Serving my 14 days quarantine at Parkroyal. Room is spacious and clean when checked in. Daily delivery of foods was prompt. I can understand some complained on the food provided. To be fair, it wasn't that bad and I realised there's an effort not to repeat the same meals served for lunch and dinner. For this effort, I raised 2 thumbs up!
However, TV channels can be better improved! Huge TV provided but channels selection are limited. For someone serving quarantine, a wider channels selection does make a huge difference. Overall, I will still considered Patkroyal overall satisfactory!

Very bad check in experience. Made to wait more than 45 mins in the bus upon arrival without giving any reason. Don't bother to update us until been forced to, claiming could not cope with too many guests. Everything went wrong upon arrival, recommending friends to this hotel is not been honest.

During stay on shn food is bad, got to grabfood almost everyday the food I believe is cater outside. Wi-Fi is bad max only connect to 3 device. 1 device is OK, the other 2 device cannot be connect, ask the front desk to reset router but a simple reply is everyone have no issue with the Wi-Fi, so problem for them is if no one complaint. Their work is done. Advised for business traveller if your work needs Internet strongly this hotel is not the right choice tks.

Base on our experience during our stay here (SHN) the staff are very accomodating, courteous, generous and kind. They strictly observed the health protocols and all areas are sanitized. The food served are nutritious. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. We love to recommend this to our friends and relatives. Surely we will get back here again.

A most horrible hotel. Apparently hotel is under renovation. But that’s fine. Problem is knocking and drilling start at 8 am which continues till 9 pm. The knocking sounds are extremely loud. Hotel management — have some decency to:
1. Not sell rooms on the floor directly beneath the floor your are renovating OR
2. Manage the contractors properly — proactively ensure that they only work during stipulated hours.

Excellent hotel… good location, courteous staff, spacious rooms with windows and good menu options for vegetarians and vegans. My third stay in 6 months.

Facilities have been cut down. Price wise is not worthy.

I did not set my expectation too high when I went for their seafood buffet and it way exceed my expectation. The seafood are all very fresh especially the salmon and Chili crabs. The sashimi are excellent too. I m glad they have durian purée so my Daughter can experience tasting the king of fruit in Singapore and she especially loves the DIY drink section. The most impressive thing is the service. The indian manager noticed that my 9 year old daughter did not eat much at the buffet (she just ate the cucumber sushi, mushrooms soup, durian purée and drink), he actually waived her cost in our bill. Besides fresh and delicious food, it is this small little gesture which makes a customer willing to come back again. Kudos to the excellent team at the Spice Brasserie.

I had a very good experience staying at park Royal Hotel! very nice staff n service was also very good. The only thing which made me disappointed was there was no enough variety of breakfast for vegetarians… overall out of 10 I would love to give 8.5…

This is a 3rd class hotel since staff is extremely rude and doesn’t have any empathy with customers. I have stayed in this hotel earlier also and that time also I noticed that pool area was pathetic. Still, due to request of my wife, I booked it again due to its close proximity to Mustafa center, the shopping hub. Right now, I am sitting in hotel lobby with my 2 year old and 11 year old kids and waiting for room to be allotted. … We reached here at 11 AM and requested for an early room. I understand that usual check out time is 12 noon so it may take time till 1 PM or so but in spite of such early request at 11 AM and having family with young kids, hotel staff is not bothered to allot a room till now. It’s 2.04 PM afternoon already. what is more painful is that room is already vacant but hotel staff doesn’t bother to request cleaning staff for cleaning until now. I will never ever recommend this third grade hotel to any body leave aside any possibility of staying here again. — Abhishek Mohan.

It's very good Hotel. Centrally located. Ideal breakfasts. Very good service. Many many Indians stay in the Hotel as you see them elsewhere there.

Location and services are great, but the rooms are too small as compared to PARKROYAL malaysia. And in addition there are no jets in the toilets, hated the room's size and washroom. There is very little space in washroom. You cant even move while taking the bath.

Overall good. You will only find Indians mostly. Good if you are looking to have Indian breakfast. Lot of options. Large buffet. Close to metro and a shopping mall and Indian eat outs. Check in time is 3 pm.

I find it hard to call this property a true 4star. Location is good. The place looks very tired. Staff really not very attentive or helpful. Hard to believe it's a Pan Pacific property. Breakfast time is chaos. No one sets your table. People fighting for seats. Won't stay here again.

Excellent hotel for Singapore standards. Value for money, and if you need to call guests, even better. They have a brilliant lounge access. The staff needs to be more friendly and speak better. In a few days of stay, could see a lot of guests complaining of staff behavior. My experience wasn't any different.

