Room is exceptionally tired and run down. There is clearly a water damp issue causing issues against 1 of the walls. toilet not flushing properly, windows dirty and entertainment on TV is beyond poor. wouldn't recommend this at all.

Reception lobby nice and check-in procedure was smooth. Room cleanliness and amenities acceptable but TV reception was bad. Loose wiring, bad TV connection and had to call technician 3 times. We were only provided with one pillow each which were flat & uncomfortable. Should have requested for additional pillows. Overall good if looking for budget hotel as opposite Chinatown Poiint have lots of nice foodies. Not recommended for relaxation though.

Paid for connecting rooms for family of 4 adults and 2 toddlers but TV not working and toilet cannot flush. Repeated calls were made to the operator but nobody answered. Despite of going down personally to inform that TV and toilet flush not functioning to the receptionist yet nobody came to assist until we checked out on our last day in Furama. They also did not offer to change to other rooms with functioning toilet & tv. Do not waste money and time in Furama City Centre Hotel!

Forever no pool slots for hotel guest even when on check in & check out date. Front desk lady not friendly! The front desk guys are better.

Warm and friendly service by the receptionist … rooms were cleaned and toilet too. For sure I would come back again.

Food was absolutely nice! Love the Curry and the sauce was soooo sedap! Definitely will order again!

Quarantine Day 6 — Beautiful scrambled egg breakfast from the hotel, a little addition touch for me… happy quarantine nearly half way through. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, call me everyday just to say hi and asked if there is anything I need. It’s really makes my stay more easy. Thank you 

Service not attentive, food not nice and served very late, lunch 3pm not served and forget once, how can forget to served to customer, cant believed it man. Call the first time no answer nevermind second time say okok get back to u 1hour later lunch not served, third time food served at 315pm. How can this happens. All staff here just dont put some effort to work, management team please wake up. Bad bad experience. MOM please take note what type of service this hotel serve for SHN. Why chose them. Why send us here? dirty and smelly.

Serving Day 11 of my Quarantine here. I'm grateful to be assigned a huge Suite with separate living room, kitchen and spectacular view. One cannot reasonably expect all the food to be what we like to eat for all meals, but all meals were delivered promptly. Even food delivered by my friends and Foodpanda were sent up pronto. They did my laundry and returned it within hours too. Even the vacuum cleaner I borrowed was sent up promptly. I don't know why some people complained about slow service… but other than the occasional hiccups with the TV connection, things pretty much work for me here.

Met an event coordinator Andrew Ng who is very helpful and is good at his job as an event coordinator. Well done and thanks for the wonderful experience with his team and furama city centre.

Amazing location. Very close to Chinatown pagoda street and Clark Quay
Good rooms but their ACs are set at 24° which you may find hot. Overall great experience. Stayed there twice.

Worse concierge service. Left some clothes in the cupboard. Tried to call their receptionist. Was told to call back in 10 minutes. It’s been 3 hours and I’m still unable to get through. If my items are not there, you guys have a really dishonest team of housekeeping people. Beware guys. Is this how you treat guest?! Guess I won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

Worst receptionists I have ever encountered, I wanted to use their computer to transfer photos from SD cards to hard drive, was told wasn’t allowed and to go to a internet cafe. Need to work on your customer service skills.

Actually I and my friend reach there about 11.30am and told that fully booked. But one of the Captain is very kind she look for a corner small table for us. Foods have improve. Nice. But disappointed when I pay my bill found out that there is 1 to1. But the cashier say I have already pay cash. Cannot be change. Although I don't come often but at least one mth 2 times with my friend for lunch. In the first place when they come to serve us the staff should let us know if pay by card there's 1 to 1. And some more we are senior. Tks.

It is great experience staying in China Town and within reach of most important landmarks of Singapore. Hotel staff are friendly. We enjoyed 6 days of our stay in this lovely hotel.

The swimming pool is outsite, it is very small and have cold water only.

