellent, from the electric blinds, electric bathroom screen, speaker in the bathroom and atmospheric placing of the lights throughout. An amazing experience for one of the cheaper hotels in the Marina Bay/Square area.

Very elegant, modern hotel. There are no wishes left open. Centrally located, Singapore Flyers, Marina Bay Sands and the garden by the Bay are within walking distance. Super beds, breakfast, pool and fitness center. An oasis of wellbeing with direct connection to the shopping centre.

Love to every detail in my suite. Very clean and well-designed. Once complained about the salad we've ordered from the room service, but they accepted the complaint very well. Good location, right across the Haji Ln.

I have always book rooms for all my friends and relatives from abroad either under their names or via anothers colleagues who also used to dine at the Edge 3rd level. Responses were always with a big fat "wow" wide spread of sea food etc. The services they got were fantastically fabulous from the service staff all the way up made one feel at home and yes our India main lobby guy who always greet everybody with a friendly smiles. Thumb up to all the staff for making our guests felt welcomed and made us as Singapore host felt very proud. Keep it up all those staff from the Pan Pacific Hotel and from the Edge on the 3rd level. Also this platform for us to express our feeling on jobs well done.

The room we stayed in (Deluxe suite) was very clean and was very enjoyable to stay in. The pool and gym were all clean and tidy, and the free Wi-Fi and breakfast was a welcome bonus. Staff were supportive and provided any assistance when needed. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great property and almost all staff is good. Had dinner at their fine dining restaurant and them changing the table clothes (this was around closing hours) and ironing out the cloth was not a great feeling. Edge breakfast was good, but some staff weren't polished enough. A little rough with their service. I may consider coming again hoping their service improved.

High end hotel in great location. Attended a meeting here during the week and meeting rooms were but difficult to find. Room was well equipped and espresso was provided during early morning. Lunch spread was generous with large variety of meat fish and veggie options. Fresh fruit and other desserts along with coffee and tea were served. Recommended.

I went in the night for few drinks and to party and I wasn't disappointed. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. I first went to match and the went to bang bang. Both these places enjoy really amazing crowd and the real party starts after 1 over a weekend and can go on till early morning. I would highly recommend getting a taxi to and fro from Pan Pacific. I am certain of one thing whenever I am back in Singapore I definitely visiting to have fun time.

Service and friendliness just not up to par. Cant get anything after midnight as they have no staff. Had to run down myself to the front desk at 1 am because the staff forgot to leave us towels. Then, no apology offered and he asked for my room number. Just poor service.

Visited the buffet line as part of company appreciation event. Loved the deco and how spacious the dining area is. Selection of food was great. It would be better if there was a meeting craving station. Overall nice experience and will definitely return again.

Stayed here for one week. Pros: — Staff are excellent and always assist with a smile. I saw some guests be quite rude and staff were always professional. They gave me a smoking room by mistake and moved me within 5 minutes when I told them I had booked non smoking. Free gift upon arrival in room. — Room cleaning was of a high quality. Free coffee pods and water. They wash your dishes as well. Creams and soaps always replaced. — Excellent electrolux washer dryer with laundry powder provided. — Free mobile phone. Each room comes with a mobile phone which you can take with you when you head out. Free local and international calls and 4g internet so you will never need to buy a singapore sim. Comes pre loaded with useful apps. Simply delete your data before you check out. — Excellent breakfast buffet with different dishes each day. Ability to order eggs cooked to your liking. — only 50-100 metres from mrt station. Entrance to station is hidden so little hard to locate. Cons — no room service as these are serviced apartments. — no hairdryer in room.

Great hotel, very nice rooms, the beds are amazing. The view is incredible. The lobby and open space in the middle of the building is worth checking even if you do not stay there. I did not try the food in the Pan Pacific.

Food at The Edge is simply great. It has a wide variety which cater to different tastes. The menu changes time to time and the prices of the buffet are pegged to similar liked hotels. The atmosphere is also great which adds on the overall enjoyment of dining there.

