Location is very good, close to everything. Room was small compared to the one showed in the picture that I booked. There was a construction going on during our stay and a little bit noisy during the day. Female staff at the reception were not very friendly except the 2 guys specially Spencer… he is very accommodating and always recognizes me by my family name. He goes beyond by using his phone to get us a taxi going to the airport.

I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re on an extremely tight budget or only wanting to stay for awhile. The staff over there are friendly, they do provide the information accurately. The rooms however, are very small. Nothing to brag about. Cleanliness can be improved, this also includes the smell at which at that time the hotel was undergoing maintenance and repainting, but it was around the corridors as well as the room. There is no breakfast available. Mustafa Centre is just around the corner. 2/5 rating, sorry guys!

Good. It's is centrally located. Mustafa is a one stop shop for all chocolates and household item. Tryaraj hotel for some cheap good quality food.

I was there in this hotel from 23 Apr 18 to 28th Apr 2018. Even though the room and bath room was small it was very clean. Every day they cleaned the rooms and changed linen and towel. While reported certain issues found in room, within no time they sent technician. The most advantage of taking this hotel was its location. Just 3 minutes walk to Ferrer Park MRT station. So we make use of this service for all the site seeing and gained money which was set apart for hiring taxi. Few Indian restaurants are nearby and Mustafa Centre is close by, where you can make most of your purchases. Front Office staff was very co-operative especially the handsome gentlemen and Ms. Cherish. She helped me to get a taxi back to Airport and came with us to the road side for keeping our luggage in taxi… Cherish thank you and keep up this attitude. I recommend a budget tourist like me to stay in this hotel.

Rooms were ok. But the best part was it was centrally located. Beds have wheels… Rooms are smaller… My room did not have window… And the best part what I loved it was they were providing us Cell phones at free of cost to call internationally free and internet was also free too… So loved it.

Great hospitality, great stuff. New towel everyday and very good location. MRT/Bus are in walking distance. Food court, Indian Restaurants everything is in walking distance. Highly recommend.

The place is really clean, the staff are very accomodating, the price range is an absolute bonus.

Rooms are clean, air conditioning and clean bathroom. They don’t have anything like room service as they are budget hotel. Very convenient for the shoppers targeting Mustafa Mart and to have taste of Indian foods around restaurants. You will also find quite a lot of restaurant all around the hotel. There is a shopping mall opposite of the hotel with KFC and Mc Donalds. There is also Indian restaurant and Money changer all around. Hotel staffs are extremely cool and friendly and can advise you for travel and logistics. As they are budget hotel, very good when you are travelling with friends but when you are travelling with family, better to have other suitable hotels with better facilities based on your need and expectation. The hotel also sell discounted tickets to the various attractions including Sentosa, Bird Park, Zoo. I’d recommend buying the ticket there to avoid the long queues.

Everything is within reach from this hotel. Next to city square mall which has mrt station below and complete food court on food republic, also next to mustafa center. For 2 stars, this hotel is ok lah.

Great location with friendly staff. Wi-Fi. If all you want is a place to rest at night you can't go wrong with this place. Food at all hours nearby. MTR system and mall at doorstep. Mustafa centre 2 mins walk away. The hotel itself is very simplistic, a room with beds and a bathroom.

Of the worst, disgusting, bad treatment, scammers, has all the worst, or imagine how disastrous the experience can be, read well before hiring, I am filing a complaint that Booking does not promote.

Worst place ever. Attached is what they gave us wheb we booked for a triple room in Agoda. 2 beds and a Matress. The water from the bathroom comes inside the room. Very unclean. Smells disgusting. Gave only 1 key card for 3 people and charched me an extra deposit for the 2 additional key cards. I booked for 5 days but left the very next day. Didn't even stay for 24 hours since it was so disgusting. The staff is unfriendly and dies not know how to communicate. They did not accept that 2 beds and a matress on the ground is not a triple room or 3 beds. A room service guy smashed the matress on the ground and slamed the door when we asked him to show us where to put the matress. I wobt recommend this place to anybody. If you are already there, I really feel sorry for you. There are many other places better than this hotel for the same rate. What you pay for is not what you get.