Very old hotel but nicely maintained. Booked a deluxe room but wasn't ready when I tried to check in after 2pm. Got an upgrade to Club room but without the Club facilities. Doesn't feel anything special for Club level. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is just nice with a complimentary smart phone that could be used for local and certain international calls and Internet browsing as well. Location in Chinatown is very good, near to all the places of interest here, malls, and food, which is still available around midnight. However hotel entrance looks like facing the back. Getting around Singapore from the hotel is very convenient with MRT in close proximity.

Not a bad hotel in Chinatown, but the room we got was with a window which overlooked the hotel lobby ( ( ( ( (we were just so tired that it was all the same.

Do not stay here. Stayed here for my Birthday (14/08/18-25/08/18) with my husband and paid a small fortune for an Executive Hotel room. First room we had was dark, smelly, marked walls, air-con very loud (when it did work), chipped furniture, bed linen thin/marked and overlooked a noisy building site that worked 24/7. Spoke to reception who gave us another room, same floor (Room 2109) which was bigger, nice view BUT we had to constantly keep bathroom door closed as Level 22 above was a smoking floor and cigarette smoke kept coming through ventilation in bathroom. Besides holding our breath and constantly spraying deodorant/perfume when using the bathroom we would have liked to have had an afternoon nap from touring/shopping but had to spend time in lounge/waiting area at reception to get fresh air as smell was worse in the afternoon. It didn't help that both of us suffer from Asthma which we told Reception about but they didn't seem to care. Another room was found the day before we left but we declined. Couldn't be bothered packing/unpacking again. Our holiday/my Birthday was ruined by that stage. Did I mention we paid a lot of money for the privilege of breathing in cigarette smoke for 10 days.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, the food was delicious. Staff were very polite. It had all the facilities you would wish a hotel would have. Extremely close to Chinatown and close to a train station. Also near a very peaceful park and near Marina Bay Sands.

Thank you to all of the friendly and helpful staff at your hotel. My daughter and I had two stays at Furama City Centre recently and both times we were welcomed like family. The rooms are very quiet, very clean, and dark when needed. The pool was great and the restaurant too. We will definitely stay again! :)

Nice place to stay. Don't know much about the prices as I was sponsored by my company. They had a buffet of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Items covering most nationality could be found. Location is also prime for near by shopping, as you'll find many malls and shops in the vicinity. Room service was also good. Facilities such as gym, swimming etc available. Only thing I would suggest is not to take rooms on the far end side near the swimming pool. You can smell the chlorine a lot near the room.

Great view from the window. The interior is old. The staff are polite. A good buffet for breakfast.

Excellent position, close to Chinatown, buses and Metro. Very friendly and helpful staff, who couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms were clean and tidy with a comfortable bed, and everything we needed for our three nights. Breakfast buffets were delicious, fresh and plentiful with a ridiculously huge variety of choices. Pool was a welcome sight after a hot day of walking, shopping and exploring.

The check in process is very not impressive. Took so long time. The next day was breakfast issue. The hotel room was booked and the hostess at restaurant say they have no list of us. Front Office team should do better. Remember, you guys are the face of the hotel.

Ate Sunday lunch buffet at Tiffany's Cafe. Food tasted very nice and had a good spread. The service pple were very courteous and made sure we had a good time. Will definitely go back again.

Asked for a bucket of ice three times, even went down to the front desk myself, still can't get a d**m bucket of ice. Update: just past midnight, they decided to wake me by calling and inform me that they're going to bring me ice… I'm out of words.

Service staff were friendly and ready to help. They were efficient in meeting our requests, especially changing a roll-in bed within an hour. Hotel room is spacious, along with a good view of the city.

Hotel needs to be remodelled looks and feels old compared to other hotels in Singapore. My card continuously didn't work on my door and I had to go to reception many times to re-activate it, once they came to open for me, they never offer me a change in room. Breakfast is excellent.