Pros: cozy, clean and modern decoration with washing and cooking facility in the suite. Very convenient for visitors to stay in Singapore. Not far from major tourism spots. Cons: 500-600 meters to nearest MRT stations (Bugis and Nicoll Highway). If you are carrying a large luggage and/or with kids, this distance may make you hesitant to stay here, especially considering Singapore's hot and humid weather. Suggestion to hotel management: It's hard for first-time visitors to find the entrance to the hotel. We went on the other side by the highway (uphill and effort-consuming) and found that we were in wrong direction. After that, we turned on the other side and it turned out that we missed the gateway to the hotel and we were at the front door of another hotel next-by. There's just NO any sign-board showing the way even if you were EXACTLY at the doorway.

Had dinner buffet at Edge with my family. Great selection of raw and cooked foods. Highlights were the seafood and grill sections. Seafood section was well stocked and the items were fresh. There was a live oyster shucking station, although unfortunately there was still some grit. Live grill section was cooked to order. My rare BBQ beef was tender and well seasoned. Among the best buffets in Singapore.

Loved it. Huge clean rooms, clean. The stuff is amazing, helpful and polite. The only thing I didn't like is — dryer was not working and we had to dry clothings in room but everything else is top!

The suites is great, spacious and comfortable. I love the location, the facilities and the service. Definitely gonna be back here in the future.

My wife and I stayed at the Pan Pacific in Singapore and it was fantastic. Pool was awesome, the lobby was great. The room was on the small side but perfectly suitable. The shower in the room was great, with three different heads. Overall really great experience. The in house restaurant were a bit pricey, but there are plenty of food places in the general area as the location was good.

My husband and I loved this hotel. The staff were consistantly gracious and professional. The room (Panoramic) was spacious and clean with an amazing view. The bed (a king size) was very comfortable and the bath was the biggest we have ever seen and very inviting after a day of sight seeing and shopping. The way the hotel is designed (around a massive atrium) means that there is no hallway as such so no rooms opposite and no doors slamming outside your room. The hotel is very close to everything with excellent public transport access. The choice of restaurants is great and the food 5 star catering for every possible taste. We stayed for 9 days in May and I don't think we would stay anywhere else in Singapore in the future.

Centrally located Hotel near Marina Bay and all major attractions.

A beautiful place though a little too big for my taste! The outside elevators are worth a visit though!

I went several times to this hotel: large and cosy rooms, with great views over the city. Professional and polite staff in every department. Good quality interior restaurants. The pool is cozy and allows you to spend a few hours relaxing.

It's just magic! The rooms are spacious, the swimming pool and the beds that surround it allow a real moment of relaxation… And the staff is really in the small care.

Third time I have stayed here for a two week stopover. Definately gone downhill between the last visit and this one. Doorman was too busy playing with his mobile phone to open my taxi door on arrival. I shook my head and he just glared at me. Check in is the most long winded process ever. How many pecks at a keyboard does it take to confirm your arrival? In room dining arrives moderately warm. I reckon a previous post aboit it coming over from another hotel could well ne true. Not updated in room entertainment. Other hotels all appear to be offering pay per view movies. Good points… still love the showers. Pool staff and Edge staff are welcoming and appear to enjoy their jobs. Would I return for a 4th time? Probably not. Better options out there in the same price bracket.

Club facilities are superb, Laurent Perrier champagne on tap. Rooms are nice enough, Nespresso machines, Evien water.

Buffet was delicious. Avoid the durian cake. Pinot gris was to die for, as was the rainbow jelly thing.

Really enjoyed staying here. Close enough to walk to Singapore Flyer. Brilliant views — we upgraded to the bay side upon check-in, it was worth it. The bathroom was modern with a glass window into the bedroom that you can lower the blinds on, the whole room was nice, in fact. See if you can get a deal online.

Such a bad service. They do not have their own in room dining service and have to get the food delivered from the hotel next to them. The receptionist was very rude. She told us to come down stairs to get the menu if we wanted the food. I honestly do not underdtand all these comments. I think the hotel is PAYING someone to comment good reviews because they know that they are really shyt.

The menu was amended also. Some of the dishes that I wanted was not there. Not recommended to take the fish in the buffet as the fish used was not of high standards of what it is expected of such a restaurant.

Hai Tien Lo serves great Cantonese cuisine, wasn't crowded when we were there. Food and service is awesome, but you pay for what you get!

