A mid-range hotel. The rooms are okay, but the FOOD! The food is disgusting—the migrant worker cooks like he's feeding pigs. He responds rudely to complaints. We'll never go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is good, the location is good, the staff is friendly, the price matches the quality, there is a parking lot for the car, I recommend it. The room itself is clean, everything is there (hair dryer, etc. ) The air conditioning did not work well, we forgot to clean the room, we came in the evening at about 8 pm, the room was not cleaned.

I recently stayed at the Bilyar lnn hotel and want to share my impressions. Upon arrival, I was greeted by polite staff who immediately offered help with my luggage. Reception is fast and I checked in pretty quickly. The room I was checked into turned out to be clean and comfortable, with nice decoration and necessary amenities. The level of service was excellent: the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was varied and tasty. Every day they offered different dishes, and I was pleased with the availability of fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel is in a convenient location — close to the city center and main attractions. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at Bilyar inn and plan to return here again! I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a comfortable, cozy and affordable place to stay. We often go on family holidays in Kazan. This time we decided to stay at the Bilyar Inn hotel.
I liked the hotel. Comfortable, cozy room in a modern style, has everything you need. I especially liked the panoramic windows — I love it when there is a lot of daylight in the room. Free Wi-Fi, works fine.
The staff is polite and good-natured. Prices according to current realities are adequate, there is a discount on the “Sunday” tariff.
Overall, the level of service is good.
The location is good, we travel to Kazan by car, so there were no difficulties for us to stay at this hotel.

Before we left, they checked the room where I had forgotten my documents. Without accepting the number, I would have left without them.
The hotel itself is good, clean, generally quiet, but you can hear the flushing toilet (as if it’s happening under your ear), the pillows are very thin, and sleeping on two people is high. No slippers. The room is very dry!
Breakfast is bad. They brought a cooled, rubbery egg, apparently fried yesterday, three pieces of sausage, toast and two equally cold pancakes. One cup of coffee, one 🤣 guys!

It’s difficult to find hotels in Kazan, but a new one has appeared. The 2nd building is being built right there (sometimes construction continues after 11 p. M. ). It’s hard for me to understand why the hotel is in such a place: inside a residential area, far from historical attractions. The room is spacious, although not cheap, there is water and a kettle in the room, but the refrigerator/minibar is empty. I arrived on a late flight, and at 10 pm there was nowhere in the area, let alone dinner, or even a sandwich. After a night on an empty stomach, for breakfast we were given three tiny cheesecakes and two pieces of bread for toast (the rubber kind). The room also has an ironing board and iron (this is important for business travelers).

+ Having learned that we arrived by car, they gave us a form to fill out (car brand, name, car number and phone number) in case something happened to the car.
+Cleanliness. The room was cleaned, towels were changed. Overall 10/10.
+Breakfasts. They are quite tasty, taking into account the fact that they don’t bring just one thing, although they are small, there is always a choice of what to eat.
+Staff. Very polite employees, their politeness always lifted my spirits.
-Location. To get to the hotel you need to drive past the cemetery, and then turn into the private sector and somewhere at the end of the street there will be this beautiful building with the inscription “hotel”. There is construction under the windows, and if during the day it does not interfere in any way and you think “well, they won’t make noise at night, we’ll get a good night’s sleep” — no. At night they also make noise, but you can get used to it, no matter how rude it sounds😀if you want to sleep, you’ll fall asleep!
-Parking. We, as people who are “shaking” over their car, especially in a foreign city, were in great doubt whether it was possible to leave a car next to the hotel. We did, but we were very lucky that there was a free parking space opposite the hotel (car We didn’t touch the whole 3 days of rest and went by taxi), but if we still drove our own car, it would have been difficult to find a parking space.

Far from the center, can't be reached on foot. During the day, 25-30 minutes by taxi. There are traffic jams in the city. In the evening after 20:00 you can reach the hotel in 15 minutes. The food in the cafe at the department is not very good😤
