I got in Kigala late in the evening and contact did not show. I went online and made a quick booking for a night. 15 minutes later I was there. This is a well structured business with no gaps.

Whenever we’re in Kigali, we stay at the Five to Five Hotel in the Remera district. The hotel is in a quiet location and close to the international airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Stayed here several times in the span of a few years. Communication and service was always good. Rooms clean, well equipped (no mosquito nets, though). Good cooking.

In a vibrant neighborhood of Gisimenti, located near most services one would expect to find in Kigali. They have a great sauna service, though the workers could speed up service a little bit more.

This hotel is lush green with beautifully decorated gardens. Rooms are clean, good beds with mosquito nets. Hotel staff is attentive.

Lovely garden, ever-smiling staff, tidy spacious rooms and reliable Wi-Fi.

Martine (the owner) is calm and warm. She pits her heart into the guest house and of you are perceptive, you will feel this right after you get there.

This very well located guest house is very convenient if you wish to be near the city center in a green and calm location.

Imagine a hotel that let you WALKING distance to all the famous restaurants, cafe, bars and entertainment.

The pictures I saw of the place on the website were exactly the same I saw when I visited. A very lovely and peaceful place by all standards.

This is my over 10th time visiting Rwanda and I've stayed in different hotels in Kigali, Nyamatta, Kicukiro, Gahangha and the likes but I must say this is one of my favorite.

10 min away from the airport. Absolutely wonderful experince. Right from the entrance you get a good vibe. The receptionist and staff are professional. There is a lift.

I wasn't meant to be here but Rwandair screwed up my flight connection so I had 24 hours in Kigali during which time I was put up at this hotel.

The food was awesome, and the desserts totally deserve a shout-out. Service was pretty decent too, especially since we were a big group.