Very nice experience. The staff was excellent and honest. We lost some precious items in the room. The staff found the items and the manager Mr Pathak took pains to return that at the airport. Rooms are very good. Buffet spread is nice. The only issue was that the smoking area in the corridor was not covered and always filled the corridor with smoke.

But. But… But… Very bad experience during check in, almost take more than 1hr for check-in. We have booked 6 rooms couple of months before, only special request was that we want all rooms at same floor, they fail to manage the same. Their check-in time is 3pm n check-out time is 12pm. We reached at hotel 2pm n request them to give us 1-2 rooms to fresh n up. But their rule… Sir our check-in time is 3pm… Lots n lots of paperwork… Finally got the first room after 4.15pm… Still some rooms left, they are cleaning now, as they get clean we get them.

Hotel is located in the Indian Quarter. Nice and friendly staff. Room clean. Construction site next to the hotel was very noisy just in the evening. Opposite the hotel is a shopping centre. Lots of opportunities for shopping and dining go.

Good room space and staff. Got a pretty good deal from the hotel. We were four people and wanted only one room. They provided for an extra bed at a decent price. Amenities are also pretty good. Food was excellent… (had only breakfast over there). Staff was really helpful in narrowing down places for visit and all. Overall, it's an amazing hotel to stay in Singapore for Indians and vegetarians.

My expectations were high regarding the hotel but somehow it was not met. From the start, it took a long time to check in & we got our luggage late in the room. Room was clean but way too small. I stayed in a connected family room. Air conditioning controller was not accurate especially maintaining the room temperature. It was chilled cold at midnight even the thermostat was set to 24C. Breakfast had lack of variety though there was a separate veg section. At the day of check out we waited more than 30 minutes for a bell boy to come but nobody showed up. We had to manage our luggage by ourselves. Trust me it was a good experience.

A family of 10 came to celebrate May babies birthday. We booked reservation at 7pm. We were there at 7.30pm and my other kids came at 8.15pm. There isnt any crabs after the first round top up. All end up with disapointment. Manager told us at 8.30pm. Kitchen run out of crabs. The rest of food were running low too. Accordding waitress they close at 10.30pm. When we spoke to the manager Mr. Jason. We were very disappointed with the management. His reply was that he does not know what happen in the kitchen. What a big joke. We are not paying a small amount for a cheap buffet. We paid $685. ++ for 10pax. This is the worst buffet we ever been. I will not recommend for group to go for their buffet. Its like a hunger game. You need to rush for the food because their excuse is kitchen run out of crabs and food. Really felt disapointment with the management of Spice Bazzier.

It was a great hotel, all the staffs were really kind and helpful. My room was in the 21st floor and the view of the city from there was breathtaking. The rooms are big enough and the other fecilities they provide are great.

Old but decent hotel in little India. Very popular with Indians. Mustafa shopping in just behind the hotel. Ease of access to metro. Perfectly located.

Price is okay, totally. The meeting room is excellent with great refreshments and actually someone from the hotel continuously stand there to assist you. The lunch buffet is also super with many varieties from all over SEA and asian. Quite wonderful taste for lunch buffet actually. The room is large and the I got a nice view of the city. Lastly : the breakfast buffet is a big disappointment. Taste awful, the bread was stale and tasted like it's been in the fridge for a year, the onion ring that I ate was hard as a metal rings. Luckily there is an edible chicken noodle soup. Not many option and the coffee was so so.

Hotel room was very spacious, clean & tidy. There was twenty four hours hot water in the bathroom. Drinking water bottles were provided free of cost everyday. House keeping was done everyday & toiletries & tea, coffee sachets were provided everyday in our rooms. Buffet breakfast was excellent in taste & menu were changed everyday. Hotel is in ideal location in Little India surrounded with shopping centres, restaurants & Mustafa shopping centre is in walking distance. Staff at reception are very friendly & co-operative, even house keeping, maintenance staff was very good. There is a desk for booking of our sight seeing tours, which has made our sight seeing very convenient. Just one thing I don't like is that after inquiring for Spa, at sixth floor of hotel, I was told that body massage would be done in my room, which made me disappointed as doing massage in my room I would not be able to get HOT STEAM BATH.

Wow. Is the only factor I remember whenever I stay in this property. The best place to enjoy your holiday and have fun. The location is so convenient to shop around 24x7. Morning breakfast is served with variety of south indian dishes. If you can look around for a good deal it is value for money.

Great location and facilities (gym and pool). However, severely disappointed with the honesty and service provided. Booked a Deluxe King Room several days in advance (and even received confirmation) yet staff simply checked us into Superior Twin Room without informing. Upon seeing "Superior Twin Room" on the check-in slip, we verified with the staff, and she simply replied there were no more Deluxe King Room available. Questioned her, she decided "to check", and a few minutes later, the Deluxe King Room suddenly becomes available.

