A few hiccups when we checked in but everything was solved less than an hour. Due to our time wasted we asked for a late check out & was entitled till 2pm. And we were not charged for the $5++ Wine Ice bucket that we actually need to pay ☺️ Breakfast was good too thou not many varieties. We checked in at room 622 to celebrate our anniversary. There were some issues with the room when we first checked in. But the male Indian housekeeper and front desk Nelson are very helpful and resolved the issues quickly. Hard to come across such service oriented staff nowadays, keep it up 👍🏻

Great location to Clarke Quay and River. Restaurants and shopping. We booked a pool access room which has great access to jump in the pool after a days exploring. Excellent 2 night stay before cruising, would highly recommend. 👌

Simple to the point check in. Thoughtful as I celebrated my belated birthday and card goes a long way. Wish they had more dinning options in the future. Would recommend this simple getaway place so which is right in the central area of the CBD.

Customer service is great… The attitude is very friendly. Responsive. Food is acceptable. Come in as a whole. I don't have to play. Come on.

This is really Amazing hotel and a good staff are most friendly even.

Service is best, food is full nutrition, every diet contain chicken, fish and salad. Morning sure will get a bowl of fruit. I was pleasure to live in Park Regis.

Good size room. Weird set up with concierge only on entry level. Staff in the restaurant were not so well informed, not so friendly or had limited English or all three. Handy for Clarke quay.

Great location near Clarke Quay and very accommodating staff. Room was slightly small but clean. Not enough power outlets in the room. Did not like the bathroom setup at all.

Park Regis had everything I needed comfortable, clean and affordable. Fantastic location, friendly and extremely helpful staff nothing was any trouble and everything I needed was taken care of. Pool was lovely and having access to the pool, gym & shower after checkout made a huge difference for my late night flight ✈️ definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

All staff are friendly. Near china town and Clarke Quay. Pool side open from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. Don’t know about the breakfast. Overall good hotel. :)

Nice hotel. Small rooms but clean and modern with some nice views. Excellent shower. Close proximity to the MRT to easily get around Singapore. Convenient cell phone provided for getting around, finding things to do, buying tickets, and making calls, including international. Only con was that we thought that responsiveness to requests could be better. We asked for something several times from staff and still never got it despite them saying they would get it to us.

The location is convenient for everything. It's close to busy Chinatown but the surrounding is quiet. Room was clean. I don't like the design to separate bathroom and toilet. The sink can be easily messed up.

Excellent hotel in the middle of Singapore. Very close to the river and Clark Quay. Beautiful walk to the Marina and the Merlion and all the big tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts. Possibly aimed more at business people rather than tourists, but we were very happy there.

A well located hotel of high standard. A lot of different services are offered, including the possibility to do laundry which is great when you are traveling for a long period of time. Staff was pleasant and cleaning was impeccable. There is also a nice pool at the hotel. On the downside the rooms are very small and we were not impressed by the taste of the breakfast served. Overall a positive experience and I would consider coming back.

This is a nonsense hotel. Charging a 4 to 5-star price but cleanliness and service were 3-star quality. The bathroom and toilet wasn't cleaned: there were blood stain on the flush button, soap stains on the wall, cockroach from the beverage cabinet, grease in the water basin! Toiletries like shampoo and body lotion were all in bottles with seals which I assume is to prove it's unopened. But all of the seals were broken, and so I wonder if they put in new liquid into the tubes after every check-outs? All these are hygiene concerns! So we reflected these problems to front desk staff who immediately arranged a new room for us, but the king size bed on 4th floor was changed to queen size on 6/F : ( The story went on like this: the house keeper interestingly didn't refill the tea bags. Toiletries were still have the seals broken. The WORST is, in the last morning (9am), a housekeeper rang our door bell urgently as if she had something emergency to wake us up from sweet dream. All she wanted to know was just to make sure we're checking out that noon. She should ask the management staff, not guests! And she didn't even apologize for waking us up. This happened to other rooms on the same floor too!

Clean room, small, but big enough for a queen bed, a desk to do work and still room for my morning stretches. The staff was very friendly and amenities good. I had a late flight out so they recommend I stay and use the pool, shower before my flight and Wi-Fi if I need to get some work done. All after check out. Was very thoughtful of them. Only bad part was the buffet breakfast. I wouldn’t get that included again and just find a nearby coffee shop. They got to work on their breakfast. Otherwise, five stars!