Depend on cheap cost rate and the very close to Mustafa Center, it's very very good.

3 stars for the accommodating staff. But for the cleanliness of towels and bedsheet 1 star only. The place is near mustafa (24hrs mall) and mrt. But the food stall nearby are quite expensive 5-10dollars. Mostly 10dollars.

Centrally located… very near to mustafa shopping center. Got this place recommended by friend who had already stayed there. I can say it lived to my expectation. Reasonably priced, rooms are adequate for the money we paid. Cleaned every day without fail. No restaurant in hotel but you wont find it minus as you have lot other options to eat around mustafa shopping center. Should be ideal for family too. I dont see any minus. Staffs are really helpful, even you can book your tickets for santosa or other attraction prior to your visit and save lil money doing so. I am giving 5 star for our stay at this place. Probably will stay in future too during our visit to singapore.

The service there was bad. Everything had to be asked and not prepared automatically. Not to mention all the necessities there are all run down. Not worth the money.

Nice hotel, nice location. Near to MRT station, bus station, restaurants, mustafa center, City Park Mall. Highly recommended! I'll stay in here once I'm back again in singapore.

Hotel is located in the most convenient place to MRT, shpping… etc. Staff is also very friendly and helpfull.

Location is great. Right across City Square Mall and minutes from Farrer Park MRT. Some minor inconveniences with the shower like the shower head not having a cradle and the heater being finicky but overall good value for money.

Be specific when you book online. Especially when you want 2 beds or 1 large bed. Cons: What you book online is what you get. The water faucet next to the commode was broken. There is no place to stand for shower. No free breakfast. The auntie in the morning to noon shift is very strict and rude most of the time. Pros: The lady in the evening to night shift is very kind and helpful. Bad Hua (the gentleman) in the morning is very kind and helpful. You can get all the Singapore attraction tickets at the hotel if you want. City square Mall and farrer park mrt are right across the road. A food court right outside the hotel. They have great menus and the coffee is great for only SG$1.20. Mustafa Shopping centre is right behind the hotel. There are two 24 hour mini marts near the hotel. Several eateries near by. And comic book shop in Kitchener complex.

Room was old but clean. Staff was warm and friendly. Near to starmall and Mustafa center, mrt/lrt station (Farrer Park stn) and bus stops.

Not so good, Wifi conection very poor, Bed like roller coster, specilly bathroom tiny.

Hotel is spacious and well maintained. Value for money. But difficult to find a pick up area for taxis.

Good hotel. Very good location. Satisfied with price n service. For people like Subeesh Krishnan who is constantly complaining about everything wherever he goes I suggest he just stay at home and let his mother cook n feed him. Subeesh don't mislead others with your CHEAP reviews. We only know your side of the story. Or better still go and stay in Shangrila or Ritz Carlton etc.

Worst Experience! My worst stay in Singapore. They display rooms with windows while booking. But the Allotted room was without windows and was just like a Jail or prison. The behavior of the staff were utterly disappointing. For our two weeks stay, they never heard our request to change room. Worst hotel!

Room sizes are okay for the price you pay. Could be cleaner though. Whats good about this place is LOCATION. Just cross the road, into the City Squire Mall and you are at the MRT, shops and many takeaway options surrounding the hotel.

It's a nice bugetted hotel in Singapore. Very near to Mustafa Centar about one minute. Can get various attraction tickets with discount price. Overall nice.

Hotel location is great. Right across MRT station. Mostafa center is very near. Transport ，eating ， shopping is very convinent. They also provide information and ticket for tourist atraction. The staff are friendly. They also provide a mobile to call to your home country free of charge. As a whole a good choice in a budget especially in Songapore.