Polite and professional staff, well situated for lots of good food and shopping but very dated and poorly maintained facilities. Rooms were very out of date and in need of renovation. The common areas (hallways reception etc) looked like they hadn't been updated or maintained since the 1980's. And for the cost there were other newer options nearby which would have offered a newer and nicer look and feel. Only reason we booked was due to recommendation by travel agent (won't use travel agent again either lol)

The quality of service was excellent and more than made up for the somewhat tired look of the building. The central location made it easy to get around the city. The Executive room and service was tremendous value. Breakfast and the use of the executive lounge in the evening was an great way to start and finish our hectic days of sightseeing. Out thanks to staff members Dipen and Ariane for making it a memorable stay.

Good location but the triple room left a lot to be desired.

Rooms are renovated according to current standards, I enjoyed my stay at the executive room. Exterior of the hotel and lobby is not exactly enticing. 5mins walking distance to Clarke Quay.

Centrally located. Accessible by mrt which is opposite the building. The dinning experience was great with wide spread of food varieties. Used cutlery were cleared fast & food were replenished fast too.

The staff is very courteous and friendly. Near Chinatown and MTR. Son birthday, special arrangements to send cakes, happy outside. Even if you stay for three days, feel comfortable and convenient, come to Singapore again, you must stay again.

Good hotel, average cost, a little old and little Manutenzionato. Located pero very close to the China Town district, very quaint and shopping malls.

The hotel is good the rooms are eapaciosas and clean. Cons a little old and with bad smell.

Very nice hotel, close to the city centre. Rooms are in good standard, nice and helpful people at the reception. the restaurant offers a very wide range of meals to choose (you can choose a typical Asian as well as European) quality of food really high and is tasty. Dinner is usually a buffet, so you can try different dishes and you do not have to wait. They have gym and sauna with outside swimming pool on which of the upper floors — opened since early morning till late evening. In this pool you can spend a very pleasant time in the hot Singaporean days.

Suitable for rent near Chinatown.

Excellent location within easy walking of Chinatown and MRT.
Rooms comfortable but who ever designed it needs to stay in the room:
Bedside table is nowhere near the bed (suitable for twin beds most likely)
Hair dryer is useless in the wrong position with inadequate cord and small mirror. I realise it has to be fixed to avoid theft but really that defies logic.
Staff on whole are good but with one of exception one of “Bell hops” needs to be much more respectful to young women. I was most upset at the way he reacted to my daughter in law. It would not have happened in a European hotel. He must remember she was a guest and in the long run pays his salary.

My room was upgraded to Executive Suite and able to enjoy a marvelous view. The room was spacious with bathtub in it. The staff provided a great service throughout. Convenient location with a lot of local delight nearby.

Rooms are rather inhabited. Gears smell Strict. Breakfast but very good.

I visited the Tiffany Cafe at Furama City Centre. The food is generally great with a variety of food. The service of the staff is excellent and best of all, it is one of the few Halal certified restaurant where me and my Muslim friends can meet up for gathering. Will definitely visit the place given another opportunity. Highly recommended to others if you are looking for a place to gather for lunch or dinner with your Muslim friends.

At the moment we are still in this hotel.
We decided to recommend our travel agency for the Furama. That was definitely a mistake. We will of course report to the travel agency accordingly. Is only the largest private chain in Germany.
The location is excellent but unfortunately this is not enough for a 4 star hotel if the rest is a disaster.
The check in went anything but fast. That was probably due to the understaffing of the check in. Happens.
The walls of the hallways are so bruised that we also feared the worst for the room. The room was renovated though and it all fit. Until the second night, when it rained incessantly. We had a small balcony in front of the window, which of course is not usable. Any overflow or misconstruction on the roof resulted in a permanent water surge from about 20 floors crashing onto this balcony. Sleeping was not to be thought of. We had the room 0407.
I am then at 2:30 at night to the not very friendly lady at the reception and insisted on changing the room now. They told me that you were booked out and maybe the next morning a move would be possible. We have the 31st 12 today. So who leaves the hotel on the 31st 12th.
I then asked when the hotel manager would speak. The deputy was actually in the back office but did not dare forward. The lady came back after a few minutes and asked me now another room. We should pack and call. In the middle of the night.