Great location that's close to Clark Quay, Chinatown, and the subway. Staff is very helpful. Annoying that the only way to get to lobby with a taxi is by going to havelock street and new market. The facilities are nice, but the rooms are starting to show some age and on the smaller end. Would stay again.

Poor water pressure A wee bit small for the chair between the bed and the desk. OK, it is not built for 200kg to sit there. Good internet I will stay again.

Great Central location to Clarke Quay and Chinatown. It was easy to walk around and we actually walked to Plaza Singapura too. Very convenient. Friendly and professional customer service throughout my stay too. Enjoyed!

Very good location near Clarke Quay. Excellent breakfast. Careful attention. Room overlooking the city, the 332, gives to the pool which is very nice. Cell phone to take to the street with all the indications to manage in the city.

Well funished small room however. It has everything I need. There may be a slight odour problem because if ventilation. Nothing too much ti fuss about. All in all a very good place to stay.

Decent business hotel a few hundred metres from China town. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast OK, room size was decent and a nice plus was the free local mobile phone and sim which was free to use during the stay. A nice touch!

The hotel was very comfortable, the bed was so good and great shower. It is in a great position close to China town, Hop on hop off bus and plenty of eateries. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay.

Great hotel at a centralized location. On 1 side, you'll get the Singapore River with lots of restaurants at Clarke Quay. On the other side, you can see Singapore's heritage at Chinatown. Restaurant served delicious food and service was friendly. Ideal location for meals in between exploring Downtown Singapore!

Nice and clean and modern hotel. Check in staff very friendly. Gym small but actually quite good. Pool looks nice but didnt have time to try. Only drawback is these odd shower and toilets pretty much in the main bedroom.

The layout was well-designed and roomy with a great view. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure and temperature were excellent and having 2 shower heads was wonderful as my partner and I preferred different styles (me with the hand held so I did not wet my hair and my partner with the rain head and the height was perfect as he is 6 foot 4 and had plenty of room). The handy phone was, as you would expect, very handy! We used it almost hourly while out-and-about in the town which was extremely convenient since we did not have access to internet or maps on our Australian phones. The only negative about the room was that when we returned each day the window was covered in condensation — although this is probably unavoidable with the hot humid weather. Whilst we did not use the pool as we had limited time in Singapore, we did have a look and it is a well kept, clean and inviting pool with plenty of sun beds. It was also not busy with lots of people using it which is a good thing. The lobby, lifts, hallways all presented in a clean, tidy and sophisticated way in all areas of the hotel. We also did not eat in the restaurant however the dining area looked beautiful. Staff were ALL very friendly, smiling and always happy to help including opening all doors at all times which was a lovely experience.

Wonderful Hotel. They will allow early check-in and late checkout with additional costs. Room was clean and the service was good. There is a mini bar in the room itself. Staffs were amazing.

I would like to thank Park Regis and their staff for helping me on my last Singapore Trip. I accidentally left 5-6 formal clothes in the hotel room for a connecting flight to Bali. They were able to locate the clothes and coordinate sending them to airport through a taxi on my return flight from Bali through Singapore. I had lost hope of ever seeing those clothes. The manager on site was great and coordinated with me on my short connection at Singapore airport. Thank you Park Regis for working with your customer. I am a fan!

I have stayed there twice. The rooms are small but adequate. The first stay was wonderful the second nowhere near as good. The staff were not as friendly or helpful. Just looked at staying again but breakfast is much to expensive.

A nice small hotel to explore the city… clean rooms, friendly staff and the most important thing in a super central location… Chinatown is located outside the door and subway to get minutes in any direction in the whole city…

Clean and nice service a great position for MRT.

Nice, news rooms with good modern design. The pool garden on the 3rd floor is fun for an evening swim after a day out in singapore. The gym is well equipped. Rooms are smallish although probably average in singapore. Free Wi-Fi is just 1 hour.

Rooms are small. Internet didn't work and hotel operator was useless in troubleshooting the problem. I can understand that since she's tier 0 tech support but she was also rude. Rooms have no soundproofing. Sounds from the hallway and club across the street come in loud and clear. Their laundry service also misplaced an article of clothes. The location is decent and the front desk staff was polite but that doesn't make up for everything else.