Located at Kitchener road in the main City area, the hotel provides you a nice and comfortable stay with some good city view. You can't term it as royal one, but it's fine. Room size is ok but ambience is very normal and dated. They should do something in the rooms to make it more classy and candid instead of just having blank dull looking walls. Except a couple of paintings, nothing is there. Washroom is comparatively small but manageable. Common areas are good. Lot of nice options in breakfast including good Indian food. The place is just a minute walk from Little India which hosts a number of Indian restaurants. Overall it's a good option and can be considered.

Place is located near the little India location. Good for people coming from India to visit Singapore as some Indian restaurants are located at walking distance. The morning breakfast was crowded and very noisy as some south Indians made lots of noise and had no patience. I experienced that during my stay at Parkroyal. Pool is good, they have good gym area too. Spa was closed on 31st December 2017 and 1st of January 2018.

Good but the house keeping services are not as per expectation. The breakfast area and it's management should be improved a lot… it seems the staffs here are not smart enough to deal with so much people coming for breakfast at a time.

Best hotel in Singapore near to little India. Rooms are very large and beds are comfortable. All the basic amenities are provided. Little bit costly but service provided will make us forget the price. Breakfast is complimentary, which had international cuisines. Very near to Mustafa center.

Hotel is good, centrally located. We feel like we are in India :-). Mustafa is close by and you can find many Indian restaurants around. Check the room before you settle in as they offer smaller rooms to us and changed the rooms when we asked them to change the rooms.

Great hotel on a great location because of it's proximity to Mustafa and right in middle of Little India, that's bustling with tourists from the sub continent. Breakfast is quiet something to look forward to, with great chef and cuisines not only from India but around Asia, same is true for it's Lunches and Dinners. Looking forward to my next stay at the Hotel.

I've had long stays here for work. Stay and breakfast is good. They have swimming pool and laundry facilities. They also have coin operated washing machine which was very useful. It's located in a convenient and easy to access location.

It's a good hotel and some staff members are too good. Ask for what you want and it's all good. Particularly Mr. Kevin helped me out. Location is in little India only and very near to MRT station. Overall, after a little bit of demanding the stay was good. View was also good from room.

The staff tries their best, but the rooms are alright. Not the best location or crowd. The room service is good and they dispatch help promptly. The rooms might get loud sometimes. Not your fancy hotel, but alright for a cheap stay.

Nice hospitality and secured. It's stands near to Mustafa Market, City Mall and many Bangladeshi restaurant. Also in a very convenient place to move anywhere in Singapore.

The environment is great for gatherings or just a simple dinner. Though the selection is now limited to crab the variety of the way they are cooked was plenty. The taste was fairly good not great but still a good spread for crab.

Absolutely amazing. This place is slightly expensive, but the quality is beautiful. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, with a few extra amenities. My family was lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the suites, further improving our stay. If in need of a location for a stay in the Little India area, Park Royal is the perfect place.

This is a tall hotel that dominates the Little India skyline. However it feels dated and the rooms, while functional, could use a little TLC. Our air-conditioning failed, as it did in the room of another member of our party, but it was fixed promptly. The public areas are large but always seem crowded and noisy. Note the 3pm check in time, although our rooms were not both available until 4pm. Staff were very courteous and helpful at reception and concierge, but the check-in process takes a long time, which probably explains the queuing system set up at reception. Great location for Little India, and it is near the hop on and hop off bus tourist route that provides access to Singapore.

The staff responses could be better. Yet possibly the best hotel in the Little India area. Higher floors offer better ambience in rooms.

They don't have good hospitality. They say it's a 4 star but everything feel used and old. It's must be due to the tourist rush. Hotel was the only thing I didn't like in Singapore. If you are an India it's located near little India.

Old glory only. Beautiful view — was on 20th floor. Pick floors 13+ only. Dated rooms and linen. Bathroom definitely needed more attention. Breakfast spread was massive but very little for your tastebuds. Overall a decent business hotel.

Could be one of the best hotels in Little India. You get South Indian breakfast as well. Stayed here for a month in May-June 2012. Easy access for all main areas in the city. All famous South Indian restaurants are in walkable distance.

