A wonderful hotel located in a cozy neighborhood. Everything you need is close by, including a store and pharmacy. There are some pretty good places to grab a bite.

Convenient location—within walking distance of the city center. Friendly check-in (contactless), and subsequent issues were resolved quickly.

Clean. The lock broke, the repairman fixed it quickly. I liked everything.

The location is very good. Quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is delivered to your room on time and is hot. It's filling! You can see the old mosque from the courtyard window.

The downside is the bed is very hard, and the breakfast is okay for one day, but if you're staying for several days, the selection isn't great.

Kazan welcomed us very warmly. The hotel is small, but the room was very clean; the most important things on a trip are a comfortable bed and crisp white linens. Everything was perfect.

I celebrated New Year 2019 at this hotel. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean, the room was cleaned every day. They served a delicious breakfast.