What a great hotel. Location, the restaurant, large clean rooms, everything you would want on a visit to Singapore. This all was topped off by great staff. From the moment we arrived at reception to the time we left the staff went out of the way to make our holiday a memorable experience. Our sincere thanks to Ariane Garcia, Cheet (I hope I got your name right young man) and the Manager, Mr Lee, who met us at Reception and made the stay special. Brian & Beverly Hooper.

Too crowded. People and checking in and out all day. Crowded and Loud would be two words that should be used to describe this place. If you are looking for a quick stop over before flying out, then consider this as an option. Otherwise there are better options for the same price in Clark's Quay area. Which reminds me. Hotel is 5mins walking from Clark's Quay which is a bonus.

I attended a wedding dinner on a Saturday Night in the Grand Ballroom. Overall the service was good. Staff were generally courteous and friendly. There we're serveral instances where the waiters seem too eager to clear our plates or the food before we were done with the dish. Other than that, things went well and smooth. The ballroom's lighting system could turn the whole place into a disco (which happened when serving the first dish). The music playlist was slightly dated. It was a nice and simple place.

Good hotel, free mobile phone now, can call many countries for free. Very close to Chinatown, very convenient!

3.5 stars, good location, there are empty bridges can pass opposite and next to the building, live on the 19 floor is very good, abundant light, 4 floor corridor fragrance, swimming pool on the six floor, to find.

Suite room was good. Wedding services was good, recieved lots of good reviews from our guests with regards to banquet food. Ms Flordhett and Steve from operations were there to assist us to the fullest for the wedding preps. Overall.

Good service and great executive room. Very nice view. Cool that they have an Amazon Echo A. I in the room. Breakfast was quite good too. Unbeatable location.

Great hotel. Expensive, but the staff are extremely proficient, exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great position. Pool's pretty good. Beds are great, bath in our room adequate, but nonetheless there.

Ate dinner at the Tiffany Cafe, buffet style. Relatively varied food choices. There was salmon sashimi, which was fresh and frequently replenished. Would go again for the salmon alone. Drink choices were not that good though.

Dated and old. Had a room right next to the elevators which you could hear through paper thin walls. Taps had to run for a long time before any hot water came out. Very short supply of well located sockets although they are a multi your so will take euro or UK plugs. Air con was far too noisy. There was a portable device in the room for Wi-Fi which you could borrow but didn't try it. The location is about the only thing going for it. Wouldn't recommend nor stay here again.

Outlook of the building seems old, but the interior is as good as new. Not disappointing. The hotel staffs working at front desk were helpful and friendly. Room is abit old, but still good enough. As for location, there is only one way in to the hotel and one way out. The road there should be 2 way for easier access.

Although conveniently located near the Metro or Clarke Quay, the counter service can be more efficient and kind. At that time a single room to the four floor of the rooms, the pattern is not founder, the room has a dark corner, the bathroom closet door open beside the bed, the strangest is the only window is to the downstairs hall, in short, there is no external window.

We couldn't fault this hotel. Excellent in every aspect staff location and service. MRT and Chinatown a few minutes walk from the hotel. We well looked after by all the staff even helping us to celebrate our anniversary by giving us cake and flowers. Thank you Furama and staff. Highly recommend executive upgrade!

Extremely good location right in the middle of the city. Chinatown is right next to its doorstep. Staff are polite and courteous. Front desk officer will make it a point to greet guest whenever we walked past.

Seriously, this hotel is no way near 4 stars. The friendly staff are the only good thing. The hotel lobby often stinks of a mix between diesel and food waste, the lifts also smell, which gets carried onto the floor lobby. The buffet is prison quality. The VIP room is so controlled, there is nothing relaxing about the 1980s fit out. The hotel carpets are really worn, there is really cheap linen on the beds. The retail that surrounds the facility is rubbish and bears no relation to supporting visitors. The retail is also from the 1980s.

Very well located a few steps from Marina Bay.

