Had a very bad experience at this hotel. The receptionists were rude and we had to beg for the routine coffee packets and water bottles that ought to be provided for the guests per room per day. They had a post saying that smoking is prohibited and violators are punishable by law but the corridors stinked like a "Smoking room". One of the receptionists even asked us to file a complaint to the Police if we "feel" that the corridors were stinking of burnt up tobacco. The only pro of this hotel is its locality. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of Indian restaurants and is just 100m away from Farrer Park MRT. Would like to thank them for accomodating us and I regret to say their ratings may spiral down further if they don't improve their services. Thanks.

It is economical. House keeping is moderate. Rest rooms is conjusted. For tourist from international level very poor.

Room not really clean but good location.

Very worst Wi-Fi connection and room service. I'm staying 4 nts but 2 days only they clean the room bedsheet not clean properly bad smell comes always. Plug point also not working. And they not provide the toothpaste and toothbrush. Rest room light not working properly. Waste for money.

Price is cheaper when booking online. Overall Quality and location is not bad for a budget hotel at little India. Bathroom is unhygene. And also don't have Air Conditioning control options.

Room not very clean, especially the bathroom. The AC much too cold in this small room was "set" by a hotel staff with duct tape to obstruct the cold air intake… In short, few agree for a short stay in Singapore (it's economical considering the prices practiced in this city), but do not be very demanding!

I stayed 3 days Pros: 1) For Indians there is a best hotel komali hotel near by to have a good food and start/stop the day 2) There is money exchanger and mustafa center just behind the hotel 3) you get direct KL/Ipoh/Penang buses right next to it there are many travels near by Corns : 1) Small rooms 2) very rude management and service.

Great place near to food court with lots of option to eat. Only 1 minute walk to Mustofa Centre, City Square Mall and Ferrer Park MRT station.

If you just consider of staying rather than nothing else, then it's good. I can tell their receptionist was good, room is okay for sleep, does not have controlling power of AC. They need vast improvement. Wifi sometimes awesome.

Small room but clean Near from ferrar mrt just across the street 50-100meters from 24/7 mustafa center Foodcourt just go down the hotel.

Great place to stay with cheap price. Near to Ferror Park MTR. And Mustafa Center. Cannot adjust A/C. But good place to stay. Small but good clean rooms. 24hr reception.

Average hotel. People at reception are so rude. They will answer phones but can't communicate in English. Rooms are very small. They ll not spare one hour extra for free. Over all its budget hotel nothing much.

I know it's budget but when you find hair and stains on the bed it's just not worth it. The front desk girl was also very rude and accused us of borrowing an adapter which we never did. The room smelled like smoke and the air can't be adjusted. We booked for 2 night but left after 1… don't recommend spend a little more and get a better place!

Nice place to stay, opersit city square mall and 2 mints for musthafa centre. Calm and clean place. Everyday room z getting arranged. Room services are good. We stayed 3 nights. Staffs friendly and helpful.

Single room available for around 80 s$, had to shift room due to smelly carpet. Shower heads were broken in both bathrooms and cleanliness not upto the mark.

Stay is ok. Tv remote not to be found. Rooms have dust and sometimes cockroachers.

Good Hotels with a good Location, clean room, very economic place to stay because you can walk to the MUSTAFA CENTRE (ard 2-4 minutes) right in FRONT of City Square Mall also near with MRT Station the food court right beside the hotel. The Reservation Staff are friendly :D last but not least STRATEGIC :D.