Great buffet here. Really wide selection with a nice atmosphere.

The suite we had was beautiful and modern and a very good size for 2 people. We didn't make use of the kitchen, but it had everything you could need for preparing meals and dining. Bed was big and comfortable and nice and quiet. Bathroom was also spacious and well equipped. Location is excellent. Really close transport, loads of great restaurants and sites of interest (mosque, little India, Bugis shopping centre) and easy to walk to the Marina or other central places if you wanted to. There also a 7-11 in the same complex for odds and sods if you need them. The rooftop swimming pool (and views from there) are amazing, especially at night. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. Check in is not until 3pm, but if you arrive earlier they will hold your luggage for you. Wifi in the room was OK, but only suitable for browsing and was often quite slow. I had a Singapore SIM card and we ended up using that way more as it was quicker and more reliable. Also had internet via Ethernet cable in room which was very good. The room we had provided an OK view (overlooking the Mosque area). I suspect more expensive rooms facing towards the Marina had much better views. Main downsides were: — Breakfast, which was satisfactory, but choice was limited (toast, cereals, eggs, juices, croissants) and finding a table could be a struggle at busy times. — Noisy drainage in the bathroom. Every time you ran the tap in the sink, there was a loud noise from the drain.

Highly recommended… Fantastic service all round, and a great breakfast. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Avoid the city view rooms, the bay view rooms are awesome.

Great location and good service. The views from our Harbor Studio was also amazing. Not so the hammer is just the pool and the food.

Good selection of suits. I have always been upgraded to a corner room. As expected, the higher floors have better views, especially if you are looking towards the harbour or marina bay. The kitchens in the rooms are small but adequate, though don't supply microwaves. The rooftop pool is lovely and a great place to relax. Location is good opposite Haji lane, however there is no bar in the hotel. Handy shuttle service available into marina bay area.

Excellent hotel! Rooms had a nice feel and bed very comfortable (we stayed in the level up from the standard rooms). Complete black out blinds. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Fantastic breakfast — huge selection and fresh juice available. Staff were top notch and very helpful. Taxis always available out front and short walk 5 mins to MTR. Pool and gym were also good. Really liked the fact they gave you more complementary water if needed rather than the usual one small bottle per day. Highly recommend!

Great apartments — very large with all the facilities and amenities that you need. The location is close to the MRT and easy to get to the all the main touristy parts of Singapore. For short term stays, its quite affordable.

Spent 4 nights here with my wife and two kids. The room was very nice and is well equipped with washing machine, hob, fridge and a steamer. Never got to try the steamer. The downside though is that it is a bit far from the supermarket, MRT and everything is about 10 mins walk away. It was not too convenient with the kids to walk in the heat. Taxi is what we relied on. I guess what really put us off was seeing a small roach crawling.

The staff was excellent. Hotel was clean and nice and food was over the top. With that I could eat like I was 18! :-) Pushpinder at the 10 Claymore and Angelie were both standouts. I loved the experience, food and service.

I had a great stay. The renovated rooms in the property are great. The hotel location was fantastic — both to my office and other places I wanted to go to. The rooms simply have everything required for a great business stay. Staff are friendly — there if you need them. I just got my credit card statement and found a over $1000US in card charges from this hotel. It was either a security deposit that was not credited back (I guaranteed 2 rooms). Or a double billed room charge. Our Singapore Office staff (located 300 meters from the hotel) had actually stopped by and paid everything in full. When I left it was simply supposed to be a $11 charge for miscellaneous telephone calls. This is also one of the few hotels that actually puts a security charge through, as if you actually spent the money, as soon as you check in. Obviously, this sort of system means they need to stay on top of crediting it back properly upon check out. In addition, expect F/x losses — between charge and credit back. I expect to hear that every hotel does it like the Pan Pacific. Breakfast is way too overpriced at SGD 30. Maybe ~10% of the room charge is how they price it. Walk around the corner to Orchard, and there are options at 50%. On the flip side, they don't charge for Wi-Fi, don't have 1 device limits and so on. I would likely stay again, but watch your credit card like a hawk. If possible, don't let them charge the security deposit through. They can take an imprint like everyone else.
