The room has a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and everything you need. Breakfast is delivered to your room.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. I was very pleased that conditions were improving. With the new renovation it has become much more comfortable. The room is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located from the railway station and the center of Kazan. Everything is close. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

It has been a nice stay for us. We got a room on the 5th floor, but luckily, the staff were kind enough to help us carry our luggage to our room.

The hotel is conveniently located from the railway station and the center of Kazan. Everything is close. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great location, the room is simple but clean, has everything you need — a refrigerator, a kettle, mugs with spoons, a TV. There were no problems with plumbing and hot water.

A wonderful hotel! The price, quality, and included services are excellent! We vacationed with our family (2 adults, 2 children) during the January holidays.

In any hotel, a comfortable stay will depend on the location of your room. We were lucky with our room at the Novinka Hotel! It was a corner room with no neighbors!

I really liked it. The vat itself, the quality of the cabin (we took an A-frame), the amenities, the availability of household items, a grill, etc.

We celebrated New Year's with our family! Everyone was very happy.
The house isn't big, but it's super cozy and stylish. It had a wonderful New Year's atmosphere!

I really liked the hotel. Nice staff who will always help and answer all questions. I give it 5 stars. I liked everything.

4.8 out of 5
A good hotel almost in the center of Kazan. Convenient access to the sights of the city and the republic.

Cozy, homely, clean. I will recommend to friends.
Large 4-bed room with 2 double and 2 bunk beds. There were three of us living together. There is a table for work.

The light in the dormitory room did not turn off until 1 am. Drunk guests were returning from a night out. They opened the window wide when it was — 15 degrees outside.

There was no ventilation, no vents or opening windows, an unpleasant odor in the room, and a sewer smell in the bathroom. There was no kettle; I had to ask twice for one.

A nice, clean hotel with excellent modern decor.
The room doesn't have opening windows. However, there is a wall-mounted air vent for fresh air. Unfortunately, no one maintains its filters.

Varied breakfasts, quiet place, polite staff! We booked a double room (a married couple and a small child), we were offered a suite for the same amount, which increased the comfort of living.

I liked the hotel very much. Two-room, spacious room. Comfortable beds. Good bed linen. All hygiene products available. Room cleaning every day for 5. Very tasty and varied breakfasts.

Everything went well. The apartment was large, spacious, and clean, with a balcony. It's really cool to be able to rent a hotel-style apartment and share a room with friends.

The hotel is located in a residential area, near construction, but we didn't hear it and it didn't bother us.
The rooms are very large and spacious, and the renovations are good.

The location was great, they let us bring our dog. There's no parking right outside the hostel, but there's a large paid parking lot in the adjacent courtyard.

I was with my children in a four-bed room on the 2nd floor, the Wi-Fi only worked on the first floor, but that's not a big deal, I liked the room, it was cozy, clean, without any frills, the children

Very good hostel. The neighbors are kind, polite, responsive. Located in a quiet, good area. The inside is clean and comfortable, the temperature is maintained according to the time of year.

Great hostel. Shops, restaurants, shopping center — everything is very close! That is why my family and I came to this hostel, we made friends with the neighbors — very kind, good people.

I liked the hotel; the rooms were very nice and spacious. Clean and cozy! Absolutely fantastic!
There were some minor issues with cleaning.

The hotel looks modern. Our room was a corner room. It was spacious, with panoramic windows.
The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows and linens.
Slippers and toiletries were provided.

Central location, private parking, excellent view of the Kremlin from the window. Neat small room, but has everything you need: fridge, wardrobe. Polite staff.
Shops and cafes nearby.
High audibility.

The location is convenient. If you arrive at the Central Department Store, you don’t have to go far. There is a shop and an ATM in the same building. Nearby is a good dining room.

The distribution is good, a cozy hostel with division into women's and men's rooms. I liked that each sleeping place is separated by a curtain.

I stayed one night in this hostel, I was satisfied with everything) ) Clean, pleasant service, good bed linen. Thank you.

Overall, it's fine.
The room has sheer curtains. The Berison windows look right out 😀.

Clean, comfortable bed, good linens, everything suited us. Convenient location, close to the center and the river station.

The child preferred cereals and casserole.
I'm an omelette + sausage.
The interior of the room is excellent, large and comfortable — divided into zones!

Buffet, but varied, there are fruits and cakes for the main courses. Spacious and roomy hall.
Clean, cozy, with a balcony. The bathroom is in good condition.
Good service.

The hotel is located on the highway outside of Kazan. This is the only drawback, as it takes at least 30 minutes to get to the city, even with morning traffic.
But the hotel itself is impeccable.

We chose this hotel spontaneously. We were in Nizhny Novgorod and booked a room a day in advance. Everything was perfect.

The hotel's location is very convenient if you need to stop overnight en route. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Slippers, toothbrushes, and shampoo are provided.

The hotel is located near the road. The bus stop is nearby, making it easy to get to the city. The breakfast is good and filling. The room is cozy.

Wonderful hotel! The room is spotlessly clean! The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is very friendly and polite!

The hotel is gorgeous for 2 stars. I would safely give it 3-4 stars. And the breakfast was at a high level. Breakfast was brought right to the room. They asked how we slept).
