The rooms are okay, but the Wi-Fi internet is only available at the reception room.

Hotel was amazing, it was new, very clean, and a wonderful breakfast We stayed 2 nights, Niu and her staff were all so helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great stay. Greg and Maree.

Have been staying at insel since it’s opening, on my numerous trips to South Pacific countries meetings. And weekend excursions from Pago. Staff outstanding and attentive. Rooms clean and affordable.

I came here with my mum and sisters and I just wanted to say that the staff were very nice the pool was nice to relax in and overall a good place.

A wonderful relaxing introduction to Samoa. Stunning beach, beautiful location, very warm friendly staff, clean and comfortable. We would recommend this place to everyone.

Stayed for 2 nights, absolutely stunning views, beach, clear water, available drinking water from restaurant, nice showers and clean toilets.

Lovely individual fale inspired rooms. Plenty of space. Very quiet. Kids loved the pools. Very tasty Sunday to'ona'i with large selection of traditional and modern Samoan foods.

We had a family group stay, the fales were lovely and clean, the staff were great. The kiddies enjoyed the pools, On the Sunday we enjoyed the popular To'onai lunch.

We didn't stay here but we did have lunch at the restaurant, which is only open for breakfast and lunch. The kitchen closes at 2pm, there is a well stocked bar and plenty of on-street free parking.

I stayed in 2 different rooms during my trip. Rooms were extremely clean but a little run down. Breakfast is simple but adequate. The best feature of this hotel is its staff.

Rooms: My mum and I or when I travel with my son, we usually book a room here the night before we fly back.

Rooms: large, clean, and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and AC is nice and cold.
Service: excellent service. Shuttle service to and from the airport. Rental car service on site.

The staff here are so welcoming and helpful. Location is good. Rooms clean. Pool nice. Breakfast was good too. Short trip into town. Nice and quiet. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. The receptionist was very helpful throughout our entire stay. All the staff were very friendly.

Beautiful beach, we felt safe swimming with our 3yr and 4yr olds and elderly parents. Breakfast and dinners were delicious and definitely worth the price.

We arrived later in the afternoon but the family were very accommodating. We had a beautiful meal of coconut fish for dinner and a delicious breakfast the next morning.

We had our club's EOY party there for a whole weekend — the atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful.

This is the best we've ever experienced the staff were absolutely fabulous very hospitable and always willing to go and extra mile to assist us even though we had a hectic schedule.

Nice place that’s tucked away. Helped us with a late check in since our plane landed late. Great complimentary breakfast. Dinner that was ordered here was always good.

Really beautiful tall mature tropical plants on whole property. Very nice outdoor eating area and pool. Close to Apia City and very cheap to get there by taxi.

The service and food provided were excellent. They also had meals for the children. They catered for our family get together and all was well. The beach was also wonderful.

Lovely resort and restaurant minutes away from the Giant Clam Sanctuary. The area was very clean with friendly resident dogs and tidy restrooms.
Food was simple and good.

I had an amazing short stay at the Monalisa which is now called 'Trinity'. Could not fault the service and facilities during my time.

Beautiful romantic hotel with perfect service, made our honeymoon and wedding day complete!

This is budget accomodation in Apia but it is well kept, clean, and the hosts are lovely. The rooms have air conditioning, mosquito nets, nice matresses and very clean linen.