Located in a busy area and near the MRT station. This is a good option to stay and sleep, convenient location. Food option is not many though. Room is good enough to sleep in.

I don't like the shower being bath at the same time. That takes points. Also has no breakfast and now I think Q qualifies with a If.

Excellent budget and well connected hotel. Clean compact rooms/washrooms. Believe me you hardly get to sleep in Singapore so space doesn't really matters. 4 stars because lobby/reception area can be improved. Pure Vegetarian food nearby Komala's. Mustafa center and City square mall best shopping places very near by. Just 4 minutes walk from Ferrar Park MRT station. I will definitely recommend this hotel value for money.

Budget friendly, clean and at the heart of to the city.

The only good thing is location of this hotel is very good. Rest all are not upto the mark. Very small rooms. They don't clean the room properly. When we stayed there, heater was not working. They don't provide shower cap, soap etc. The attached toilet is very very small to take bath. But Mustafa centre, marina bay, bugis junction, MRT station are all nearby. One who doesn't care about the size and cleanliness of the room can opt for this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel for many times during my visits to Singapore. Hotel is neat and clean with good rooms although the size is not big but still comfortable keeping in mind it is a budget hotel. Hotel offers 10% discount to regular customers which I always received while checking in. Location is excellent with everything from Indian restaurants, malls and little India in close proximity. Overall good hotel.

They do not even provide basic amenities like toothbrush. Asked the front desk and was told to just cross the street over to Mustafa Centre to buy. They do not even have a kettle ready in the rooms. Still practicing carry ur thermos to the centralised hot water dispenser down your room alley. Ridiculously pricey for such a lousy hotel.

Do not make mistake to taking this hotel. Very stinky rooms and toilet.

Great location, good price. Staff could be a bit more cordial towards Indian guests. We clearly noticed the reception staff being indifferent towards us and other Indian guests as compared to Oriental ones, could be some frustration of being in Singapore or something. All said and done nothing to beat the location, smack in the middle of shopping center, 24 hrs people movement and safe, small cosy yet adequate rooms.

We stayed with the hotel for ten days with my family and it was a great stay. We stayed there just recently (1st week Feb). This was our first visit to Singapore and we were really at a loss on where to book. We checked through all the SG hotels' website few months back and what we had seen thru those reviews were quite disappointing. What we were looking for was a hotel which we can afford and its accessibility to MRT. There were so many of them but what kept us interested with Tai Hoe Hotel are comments regarding its staff friendliness. So, with this in mind we booked thru their hotel website for two rooms (double occupancy) three months earlier than our expected date of arrival in SG. And true to its word, we were met with friendliness that first day till we checked out while the location of the hotel is really superb not to mention its close vicinity to malls and restaurants that open 24 hours! So good! A very big 'thank you' to the management and all the staff of the said hotel. You made our stay memorable. We will definitely stay there again! I highly recommend the place to my friends and to those who wish to stay in SG with a budget in mind. Keep it up.

You book a room and mention your arrival time, you expect your room to be available when they confirm the availability. Had to wait 5 hours on the street. Even a budget hotel has some minimum requirements like a do not disturb tag in the door, or a basic water heater! room service apparently doesnt change the sheets, just redoes them.

Lovely hotel, amazing for the price. Comfy, clean, good appliances, good service with a smile. These guys will do what they can to help you enjoy the stay. Also, there are some nice discounts they offer if you want to visit places like Sentosa, Universal Studios etc. Book it.

I am from Indonesia and it was holidays here and so me and my family decided to go to Singapore for a short trip. We decided to stay at the tai hoe hotel as the price was very attractive, 110$, how could it b cheaper!. Firstly, I was very happy with the rooms we got, it was very clean and looked to me like brand new, the service was good and were fast. But the best of all is the location of this place, from our hotel we could basically walk to many malls and food centers and to go further, there is also an MRT opposite. I highly recommend this place especially if you are on a tight budget.