Stayed in this hotel in late June in 2015. It was a terrible experience. A hotel should be a place to stay worry free. Our room is a superior twin room. There is a mysterious door opposite to our beds. Out of curiosity, we opened the door and there is another door closed. I am sure that these doors are used to connect two rooms. We find ourselves very anxious because there is only a burglar-proof padlock to stop the door at our side to be opened further. Lock is never exist and that door cannot be locked. At night, we discovered that there are some people living to the connected room and we have no choice to give ourselves an alarm signal. Therefore, we were waked up and disturbed whenever there are people next door. The check-in staff did not tell us that the room is linked to another room and the connecting door cannot be securely lock with physical padlock out of our own control. Also, the anti-slipping mat for the bathtub is awful. There were mould and dirt on it. I could only use the towel to hold the mat and throw away from the bathtub and used many alcohol anti-bateria paper to clean the bathtub Base on the previous reviews here, I can assure you will never have a pleasant stay here. As one of the hotel manager replied to my reviews online, it seems to me that they just mentioned the connecting door exists for many years and are not going to do anything to improve the security such as adding a padlock. Sigh…

I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of service you offered me the days of my stay at the Hotel Del Bosque. Despite the many offers I received from other hotels, I decided for you because of the unbeatable deal you offered me. It was a good decision; I enjoyed the peace and quiet I needed, offered in all the facilities of your hotel. This definitely added to the excellent service of the staff, allowed me to focus on the sports competition of which I was part. I will definitely recommend your hotel to friends and family, and I’m sure I’ll be back on vacation. I hope to get the same quality of service when I return. Thanks again, see you soon. But I stayed here for 3 days on 25.1.15. To 27.01.16. Then again on 28.01.16. Second time the room allotted to me was not up to the mark or not so great, as compared to the first time. Room 8 th floor.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Great Location but… First impression about this place was that it was sooooo crowded! it was like a railway station. The staff were all exhausted with looking after the arrangements that there was no time for courtesy. The lady at the time of check in did not smile or say hello to us (which is always important when you land in a new country after a long flight) and just handed over the papers for us to sign without any words! The breakfast was a circus with the staff members being overstretched and as a result extremely rude (the lady pushed us aside when we asked her to clean the tables). The food was not refilled properly and at one time we had to request for milk to be given. When contacted the manager said that they are short staffed and hence very difficult to manage the crowds! to be fair, the next day I saw the manager himself cleaning the tables (which showed his sincerity). the concierge servcies were also overstretched — many times there was nobody to ask. We also did not get any assistance with carrying our luggage to the buses. Travelling with older people, you do want this kind of help. They were prompt to get us out of the room at 12 noon but not prompt to help with the luggage carrying! At the end of the day, it felt like it was a large government office where people were doing their jobs out of obligation and no joy. We didnt feel taken care of in this hotel.

We are at park royal for a 5 night. Very good ambience. Good staff. However daily same breakfast menu. Please change it everyday. Overall good experience.

Made a booking 4 months ahead of time. Due to family reasons tried to cancel the booking. Hotel was completely inflexible and refused to cancel the booking, taking full payment for the room immediately. Really terrible customer service and attitude.

Moganasundaram, General Manager, Park Royal Hotel, Kitchener Road, Singapore I have been a regular visitor, to this Hotel for the last 7 years, as my company Singapore HQ, Makino Asia Pte Ltd, has an agreement withy our Hotel, though we pay direct, when we stay here. But this time my experience was different, mainly because of your Reception desk officer Mr. Parry, who made, a pleasant check in and stay experience. Before check in your bell staff at Portico, are very pleasant, smiling, welcoming and helping in luggage handling and taxi arrangement. They deserve great appreciation. I checked in on 7/Jan/2015 Wed evening. It was reserve checked late evening. As soon as I went up to him, he was kind enough to find my reservation, based on my passport, without demanding, reservation copy. He also gave the desired room and permitted for late check out on Saturday after 3 night stay. He also explained every thing properly, quickly and entire check-in he did in less than 8 minutes. This was never the case in your Hotel, even though preserved. Always my stay experience in your Hotel has been good, be it room comfort, Air conditioner, Furniture and Break fast, but always bad experience at reception desk, besides delay in check in or checkout, but pleasant experience this time, due to Mr. Parry. However this time room like Iron board, study lamp were not good, but your HK staff, promptly arranged, what I requested. Very Nice. Few improvement suggestions: 1.

Location is killer for this hotel, u have 24 hours Mustafa Mart just 30 secs back side of the hotel and 30 secs on the front side is City Square Mall with movie theatre including McDonalds, BurgerKing, ToysRus, Best Denki, FairPrice and many more (check out City Square Eco Mall Singapore over net). Further 3-4 mins walk is Ferrar Park MRT station. Also Little India restaurants are along side Mustafa. Room size is generous compared to Singapore standard but do not expect 5 star ambience, just a 3 star overall. Charged me $11.5 for 2 water bottles from mini bar, where else if I knew it before could have bought 12 bottles from Mustafa with that amount (just kidding) but becareful. No proper hotel lounge available. Wi-Fi is free in lobby and rooms. Each floor has a meeting/seating/drawing area. Cockroach and stained bed sheet are common. Expect over 50% indian occupants in the hotel.