Friendly staff, rooms were OK. Hallway carpet needing replacement. Appears some rooms have gotten a makeover, however they still were lacking in plugs, note to hotels — most people have at least one electronic device that needs to be charged, add plugs to your rooms. They did provide a free cellphone for sightseeing which was pretty neat. Property is clean, good location near Chinatown MRT, People's Park food court right across the street with hundreds of stalls. Chinatown night market a 5 minute walk away. Room was decent size, bed was soft, good Wi-Fi.

We flew from Zurich to Singapore arrived around 6am, checked into Furama City Centre around 7am was told might have room around 10am. We were tired after long flight and I tried my luck and asked whether a room was available early. The friendly staff found a room for us before 9am and no extra was charged. Thanks and we will be back.

We arrived early in the morning. The reception lady was nice to let us return and check whether the room was ready at 11, but she told us there was no free Wi-Fi which made me disappointed. The room was nice and had lot of space for storage. Also we can find the Bible and the Buddha teaching. A man knocked the door and said he was going to check the mini bar, I didn't let him in and I checked it myself. I mistook there was 2 missing beers. I told the reception lady and she asked a maid to bring another 2 in, then I realized the beer was in white can, not the black one I usually see in HK.
When I asked for more shampoo, the maid quickly gav me some.

Great Location. Unbelievable Staff. I stayed in the Executive sweet … Lots of perks and extras. Private area to eat your meals, away from the bulk of the guests. There is a pillow menu so you can choose from. We were on the 15th floor. Beautiful Sunrise and Sunset. Had a nice view of the Gardens and Sands. Room service food was very good and didn't taste mass produced like I experienced in some places.

Hotel located near one of the most busy area of Singapore with road very noisy. The rooms are quiet small I took a deluxe superior with king bed but honestly the furniture are old/dirty with noisy aircon! Quiet expensive too Definitely I would say a normal room! Not the top for the price.

Room is clean and close to riverside but smell of damp is not good. No window, no balcony.

Due to the price I will only give 3 stars. The place is getting old, in the corridor it is quite dark… I would recommend repainting the wall in white and removing the carpet: this will make the place look less like a boat. The pool is correct. The place offer a laundry room, a (small) gym and many other facilities. The staff is friendly and the receptionist really professional.

The hotel is good. Lived in 2-bedded room on floor 8. One.
Super Breakfast buffet. Three times a day. Swimming pool between the fifth and sixth floors, entrance is free. Near washing machines ($ 8 one download). Room amenities: coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, TV set, fridge). Cleanliness, comfort, high. Noise in the room excellent. Metro nearby. There are several markets close. The only minus, no free Internet.

It's really at city centre. Facing subordinate court and Chinatown. MRT station at doorstep. Reasonable service.

Its an OK hotel in a good location. Very close to Chinatown and 10 min walk to CBD. Wi-Fi needs to be free though.

No free Internet Air Con is very noise buffet is very poor of choice, and genral poor quality genraly there is nothing realy good about this hotel, I am not here of free choice.

Internet is $25 extra per day. Wifi is pretty miserable and if you you need to host an important meeting I suggest you find somewhere else. I was disconnected from the Wi-Fi for no reason about 5 times in a one hour meeting. The hotel is in a good location and clean but the service was pretty unbending in terms of what they let you do. No leeway for early check in or late check out — I'm glad i'm going to a different hotel for the rest of my trip. Didn't buy any of the food because of the price, you can walk anywhere in China Town and get food much much cheaper.

Good location in Chinatown. BUT, expensive for what you get compared to other hotels around the city, and decor is old. We also had an issue where even though two of us booked and stayed together, we only had one breakfast included. Most places would surely correct such a small issue, but they weren't willing to make any change and charged us for the extra. And charging for internet? Not good enough and wont be back.

Great rooms. Would not recommend an early check out and using there showers to fresh in up. Its 1 shower next to the washer, dryer, gym and pool. Other than it is in a great location and the breakfast is to recommend.
